Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Regarding refund because of double payment

Hi,
On 10.02.2021 i booked a hotel .
At first i had done it by googlepay but the payment was stuck at that time.
So i had done payment by phonepay app and booked the room.
And roday at 01.14 i got a message saying your transaction of 10feb is successful.
And money is deducted double time.
So i want my refund of double booking.
And i asked goole pay app customer serice about refund so they told me to contact you for the refund.
So please tell me.as soon as.possible.
What time it would take.
And please do it fast.
As your customer care number is not reachable and i guess its of not that use.
Do it as soon as possible thank you!
