We have made payment of Rs.23, 954.00 on 15 Feb 2021 to BANDHAN (Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited) for 3 years AMC charges from my Union bank using link provided by the company via email. We processed payment through the link, here amount has been deducted from the account but the payment got a msg that IBIBO WEB PVT LTD RECEIVED THE SAME AMOUNT.

Due to amount transferred in a wrong account, we asking for the refund the amount in our account as per below details :

Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by SRKSM FCO Regarding the registered complaint, customer care executive has been contacted our representative and provide a code for getting refund of disputed transaction amount. But he did not guide about the process how to get the amount back.

Kindly provide the guidance to recover the amount to our bank account as soon as possible.

Updated by SRKSM FCO For a safe side revert the amount via NEFT using bank details provide in the complaint rather then any other mode of payment.

Updated by SRKSM FCO I also observed more then 100 complaint of same nature (ibibo web pvt. ltd. unknown transaction from Union Bank) on http://www.complaintboard.in/ and https://www.consumercomplaints.in

So we feel that Is it a joint venture between ibibo web pvt. ltd. & Union Bank of India? Also I am going to file a FIR against the transaction with cyber cell to take a necessary action to prevent this kind of fraudulent activity.
