[Resolved]  IBN Lokmat — Star CJ - wrong product delivered

i am ordering from Star CJ by phone no :[protected] showing online i. e. You Scod 18 Cable - DATAWIND UBISLATE 7CZ New Smart Phone with Android Kitkat (AID) Dual Sim on Friday 10/10/2014 but i received courier from Star CJ on Sunday 12/10/2014 in which Datawind tab having single sim which is different from my order. Immediately i complaint to STAR CJ. It is totally Star CJ Mistake. Now they don't want to replace me & saying that we r showing single sim tab or you ordered single sim tab...like that which is wrong statement. also they r not given me my money which i paid at the time of delivery.
