Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund towards hotel booking | |
Dear sir/madam Myself narendra bhale. I have booked hotel sterling munnar through goibibo for 10th september 2019 i. E. Two double occupancy. When we reached to munnar at 8.45 p. M. I. E. City area and called representative of hotel sterling munnar about the location and how much time is required to reach the hotel, then the representative mentioned that, the road till our hotel got closed, if we want to reach the hotel then we need to opt another road having distance 60 km and for which again 3-4- hrs journey and that to with risk i. E. Travelling through mist (Fog), hence we have not stayed in said hotel as there was no advance intimation from hotel representative about the road closer. It was really worst experience for us, hence we have decided not recommend booking through goibibo as well as refund my entire money which i have paid in advance i. E. Rs.6295/- at the earliest. When we have not staid in said hotel it is your moral responsibility to refund said amount. Was this information helpful? | |
