I paid 7000/- 6 months in advance and the internet connection is the worst!!
The internet worked for initial few day and now it has been down for three weeks
I haven't been able to work the internet on any devices except for my laptop

Since three weeks the customer service says that they will send a technician - no technician has come to the doorstep

The customer service guys only call to check...

I had placed a complaint for speed issue about 2 months ago. And have paid 10, 000/- for this useless internet connection which claims to offer 1.5MBPS speed. But, I get a speed less than 256kbps plan. Hence raised a request for disconnection. No one answers my calls, the customer care people hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation.
