[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund/status of train ticket

Sir,
I have booked a train ticket from my GOIBIBO App vide PNR no.[protected] and your txn. no.[protected] on 24.03.19 from KJM to CSMT station having travel date of 02.04.19. But on the journey date I was waiting at my boarding station KJM to board the train which got suddenly diverted to some other route and as such I could not board the train. After which I filed a TFR from the GOIBIBO app on the very same night. Now I want to know the status of my refund as I don't know anything regarding the same. Kindly look into the matter at an earliest and let me know the status.

I am still waiting for your reference. No solution has been provided so far from your end. Kindly look into the same and intimate me accordingly.
Moreover I am attaching screen shorts of the TDR filed by me on your mobile app on the very same night of my booking date for your perusal and n/a.
