[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — transaction could not be completed but amount has been deducted | |||
I've registered with goibibo with mobile number +91 [protected]. On 15th october i tried to book international airline ticket from mumbai to dubai with amount of rs. 9, 276. Unfortunately transaction could not be completed but amount has been debited from my sbi account. Immediately i contacted goibibo customer care and payu payment gateway and they told me that amount will be refunded into your account. However still it has not been refunded. Today i got the email from payu that contact to goibibo. I tried to contact goibibo but now they are not accepting my number as registered transaction number. This is serious grievance as goibibo is not even responding and the amount is significant. Was this information helpful? | |||
