My policy no is 3001/bi[protected]/00/b00.
My insurance is done from icicilombard company.
My car had an accident and i registered a claim aginst the bill on 17 july 2017.
But today[protected] my claim payment not settled by the company.
Company surveyer told me that the policy not linked but comany person told the policy is linked. I suffered a lot form this situation. I borrow the money which i paid to service center on interest.
But these guys are not interested to clear the payment till date. I need justice..

    Dear sir,
    I want to draw your kind attention regarding forfeited amount of rs.6000 from my icici credit card on cancellation of health insurance policy no.4128i/hp/[protected]/00/000. This policy has unnecessary sold/ without my permission. You can listen the voice recording of me and your customer executive, in which your executive has asked my credit card detail and details of my family member, but i said to your executive after reading the policy paper i would think about the purchase of policy your executive said ok and said that i will call you latter for your assent/permission, but after that he never call me for my confirmation and after some days through my credit card statement i got the fact about the purchase of policy. After knowing the fact about policy purchase i immediately contact the customer care executive about this happening/fact and executive has assured me about the policy cancellation and full refund of the reserve amount through my credit card. But after some days from the reserve amount of rs.19200 only rs 13200 amount has refunded and rs.6000 has forfeited which i know through phone messaging. I regularly contact the customer care for my full refund, but the executive/company has not responding my complaint.
    Kindly look the matter seriously and release my forfeited amount which is rs.6000. Otherwise i will be complaining this issue with proper litigation with consumer forum and other complaining authority.

      Hi team for doing a fraud.

      On your trust i have somehow, wait for 10th august 2017 to get my return of total amount (I. E., 16526-/inr).

      Now, it seems you guys are not interested to payback my money. As discussed today with customer care guys. It is not possible to payback my money (I. E., yahyah and kalpesh, if their conveyed names are right which seems suspicious as per your deeds).

      It is very frustrating and humiliating that because of your misbehaviors and misdeeds i am suffering a lot.

      Because of your confirmation for not able to resolve the bank name issue and insurance closure confirmation. I had requested bank for booking another home insurance.

      Which has created a great money crunch. As allahabad bank has given me ultimatum for providing the insurance hard cope within a week.

      Without any further discussion just i want my total money. Which i keep requesting from day first.

      Note: i am not interested to continue this policy in any form as communicated several times.

      As discussed with your customer care (On 27th july 2017 itself). I should expect confirmation call regarding cancellation maximum to 29th july 2017. But as usual i didn’t. Which is not a big issue. Main conceren about the total money refunding of an amount 16526-/inr on quick basis.

      As your customer care confirmed me that i would get my total amount (I. E., 16526-/inr) very soon.

      Expecting your urgent help on same as somehow, i had adjusted this amount from my home load emi.

      Hope!, at this time, you will do this needful at priority and quick basis.

      It is very frustrating that you are not able to resolve a simple rectification issue in correspondence address and bank address issue. Which (I. E., rectification issue in correspondence address) has been raised long back on 09-july-2017.

      As allahabad bank is not accepting the insurance without full bank name and its address as shared in attached sanction letter.

      Kindly cancel the policy as well as revert the whole paid amount asap (As soon as possible).
      In todays discussed, you agreed for not able resolving the issue even after this much days past.

      This time at least expecting your quick response on same.

      Still expecting reply from ICICI people. Seems ICICI had Phd in doing fraud with client. If there was a fraud done by client then they simply file a case without listening anything. Now at their turn they are behaving like dump and deaf to payback the client money. How shameless people. they enjoy to make the the people helpless by creating financial crisis.

        I took the loan from icici-bank, while processing i received call from icici lamboard customer care. They told like, to process personal loan we need to take icici lambard insurance manatory. Later when i checked it in bank. They disagree with this information.

        And i noticed that they had created insurance to my loan from icici-lombard. I requested the cancellation of my policies.

        I submitted all the proof to processing for settlement.

        I tried couple of times with icici-lombard through mail and over the call to refund my amount. After i provided all the details over call and mail, they said they will refund within 14 days. But still it is not done. (Over 2 months)

        I am strongly believing that your intervention is needed.

        Kindly do needful help.

          Further to say, without my knowledge your executives are presenting the same cheque repeatedly and sbi is levied 1180/- towards dishonour charges in 2 instances on 11/08/2017 & 17/08/2017.
          Please note, i would not be able to bear the unnecessary charges for the same cheque.

            Sir mene icici lombard se zer depriciation ki car insurance policy le rakhi hai. Mene 17 april ko inke cashless garage me apni car repair karwai. Lekin serveyor ne mere claim ka paisa 2 june ko mere account me na daal kar kisi or ke account me daal diya. Mene inke customer care me bhi serveyor ke khilaf sikayat ki. Lekin unhone kuch bhi solution dene se mana kar diya.

              We had not taken any mediclaim policy however Rs 17170 amount showing due in CIBIL against policy no 4034/FNP/01536968/00/000.
              This policy had been cancelled .
              Please look into this matter seriously and solve it as soon as possible.

              We did not apply for this policy. it was imposed forcibly
              i had talk to bank officer regarding this matter and he assured me that the policy has been cancelled. but when we has gone to bank of baroda for taking loan for my daughter marriage, bank officer said that Rs 17170 amount showing in CIBIL, so first you clear it than apply for any loan.
              please look into this matter very seriously. we are suffering so many problem due to wrong work of bank officers.
              please solver this matter as early as possible.

                  I am satvik shah, claim id:mot06744081, bike is in the name of nikunj m shah but i m authorised person and i m handling this bike since 8 years if we r geniuly paying insuranse since 8 years n i[censored] r not redy to help us in case of stolen vehicle then what we have to do tell me? Ur staff is not peeforming their actions correctly n perfectly, i have all the documents which you have asked to me, but one report punchnama report not asked by ur executive so i have no idea about that now they asked this report, police told that we have sent it to a court n relases after process completes ur staff says we will not pass these insurance, u r suffering a lot but we can't help you, ur staff is not responding well, i[censored] can't help us then why to give you an insurance?? Me and the people like us only hope that insurance company will help us but ur staff support is not well so i m submitting this gentle report to u, n yet u can't help us then i will gently say to my frnds, relatives, family n all 216.                     It is very frustrating that you are not able to resolve a simple rectification issue in correspondence address and bank address issue. Which (i.e., rectification issue in correspondence address) has been raised long back on 09-July-2017.

                    As Allahabad bank is not accepting the insurance without full bank name and its address as shared in attached sanction letter.

                    Kindly cancel the policy as well as revert the whole paid amount ASAP (as soon as possible).

                      Extremely bad service getting from icici lombard.
                      I have received policy letter in which my flat number is missing only floor is mentioned. I am only trying to add my flat number and want revised policy from 2 months. Local branch not resolving my issue also not even customer care.
                      It was a mistake from bank's end and i am suffering without a reason.

                        I am having health insurance policy no 4128i/hp/[protected]/00/000 since may 2008. Last year i got it renewed for 2 years and paid rs 37866 through icici bank credit card on emi basis.
                        In aug 2017 due to tax purposes i requested mr nishant mittal of icici lombard moti nagar delhi to convert my policy from 2 years to year. The policy as per the latest records was changed in nov 2016 without refunding me the difference amount of my premium. I did not receive any call or email for the refund of my amount. Since then i am paying my emi and intt on the full premium amount.

                        This time in july last week i received call from icici that my policy was due for renewal and at that time i came to know that my refund of rs 16401 is still lying with icici lombard.
                        I want to comlaint that why icici lombard has kept this money with them for so long and not credited to my icici credit card from where the funds were credited to them.
                        I have been paying intt. On this amount to icici credit card and as the amount was lying with you i have also lost intt. On it. I request that intt. Charged by icici credit card and for the period funds were lying with you be credited to me.
                        I am really surprised how can a company like you keep the funds in your account and not reconcile your books.

                          Hi, i had submitted a mediclaim to icici lombard, bangalore with originals and other docs but the same got rejected saying that medical treatment taken in the hospital was not incurred for circumcision are not payable. I am really shocked to know that the patient was admitted as per doctor's advise and not as per happy wish. I am very much shocked to know that an icici lombard is saying me that the treatment was done in first attempt whereas, the doctor has insisted us to admit the patients in the hospital for further medical treatment. Let me know if any one has encountered such type of issue and the steps taken to resolve the matter.

                              Is due on 28 august. I have a tata aig insurance currently. Wanted to switch to icici. I had a few callers from different agencies calling me up with different quotes, most of them for icici lombard.
                              I had one miss soumya and mr adnan calling me from one of your agencies mobile nos [protected] and [protected]
                              They gave me a quote of 26800 for a zero depreciation policy. I have a copy of their quote with an idv of 950000
                              Mr adnan also promised me of a free service coupon of 5000 which can be used for servicing, oil change etc.
                              They followed up with me continuously for 10 days. I asked them to send me a mail on the same, but mr adnan said i cant send a mail of the coupon as i will only receive it after i take the policy.
                              I asked others and they said that they havent heard of any such coupon and they were mis-representing.
                              But they kept foloowing up with me. Eventually i aggreed and then they sent me a link to make the payment through paynimo.
                              I made the payment online

                              Then they sent me msg saying there is no coupon sir as it was an old scheme and its not there.
                              Then they asked me if they can process the policy without the coupon. I had my friends father missing so was busy in helping him search his father, and this people kept pressurizing me if they can process without the coupon. To which a few times i responed saying process the policy and i will take them to task about the coupon. They wanted me to agree without taking the coupon. She even sent me emotional msgs saying she might loose her job etc.
                              I had before taking the policy asked them to mail me their office card and no and address.
                              They sent me a card of mr. Panchamrut penkar.

                              They kept sending msgs and calling me saying they can process the application only if i agree to take it without the coupon and if not they can refund my money.
                              Today i said please refund my money, they said they cant i will have to do it myself throgh the same payment junction,
                              I told them they would send me refund is what they said and now they want me to get my refund my self.
                              I have been continuously cheated and missrepresented by this peopl. Why are surch people working with icici, i have my business acount, personal account with icici, and hence wanted my motor insurance also through icici.

                              And i have a very bad taste now. Leadi ng me to make a complain now.
                              They have called again and said they are sending me a card of area sales mager of icic and they have sent me a card of mr. Dipesh agarwal cell no.[protected]. I want to kmow if this guy is emplyed by icici or the agency.

                              Kindly look into the problem and call me.

                                Hi icici lombard, this is raghu vamshi owning a two wheeler.
                                The approval for the repair of my vehicle has been done and the vehicle got repaired and has been delivered to me, but now the person who has approved the insurance claim is telling that the insured amount can't be given. I dont know what ever the reason may be, if that was the case which was going to happen, why did he approve my insurance claim, if he wouldn't have approved that, i would have got my vehicle repaired outside.
                                Why should i pay 2000 annually for nil depreciation insurance if you peoples response is like that. Suresh ([protected]) is the person who has been dealing the case

                                  I had met with accident in march 2017… My right hand got fracture so 3 months bed rest… Actually i don't know anything about insurance so i nt claimed at time of accident... But my brother took bike to showroom just after 3days there icici insurance guy said don't claim now later u can claim… Now only one month left so i claimed now but now he is saying u should claim on r before 7days is it real any validation for claiming insurance, i asked him i got fracture on right hand so how can i apply claim insurance on that time he had no reply… He saying only one answer thats ur late to claim insurance

                                    ICICI LOMBARD/CASE ID # IN [protected] CRM 0763049.
                                    A claim of CHF 439.25 was claimed. The payments were made by my son firstly CHF300 at the time of admission to hospital(subject to final bill) and the balance bill of CHF 139.25 was sent to my son which was paid by him. All the original documents were submitted. The claim was approved for only CHF 199 after deducting statutory deduction. After writing so many letters and also submitting all the original documents the balance CHF 139.25 has not been approved. I am a regular customer of your company for the last about 8 years and also bought 11 times travel insurance in my name as well as in my whole fe name because I have much faith in your name I.e.only ICICI.

                                      I purchased baleno delta 1.3 from sky nexa raipur (C. G.) in sep/2016. I got an accident near bhopal (M. P.), so i left my car in raj roop maruti service centre bhopal. They registered claim for my car. Insurance company appointed surveyor regarding claim. Surveyor inspected the car and approved claim for front portion, lower body, bonet dent, roof dent and left mirror.

                                      But he denying to approve claim for left body dent and scratches. Service person of raj roop maruti service centre also said him "it is justified claim", even i talked him and explained the incident and told him that this is also same side not other side but he said "i can't give this".
                                      Kindly look in to this poor service of insurance company.

                                        As i have renewed my activa policy recently for which the amount collected by that guy is 1148 on the insurance cover but he has charged me 1500 if i ask him about this he said it was the charges for gst as well as for doing that job. Is it the transaction charges or what.
