I haven't received my fastag as promised by 8 working days. I have submitted the request on dec 2nd 2019, and my customer id is 11744873. I have called customer care many times and it will be busy all the time and once they picked and said that it will be delivered in 2 days but its not delivered. I have also lodged a complaint using the portal as well but no action taken. Please deliver asap.

From my account every month two times! they deducting 500 rupees from the cause of NFS, if we contact the costumer care for raise the complaint the are not responding to claim the complaint. almost i lost 3000 rupees amount from NFS. so please respond to my complaint and refund my amount as early as possible.

    I had applied online fasttag on dated 20/11/2019. My Account has been activated with account no 21957318 and tag serial no[protected]. But I am still waiting for fasttag. Regd this Inquiry submitted for Customer ID: 11516511 with Ticket No. : CMP[protected]

    But no body responding.

      I have paid the amount of rs.1850 for msme registration, on dec 4 i would have cancelled the application and requested for refund, they said with in 10 to 8 working days your refund will be transfred to your bank account that is from which i would have paid to them and my arn number for refund is 74110759331021236117502, but i din't receive my refund, please take immediate action and provide refund as soon as possible

        I have registered and paid rs.500 for fastag on 05.12.2019 and i got a message for issue of fastag no.[protected], but it is not delivered till date. Whereas the customer care number provided are not working and it shows waiting all the time and we need to hold it indefinitely.

        No response to emails sent to customer care, please provide immediate solution

          I have applied for dhfc fastag online and made payment of 500 inr the reference number of the application is hfr01151857. I got a application reference number as given above, with a message that the application pdf is sent to registered email address ([protected]@gmail.com). However, i have not received the email yet and the toll number [protected] is continually engaged.

          Please confirm the status of my application.

          I applied for online HDFC Fastag and completed all formalities including payment of Rs. 500.
          Also subsequently received confirmation of registration, wallet recharge etc. However there after there is no response from HDFC. Customer service no. of HDFC is completely inaccessible at any time of the day. Thereafter I raised a complaint to HDFC customer service on the same. The response of bank is horrible. It takes minimum 4 days to receive a response. On advise, I provided details like application no., vehicle no. to Customer service. But already 2 days have passed, there is no response from HDFC. I am now afraid whether I am at all will get the tag from HDFC. My application details :-

          Vehicle no. WB16AE 7576

          Please update the status of my application.

          My fastag issued successfully on 11/28/2019.our reference nunber for the transaction is[protected].but not delivered till date. fastag-HFR539531
          The toll tax to be collected for my car No. TN22 CD5439 Vehicle at Vasad is Rs.55/- one way. BUT, yesterday, 15.01.2020, while going to tindivanam, by 3.40 in the evening, Rs.110/- was deducted. How come I have to pay double charges...? Rs. 55/- toll athur, Please attach the file

            I bought icici fastag online on 29th nov. I got 2 messages saying my icici fastag account is activated. My icici fastag account is 22115242. And i haven't received my fastag card yet on 17th december while it was promised to be delivered within 7 working days.

            Can you please help as the deadlines are already crossed and i am not even able to contact to their customer support and not sure on what to do.

              This is icici bank reference id - 000j1aexpq5fa9qh given 9th dec 2019 after complain i have already done payment on 2/12/2019 before my due date paid full amount throw phonepe rs 4684 but icici bank declined my credit card xx9004 payment also refund on 09/12/2019 bcz biller declined payment after get refund i paid again full amount. I am pay before due date so i will not pay late payment & bank interest with gst because this is not my fault so reversal full amount rs 948.76 if you check my previous payment details i am never fail my due date & paid full amount all time so look at this matter.

                I have home loan in icici bank, and now i am taking over it to bank of baroda.
                When i am applying for request of foreclosure letter they are saying after 15 days you will receive fc letter, its very wearied.
                In between if my emi will cut, again i need to apply for fc letter and it will be issued after 15 days.
                Its really a robbery of amount of interest.

                  credit card delivering to wrong address

                  I had applied for credit card on nov 26 and it was approved and dispatched in 5 working days but they sent it to a wrong address (My past address). I called customer care and asked them to deliver it to my current address and they made sure it will be delivered to my new address but 3 days later i got a call from delivery agent from the wrong address again and i registered a complaint again with reference number sr[protected] and they noted...

                  I travel to shamshabad everyday for work and for holiday to nagpur, I have been Charged extra, instead of 40, charged 70 RS. Didn't return amount despite notifications. (Nanakramguda - shamshabad toll) (original 60 RS to and fro)
                  Charged the same before as well at all diffrent tolls. Fraud this is!!

                    Dear sir i was going to Mumbai on 16-12-19
                    On Mumbai Pune express way on telegaon toll plaza employee of toll plaza had taken cash from me of ₹230 because of rush i told him that i have fastag he didn't listen to us he said you have to pay cash . And even from fastag amount has got debited of ₹173.And on the same way at khalapar toll plaza amount debited of ₹173, on return from Mumbai to Pune same toll plaza khalapur toll plaza amount has debited 173₹ instead of debiting 57₹, extra amount has been debited, within 24 hrs this had happen. My car number is MH13BN7533.I request you to get my amount credited back as soon as possible to my fastag account i.e my transaction ID
                    (I.e 230₹ paid by cash and extra amount debited from fastag i.e 173-57=116
                    116+230=346) total amount which i had paid extra is 346₹. i submitted all of my documents.

                      lien marked and not helping in removing it

                      1)I approved mandate of INR 29600 Ujjivan IPO (2lots) (bid via zerodha) via Imobile (BHIM UPI) on 4th December 2019. Later on 05th december 2019 an update came on same mandate of same amount INR 29600.
                      But bank put a total lien of INR 59200.
                      2)I kept complaining about the issue and also reported that there is a bug in their app but no one took me seriously and i was told that everything will be fine after mandate gets revoke.br...

                        I applied fastag using icici bank web portal on 28th Nov 2019. My fastag account no. Is 11667028. Vehicle registration is from Telangana. I have not received any communication on tag dispatch. Since then i kept calling icici customer care toll free number many times without having any positive outcome. Two complaints were registered, and Customer care executive keeps informing that you will get your fastag within 2 days, 7 days etc. But till now there is no information about the fastag. I am not sure about what happened to my fastag and why it is getting delayed. Whom should I approach to get the Fastag, or to get my money refunded.

                          My father mr. Lokesh kumar laxmandas lamba have applied for fastag card on 28th november and have paid rs.500 fee through hdfc for etoll1291683 for car no. Mh03bh3377, but we still have not yet received any card or any update for the same. We have been trying to contact bank but haven't received any help from them.
                          Also we haven't received any rfid or customer id via message or mail.

                          Kindly let me know how to solve this problem.

                            I have maintained sufficient amount but amount not debited for emi, my emi date is 4th dec, i credited amount before 2 days. Amount is now showing in account not debited for emi as well. How can bank only cheats the customers and i am getting calls for not paying emi amount and kindly dont impose any ecs debit charges if it applying reverse it back and solve my problem.

                              I have applied for fastag card through icici bank on nov 28th 2019. I received fastag ac no. As 11664697 through sms and stated that i will receive the card in 4 working days. I received one more message on dec 13 that my serial no is[protected]. Its been 20 days since i have applied and there are no communications on the status of the card. I have reached out to icici complaint numbers several times and no one has attended the call and i m receiving the message from ivr that the representatives are busy. Please help in getting the card status as it is a long time while.

                                Icici bank charge me 499 for fastag.
                                But from last 15 days they are not giving fastag and fastag account also they are not closing
                                I am not able to go in tall gate
                                They are not refunding and not closing tag even not giving tag

                                Customer care not talking in call they are cutting call

                                  Mobile number is linked with my account but still netbaking says, mobile numbe is not registered. Updtaed mobile number 10 times from atm but still facing same error.

                                  Downloaded imobile app but there also grid alphabets are not displaying. I want to link my loan account so that i can download amortization schedule online. Worst online process.

                                    Hi, i bought icici fastag online on 2nd dec. I got 2 messages saying my icici fastag account is activated. My icici fastag account is 11760348 and 2205581. I don't know which one is correct. And i didn't receive the fastag for any of them.
                                    There is no information on whether the tag is shipped or not nor the tracking id? Also, no customer care number for fastag is reachable.

                                    Can you please help as the deadline is already reached and not sure on what to do.
