[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Amount debited but haven't received policy | |
Hi, I have raised a request for my icici health policy renewal following which the premium amount was debited from my account on 31st august. Its been 20 days now and i still haven’t received my policy yet. When raised another complaint with lombard team they are saying that they are not able to find successful transaction. For this i have provided success amount debit proofs multiple times but still there’s no resolution. My current policy expires on 19th september. Even though making the payment well in advance (20 days before) i haven’t got my renewed policy. Was this information helpful? | |
