[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — rescheduling of international flight tickets | |||
I have done two bookings using my credit card for my cousin mrs vijayalakshmi iyer and her husband mr vs iyer for bom-phl-bom. The journey is to commence on apl 26th. Unfortunately, mr iyer had to undergo emergency angioplasty and he is not fit to travel now. Hence we have been seeking re-scheduling the journey dates for both the passengers for the past one week, but in vain. So many calls were made to the call centre. We are given only false assurances. British airways which is the carrier asked us to route the request only through goibibo.com. Please resolve this immediately. Mr iyer could be contacted through[protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com.. A man who has undergone angioplasty only a couple of weeks back, is put under tremendous tension. We will hold the company responsible for anything untoward happening. Goibibo booking reference is tuavb39di. The pnr of british airways is mdj4ho and the flight is ba138 from mumbai on apl 26, 2019. I was forced to lodge the complaint since Mr Iyer was talking to Customer Support people for more than 8 days. He must have talked to at least 10 people. Still nothing was done. Only after I listed this complaint, some action is taken. It is very poor service and I will not recommend your agency to any of my friends and relatives.
