Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Regarding customer care executives | |
Ha ha shame on Goibibo and redbus the leading bus tickets booking websites. They are paying salaries for customer executives who doesn't know there company names other than URL names. As I was booked ticked from Bangalore to tirupathi on 12 oct 2016 10.10pm. It's raining heavily at my bus boarding point(near madiwala P.S). I called up operator at around 10.14pm due to no response from operator he asked me to come 1km from there near St. John's to get in the bus I refused and called up to customer executive regarding the same. I asked him regarding my travel time and boarding point he tries to convince me. But in return I asked to whom u work for he is telling only URL names but not the company name. I was tired I of the call. This is how these guys are are earning money from customers. Plz travel on govt buses and let ur india spent the money. Thanks, Praveen Was this information helpful? | |
