Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Ticker cancelled at last movement without customer acceptance/notification | |||
Hello Team, I booked one ticket on 10th Aug for my friend - Gyan chand for 11-Aug at morning time. on 10-Aug, my friend got email on 10-Aug around evening wherein stated that ' we received your refund request confirmation on which we are being worked upon it'. we are surprised that as we did not raise such request of refund or cancel ticket of 11-Aug. I spent my full day to connect at your customer care number to get resolve this issue and finally, I got connected with your customer care team member - Akash and Aman. Akash told me that he raised ticket on your behalf to resolve this issue and your booking (PNR - J588x) would be confirmed. He would call me after two hours but I did not receive any call. After that I did call again and got connected with Aman, who took more than one hour and 30 mins and then said at 10PM that your ticket has been cancelled. Now you have to book new ticket. I was quite upset by giving such bad services. I booked ticket with only option of connecting flight for my friend at last movement where I paid excess amount (Approx. 8161) and flight duration was around 7 hours because of ticket booking in short span of time. I am quite frustrated to get such services from Goibibo where I spent full day (10-Aug). My request you to please refund both ticket (1st ticket amt is 6277 and 2nd ticket amt is 8161). please response me on my email id: [protected]@gmail.com along with sms at this no. [protected].
