[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund related issue | |||
Dear sir/ma'm, From your app i booked a flight on 16th jan 2019, it was a round trip from del to lko on 18th jan 2019 (Pnr lftikj) and back to del from lko on 19th jan 2019 (Pnr d9p4nl). Due to issue flight got cancelled and there was no other flight to lko on same day thats why i had to cancel my ticket. I had words with indigo team as these tickets were cancelled from their end so they refunded the whole amount, but today while checking my e-statement i got to know that i am paying a emi of rs.1302.25 to goibibo and the refund has not been initiated from their end as they marked journey as travelled. Please find the attached document as per your reference and also look into the matter. Also revert me as soon as possible.
