I paid 7000/- 6 months in advance and the internet connection is the worst!!
The internet worked for initial few day and now it has been down for three weeks
I haven't been able to work the internet on any devices except for my laptop
Since three weeks the customer service says that they will send a technician - no technician has come to the doorstep
The customer service guys only call to check if the internet is working - i have kept telling them no
The technical support guys have spoken very rudely to me
The customer support guys say that they will send a tech at so and so time, i have cancelled all my commitments and waited for them - but no technician has come to my doorstep
I have called the customer service at least 5 times in a day and have constantly complained of the distress, the internet not working, the time they've wasted of mine, the irritation, that i want my money back - the only thing that they've responded with is "we will send a technician"
They have plainly lied to me!!! Thats the worst i have faced!! Some technician apparently told the customer service on the 20th may that he has fixed my internet!!! Why the lies!!!
They also have hung up on me a number of times!!
Their common excuse for internet being down has been - the weather, the power cut, and tech issues
This is sickening and has caused a lot of frustration - i have lost my mind since i have not installed the internet for fun... I have meetings, courses and work to do over the net...
The internet has been completely disconnected since 18th may and until today 21st may = none of their people have given a dam
(The internet was intermittent since 6th of may, would work for a few hours and would go down and get completely disconnected from night 1am to morning 9am)
I've done everything i could to fix the internet since i am internet savvy and have repeatedly described everything to the customer care and have poured my heart out to all the money ive lost, the meetings, the classes and time over this..
They dont care...
