Ibibo Group / Goibibo — wrong area information while booking hotel | |||||
I booked 1 hotel ambar (Oyo 29169) in mumbai today as an emergency as my parents had to be there for someone' s cremation. While bookin through the app i applied airport area as search filter on goibibo mobile app but after booking i found that location is 56 kms away in reality. The booking amount of rs 599/- is non refundable and now my money is stuck. I want refund of this amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I've booked a hotel room for Rs.3118.00 with booking ID: HTL5SACVSV on 11TH Sept 2019. It is showing that payment failed but my money from the bank is debited through Axis bank credit card. Bank also sent a mail that transaction is successful so please refund my money. Thanking you.
