As i was an need of personal loan amount of rs.1.4l, i approached to my bank, branch (Icici bank kalikapur branch, kolkata) a week ago, done with paper work in my branch itself & verification were done on 27.07.19 for the same buton 1st august, i came to know that my request for the same has been turned down without knowing me the reason even after everything went well either paper work or verification & regarding eligibility, everything goes well. I went to my branch & i was told that if i request for 1lakh then bank can easily approve & disburse the same & i agreed for the same but i was surprised to hear the same from same person who promised me that application for loan for the amount of rs.1 lakh can be done easily, was also not his cup of tea.
I want to know from bank that when everything was as per mark then on what ground my request has been turned down in last moment.

Today i can see that rs.1899/- has been deducted from my icici bank account mentioning wpp renewal plan.
Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it.
