[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — rescheduling of international flight tickets

I have done two bookings using my credit card for my cousin mrs vijayalakshmi iyer and her husband mr vs iyer for bom-phl-bom. The journey is to commence on apl 26th. Unfortunately, mr iyer had to undergo emergency angioplasty and he is not fit to travel now. Hence we have been seeking re-scheduling the journey dates for both the passengers for the past one week, but in vain. So many calls were made to the call centre. We are given only false assurances. British airways which is the carrier asked us to route the request only through goibibo.com. Please resolve this immediately.
