Subject : booking not confirmed while fresh booking done through credit shell (Pnr no. Zcq3fr) against cancellation of flight due to lockdown for pandemic covid-19 While fresh booking of air ticket is done yesterday ie. 21st may' 20 against credit shell of above pnr, booking is not confirmed in spite of successful payment of difference of fare. Please resolve the issue as i have already paid the difference of fare through my credit card on priority or otherwise refund the full amount before proceeding to litigation.
