[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — train ticket booking cancel money not refunded | |||||
I have made a train ticket bookin on nov7th. The booking was failed the amount of rs 2000 was not getting refunded. Am not even unable to select refund method as it showing unable to connect irctc. When i contact customer service it’s redirected me to artificial intelligence customer support (Ai). Ai is responding the same way for last 2 weeks. Same answer even after i selected not helpful for n number of times. I have attached some of the screen shot for reference. Help me to get my refund else redirect me to concern.
