ICC Network — Worst Internet service providor

I had placed a complaint for speed issue about 2 months ago. And have paid 10, 000/- for this useless internet connection which claims to offer 1.5MBPS speed. But, I get a speed less than 256kbps plan. Hence raised a request for disconnection. No one answers my calls, the customer care people hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation. By chance if the call goes through, all I hear is "Engineer will be sent 'soon' at your place and problem will be resolved soon". But their engineers hardly showed up, nor my issue is resolved. And on top of this, they are not even ready to place the request for disconnection. Called them a zillion times on their other numbers provided, and the only response I get from there is, "Sure, will get back to you soon and will resolve the issue soon", but sadly their soon never comes. ICC is waste of time, money, energy . In short a total waste of everything . DO NOT USE THIS CONNECTION EVER.
