[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund/status of train ticket | |||
Sir, I have booked a train ticket from my GOIBIBO App vide PNR no.[protected] and your txn. no.[protected] on 24.03.19 from KJM to CSMT station having travel date of 02.04.19. But on the journey date I was waiting at my boarding station KJM to board the train which got suddenly diverted to some other route and as such I could not board the train. After which I filed a TFR from the GOIBIBO app on the very same night. Now I want to know the status of my refund as I don't know anything regarding the same.
