Ibibo Group / Goibibo — ticket booked and amount deducted but ticket confirmation not given | |||
I have booked a flight from dephi to goa of 24th may 2020 via flight air india bearing flight no ai 156 and money got deducted but the booking has not been confirmed yet. The site says it should be confirmed within 30 mins. I am not able to reach out to them also through email or the phone number. They have a bot as a supporting system and it keeps on repeating that it will be confirmed in 30 mins Its very annoying and frustating. I am fedup of it. Nor theey are refunding nor they are responsing. Was this information helpful? | |||
