Feb 23, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Hi Team.. There was not much support received from the company. There was only one call received after 2 days of the complaint post that no call. However employee's husband has called and requested for settlement but not ready meet in person. Hence based on mr aditya's request, some of amount was waived off as a good will gesture and balance cleared. Hence requesting to close this complaint. Thanks. Also please delete the complaint and comments from portal IBM India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

This is totally absurd. You firstly allow posts without verifying the facts and truth.
Secondly, it has been requested multiple times to remove this post.

Hi, This post has not yet been deleted. The person who has raised this comment has posted this out of personal grudge as he was asked to leave IBM and terminated for erratic and rude behaviour, non performance and misbehavior towards female employees..
To counter this and to spread false information and to humiliate, he has posted these comments.
What integrity of the nation is he talking about?
And what settlement is he talking about?
Based on his word, how can you allow such meaningless posts?
How can you allow a post to be on an individual when this is regarding consumers complaining against an organization, that is how your website works, isnt it?
He is hiding now and has run away after creating multiple frauds.
My court notices for defamation has not been accepted as he is no longer living there as he has cheated his wife and run away and also cheated his second wife. And a complaint has been recorded in the police station for harassment by his own wife.
This is the true fact, just because the Manager Babita, complained against him and got his terminated, he is doing this purposely to spread false information.
I have named Consumer Complaints as a co conspirator in the Court proceedings but no one from your organization is giving an address to send the legal notice.
I need this post taken down immediately or give me the postal address for your company to send the court notice naming consumer complaints as co conspirator in defamation and spreading false news

It seems that de-frauding people has become a habit for Babita Adithya. She owes our company more than Rs.1 lac since September 2018 and despite follow-ups she and her husband have only made false promises. She did not pay us despite a legal notice sent to her under section 182 of Negotiable Instruments Act (Dishonor of Cheque). After a lot of follow ups she gave us a cheque and again that cheque has bounced due to insufficient funds. Despite the bank calling her to inform her of insufficient funds she has not settled this amount.
This is now a clear case of fraud and not a simple cheque bounce case.
We wrote to IBM but never heard back. It is very surprising that a reputable company like IBM has employees who are so dishonest and fraudulent. Not sure how clients can entrust their work to these kinds of employees.
We can provide whatever documentary evidence is required to prove the above.
