A lien has been imposed on an amount credited on jun 19th, 2019, to my bank account[protected] without prior intimation. The reason cited was name mismatch. I went to the hitech city branch and they are asking me for two things:

[1] written application on the same
[2] screenshot of the transfer from the transferor bank account

Point number 2 is not something i can comply with, as i can't keep chasing the transferor.

The lien was imposed without informing me, plus now the whole process of getting it removed seems complicated.

I also asked the bank that in case i close the account then what happens to the amount, and i was informed that the bank will continue retaining it. Isn't that illegal?

    My debit card has been blocked for online transaction and showed me below message:

    "for security reasons your mastercard® securecode™ purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at mastercard securecode merchants.

    To unblock your card/login, please contact icici bank customer care.

    To complete this purchase using another form of payment, click 'continue'"

    I called to customer care for this but a pre recorded tape is running there asking for debit card number.
    I enter my debit card number (16 digits) it is telling me that your debit card is already unblocked..

    I am not getting how to unblock my card for online trasnaction?

      I am in japan for 3 months biz. Trip but i can see my card has been blocked & i am unable todo the online txn using grid in my card. My main problem is i have todo txn urgently and due to in tokyo i can not use the registered mobile because of international roaming and can not even call. Can someone help, since i have debit card with me & also have japan mob no. So please help to resolve at the earliest. I tried calling customer care from japan mob no. But it is always suggesting to call from registered no. Which i cannot do as mentioned reason.

        upi payment is not working - not able send money to another account

        Not able to do upi transaction through icici bank account.
        This issue is coming in all the payment application. Example, google pay, phone pe app. Please do the needful asap.
        Always payment get failed.
        Got below error message -
        Try another bank account or call your bank.
        I went to icici bank branch. But no proper response from them

        Tickets were booked on makemytrip.com amounting rs. 893/-, which were not finalized by makemytrip. To claim refund from makemytrip, the available no. [protected] was dialed, as customer care number available on website. The call was attended by a person, who asked to download the app-"anydesk remote control" to claim refund of tickets. The information & card number was enter on the the said app and received otp. During talk with said person, without enter otp, rs.20000/- (Rs. Twenty thousands only) was cheated and debited in the cheater's mobiwik account from my saving account ending...1979.

        Further informed that rs.9610/- was recovered the cheater's mobiwik account and credited to my saving account on 18/07/2019 and balance amount of rs.10, 390 has not been credited so far in my saving account.

        I want you to cancel it immediately and refund full amount ASAP.

          I have made the all the pending payment towards my icici bank credit card ending with 8009 for rs 16700 thru net banking on 31.05.2019 but still its appearing in cibil as open inactive.

          I have made the above full payment of rs 16700 post taking confirmation from credit mantra as pending amount is rs 16693 but i have made entire payment of rs 16700 but still its appearing in cibil as open inactive

            Dear sir,

            I am really shocked by seeing sms from icici bank, as i was travelling to amirtsar this morning (10th august 2019). I called customer care and given the compliant but i am not sure this will be solved. I don't how come any person can withdraw cash without atm. Atm card is with me and the transaction is in bangalore which customer care person was telling.in amirtsar i wanted to go bank and give compliant personally due to 2nd saturday bank are close. I am into sales and marketing as i was on north india tour i can't come to bangalore and raise the compliant. I will be back on 17th august 2019. I work in mysore i don't have time to come to bank and give a compliant for that i need to apply leave. Kindly let me know what solution you can give to me. I am having only one account icici as it's my primary account, my debit card and account is blocked i don't have money with me. I am requesting my friend to arrange money. This is very embarrassing movement to me due to this security reason. I am thinking i can go for media because i don't any faith you can help me, because i am such situation as i am not in home town. This should not happen to any customer in future, so please suggest me what to do. Let media know this and find out some solution. I am really upset from morning. Your customer service person just sent one mail stating it will take 23 days, we started investigation and he request me to file a case i believe, i was traveling i couldn't hear him completely. Kindly look into below issue seriously.

              My name is daffrin jeyapraba and am having salary account in icici bank for past 3 years. Never have i ever experienced something called posdec chg before. They have charged exactly 38 times of rs29.50 (Rs1121 in total) though i dont use any other atm machines other than icici bank atm machines. For the same date itself they have charged so many times. When i reached out to the bank directly, they are saying they are not responsible for these deductions and i should contact customer care. Customer care number is not reachable. I would again like to highlight that this is my salary account and they cant take these charges in salary account. This is just some fraudulent act by the icici bank.
              I request you to kindly raise this issue to the bank.

                  Dear sir,
                  I had applied for rs 2000000 personal loan in may 2019. I kept the loan sanction on hold as told to icici bank rohini employees dealing with my case - ms shivani and ms nisha on tele no [protected] as i was told that i cannot foreclose the loan before 12 months without paying 5 % penalty.

                  On 30 may or 31 may i got a call from an icici executive saying that the month end target had to be met and offered me waiver of foreclosing penalty anytime that i choose to repay the entire loan. When i told him to give in writing, he assured me that the call is getting recorded and that there will be no exit load if i repay the entire amount anytime without any exit load/penalty. On that reassurance i gave a verbal sanction to provide me that loan.

                  However, when i received the written communication after the fund had already been disbursed, i was shocked to see that there was no waiver for me in case i wish to repay the entire loan before 12 months and i will be charged penalty for that.

                  I have been cheated by icici bank executive. Pl listen to the audio recording of my conversation with the executive dated 30 may or 31 may in which he promised me that there will be no charges if i wish to foreclose the loan by paying the entire loan amount anytime.

                  I will therefore request that i should be now permitted to repay the entire amount in sep 2019 without any penalty or additional charges and take action against the employee who cheated me.
                  Pl also provide details of ombudsman for my further action. My loan acct no is lpdel [protected].

                      On 31st july 2019 amount 3153 has deducted from my account at a restaurant for wrongly generated bill.
                      But soon the manager made a void sale against the amount and provided me the receipt.
                      It's been 7 days i haven't received the refund yet.
                      Please help me to get my refund back to my account as soon as possible.

                        My parents has sent me rs60000 to my icici bank account. Due neft name mismatch my account is marked as lien. It's a legitimate payment made by parents. I tried to reach via email but not getting proper response. Could you please help me to remove the lien on my amount.

                        I have visited icici branch and submitted a service request sr[protected].
                        I am unable to track the status. Mobile banking is also not working.

                        Kindly let me know the status of my service request.

                          I went to an axis bank atm for withdrawing money i inserted card entered password, amount then it connects server and then yes command at that time power went off that machine was worked with inverter and the power didn't come i was waited more than 1 hour. But i did not get the money but in my account money debited please check my problem and please refund my money to my account asap!!
                          The atm is axis bank atm machine chelikere and terminal id is aecn73412
                          Please consider my complaints and please refund my money

                            I paid my last due of my credit card on this 4th august and that was my last emi for the credit card i owned earlier and later closed by bank. I was told to pay the remaining amount in 5 emis and it's all done on 4th august but however i am unable to get a noc until today. I have to take a bike for dad and my loan is not getting passed because of low rating. The other bank is asking for noc and am unable to get it. It's my dad's birthday on sunday.

                            Also let me know how can i get a soft copy as i have relocated from the address.

                              Hello,

                              I am using icicibank since last 10 years. Last week i sent application to icici bank to update my international mobile number but so far it's not been updated. There policy to update international phone number through atm doesn't work. Please make it more user friendly. My old phone number is not working. Currently am unable to access otp and my debit card is locked and i am travelling out of country. Please update the phone number as soon as possible.

                                I am a person currently residing in jorhat assam. I am observing that the employees of icici bank marwadi patty jorhat have to work till 9 pm and most of the time is 8:30 pm and they report at 8:30 am in the morning. The female employees too work till 8:30 to 9 pm. As per legal law no person can work more then 9 hours and if they are working they have to be payed more but this is not happening here. They have been bound to work for 12 hours instead of 9 hours maximum.
                                It becomes difficult for the female employees to go back home as after 8:30 the communication problem gets started.
                                Moreover sometimes the employees are called at 6 am in the morning and again they left at 8:30 pm.
                                This is not ethical and i want government to take some strict actions against the regional management of that branch.

                                I am privileged customer for ICICI Bank, I have been charged unnecessarily of Rs.826 in the month of July 2019 . for DP Charged (I Understand it is ICICI Direct Charges) . it is charged when my ICICI Direct account was given to me as free account .

                                These people are levying unnecessary charges to client.

                                  Hi,
                                  I have a loan from IDFC Bank and repayment mode is auto debit from my ICICI bank account on 5th of every month.
                                  This month unfortunately my account was unable to maintain sufficient balance required for auto debit on the above said that. And the ECS return cost me Rs.413. I paid the EMI on very next day But my account showing two transaction for ECS return. My account was charged twice for ECS return.
                                  I request you to please revert the amount charged for double ECS return.

                                      I have my salary a/c in icici bank ltd as i'm an employee ihave been continuously charged from 1 feb 2019 to 7 august 2019 regularly and exact amount till date which is 2498.66 please resolve... And revert these unlikely charges made in my account which is without any consent being deducted. Please provide assistance on this as this has been really annoying
