[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — till date refund not received | |||||
On last friday, dated 22-jun-18 i have tried to confirm 4 train tickets from delhi to haridwar to my family from goibibo app. After deducting the payment of rs. 2160 from my syndicate debit card, the application showing that it'll take 20 mins for the confirmation from irctc, but after 20 mins it's showing the tickets are not confirmed so i chosen for refund to the same account from which i have done the payment to goibibo. Till now a week has been passed away but till now i didn't receive any refund from goibibo. Was this information helpful? | |||||
