I am having health insurance policy no 4128i/hp/[protected]/00/000 since may 2008. Last year i got it renewed for 2 years and paid rs 37866 through icici bank credit card on emi basis.
In aug 2017 due to tax purposes i requested mr nishant mittal of icici lombard moti nagar delhi to convert my policy from 2 years to year. The policy as per the latest records was changed in nov 2016 without refunding me the difference amount of my premium. I did not receive any call or email for the refund of my amount. Since then i am paying my emi and intt on the full premium amount.

This time in july last week i received call from icici that my policy was due for renewal and at that time i came to know that my refund of rs 16401 is still lying with icici lombard.
I want to comlaint that why icici lombard has kept this money with them for so long and not credited to my icici credit card from where the funds were credited to them.
I have been paying intt. On this amount to icici credit card and as the amount was lying with you i have also lost intt. On it. I request that intt. Charged by icici credit card and for the period funds were lying with you be credited to me.
I am really surprised how can a company like you keep the funds in your account and not reconcile your books.

    Hi, i had submitted a mediclaim to icici lombard, bangalore with originals and other docs but the same got rejected saying that medical treatment taken in the hospital was not incurred for circumcision are not payable. I am really shocked to know that the patient was admitted as per doctor's advise and not as per happy wish. I am very much shocked to know that an icici lombard is saying me that the treatment was done in first attempt whereas, the doctor has insisted us to admit the patients in the hospital for further medical treatment. Let me know if any one has encountered such type of issue and the steps taken to resolve the matter.
    My money is stuck, pls advised

        Hi my car insurance xuv 500 mh 48 s 6182
        Is due on 28 august. I have a tata aig insurance currently. Wanted to switch to icici. I had a few callers from different agencies calling me up with different quotes, most of them for icici lombard.
        I had one miss soumya and mr adnan calling me from one of your agencies mobile nos [protected] and [protected]
        They gave me a quote of 26800 for a zero depreciation policy. I have a copy of their quote with an idv of 950000
        Mr adnan also promised me of a free service coupon of 5000 which can be used for servicing, oil change etc.
        They followed up with me continuously for 10 days. I asked them to send me a mail on the same, but mr adnan said i cant send a mail of the coupon as i will only receive it after i take the policy.
        I asked others and they said that they havent heard of any such coupon and they were mis-representing.
        But they kept foloowing up with me. Eventually i aggreed and then they sent me a link to make the payment through paynimo.
        I made the payment online
        Payment txn no[protected] on 25/7/2017
        Then they sent me msg saying there is no coupon sir as it was an old scheme and its not there.
        Then they asked me if they can process the policy without the coupon. I had my friends father missing so was busy in helping him search his father, and this people kept pressurizing me if they can process without the coupon. To which a few times i responed saying process the policy and i will take them to task about the coupon. They wanted me to agree without taking the coupon. She even sent me emotional msgs saying she might loose her job etc.
        I had before taking the policy asked them to mail me their office card and no and address.
        They sent me a card of mr. Panchamrut penkar.
        1st floor, george mansion. Lbs road, above axis bank, uthalsar naka, thane west 400601 mobile-[protected]

        They kept sending msgs and calling me saying they can process the application only if i agree to take it without the coupon and if not they can refund my money.
        Today i said please refund my money, they said they cant i will have to do it myself throgh the same payment junction,
        I told them they would send me refund is what they said and now they want me to get my refund my self.
        I have been continuously cheated and missrepresented by this peopl. Why are surch people working with icici, i have my business acount, personal account with icici, and hence wanted my motor insurance also through icici.

        And i have a very bad taste now. Leadi ng me to make a complain now.
        They have called again and said they are sending me a card of area sales mager of icic and they have sent me a card of mr. Dipesh agarwal cell no.[protected]. I want to kmow if this guy is emplyed by icici or the agency.

        Kindly look into the problem and call me.

        Need some urgent solution.

          Hi icici lombard, this is raghu vamshi owning a two wheeler.
          The approval for the repair of my vehicle has been done and the vehicle got repaired and has been delivered to me, but now the person who has approved the insurance claim is telling that the insured amount can't be given. I dont know what ever the reason may be, if that was the case which was going to happen, why did he approve my insurance claim, if he wouldn't have approved that, i would have got my vehicle repaired outside.
          Why should i pay 2000 annually for nil depreciation insurance if you peoples response is like that. Suresh ([protected]) is the person who has been dealing the case

            I had met with accident in march 2017… My right hand got fracture so 3 months bed rest… Actually i don't know anything about insurance so i nt claimed at time of accident... But my brother took bike to showroom just after 3days there icici insurance guy said don't claim now later u can claim… Now only one month left so i claimed now but now he is saying u should claim on r before 7days is it real any validation for claiming insurance, i asked him i got fracture on right hand so how can i apply claim insurance on that time he had no reply… He saying only one answer thats ur late to claim insurance

              A claim of CHF 439.25 was claimed. The payments were made by my son firstly CHF300 at the time of admission to hospital(subject to final bill) and the balance bill of CHF 139.25 was sent to my son which was paid by him.               Dear sir/madam,

              I purchased baleno delta 1.3 from sky nexa raipur (C. G.) in sep/2016. I got an accident near bhopal (M. P.), so i left my car in raj roop maruti service centre bhopal. They registered claim for my car. Insurance company appointed surveyor regarding claim. Surveyor inspected the car and approved claim for front portion, lower body, bonet dent, roof dent and left mirror.

              But he denying to approve claim for left body dent and scratches. Service person of raj roop maruti service centre also said him "it is justified claim", even i talked him and explained the incident and told him that this is also same side not other side but he said "i can't give this".
              Kindly look in to this poor service of insurance company.

                As i have renewed my activa policy recently for which the amount collected by that guy is 1148 on the insurance cover but he has charged me 1500 if i ask him about this he said it was the charges for gst as well as for doing that job. Is it the transaction charges or what.

                  There was an accident happened on last week of march 2017 at my residence (Home) due to lpg gas explosion, as a customer i have provided all required documents to the oil agency and respective company for the survey and coverage. But there was no person came to site and examined the site for a claim report. I have been following since then, unfortunately have not got any response from above mentioned companies. Kindly help me in getting the coverage done. They mentioned the claim report is done based on the documents with out verifying the site. Please contact if required any proofs regarding the conversation i had with the respective leads.

                    I had admitted twice (22/12/2014 and 04/09/2015) in hospitals because of breathlessness and my oxygen levels came down to 81, astma.

                    In last 2 years my weight increased gradually, 194 kg and my bmi is 60. Because of weight i got effected with diabetes (Where hba1c is 8.8) and hypertension. I'm not in a situation to walk for 200 meters.

                    I had vitamin b12 (129 pg/ml) and d3 (6.79ng/ml) deficiency, and fatty liver. I was suggested metabolic and bariatric surgery and underwent the surgery in june this year.

                    After the surgery i lost nearly 18kgs in 14 days.

                    And my claim got rejected. Looking for your support

                      My new cook had an accident in my Bolero Camper 3 years ago, I took it to India Garages, the Garage that sold it to me New. Attached is the cost of the repair, Mr Manish from ICICILombard, the most obnoxious man I have ever met, said bluntly, that I am only going to pay you 30 % of the cost, when I am entitled to 40% and that he was only going to pay me 30, 000 Rs..
                      I think that is why India Garages Now Have a sign recommending NOT to use ICICILombard Car Insurance. I never used this Insurance Company again, and as I pay for all the vehicle insurance for all my staff, as their Insurance expired, they were not renewed, but moved to Insurance Companies that pay out, with Cashless Repair.. what I found amazing was the amount of calls I received from ICICILOMBARD, to renew my car insurance, when the vehicle was in India Garages being repaired for nearly 6 months. I have still Not been Paid One Rupee towards the cost of repair. I am now going to the Insurance Ombudsman in Bangalore.

                      The total charge I paid to India Garages was 1, 27, 549.27 lac, plus I had to pay for the M3 for windscreen and new stereo. So I would recommend that you use an insurance company that pays the garage direct the full amount, what would the interest alone be on this for 3 years.

                      One month after customer support was notified, I am still waiting to hear from ICICILOMBARD regarding my claim, don't Insurance your Vehicles with them, you may as well throw your money down the toilet.
                      Last 10 days happened I am trying to call customer care .there is no response .Cover Note No : W44720195.i just wanted to renew my bike policy its showing call to customer care while calling customer care nobody responding .

                      If you are having this much trouble trying to renew your insurance policy, think ahead, they will never pay you after a theft or accident. Go to a reputable Company, I've been waiting 3 years for them to pay out.

                          Sir / madam,

                          I have purchased a travel policy along with my flight ticket booking from Delhi to Patna to Delhi for 10th & 14th July 2017. Even though the amount was deducted, the policy did not come to me till date. Regarding the same I had called the customer care service thrice and almost every time my call was put on hold for at least 20 mts but nothing was sorted out till date. The last customer care executive told me that the particular PNR (Jet Airways PNR # RXAAXY) does not reflect any policy. But I had sent an email with all the detail along with the insurance receipt to icici lombard but they did not respond to me either. Please protect the common man from these robbers. This is not the first time I face this, almost all the time I have to call if they have to release the policy.

                            And insured with your extreme empire known as ICICI Lombar Policy No. is 3001/[protected]/01/000, My vehicle get Accident[protected] at 8.00 am. At N.H. 24 Hapur Road I went to SHIVA automobile that is situated in B-7, Industrial Area, Meerut Road for my Insurance claim After survey of my car By Mr. Rajeev Gautam give me claim for that Accident for front and back side. He reject to give approval for left side that also get dent in this accident. After the contact with Mr. Rajeev Gautam he told me that “Isko aap apni pocket se kara lo” what is this talk. At time of policy renewal will you agree If I pay you 5000 less le lo and I say that “isko aap apne pass se mila lo” I will not pay even 1 paisa (for repairing) to the garage for my repairing because I have all ready purchase 0% dep & Cash less policy from you, your company.
                            When I say to mr. Rajeev Gautam(Surveur) Plz give me in written that’s you reject my claim for left side he told me that he will give me the contact no. of his boss but after that even he is not picking my call. I make call on customer care toll free no. 18002666 and clear all details but they also told me that I will have to contact with surveur. After some argument they give a No. of Mr. Abhishek(Manager) [protected] after contacting to him I come to know that now a days he is not concerning with this area from that side I got a No. of Mr. Anoop [protected]. Today[protected] from afternoon to evening I trying to contact him for solving the problem but in vain.
                            I am trying to my level best to get the solution of this problem. plz resolve it as soon as posible otherwise I m ready to fight it on up to top level
                            Now if you will not take any action with this ----- I will have to go to Insurance Lokpal, IRDA, National Consumer Helpline

                              My claim No GEN[protected] against my health insurance policy No-4080/PNB-GSM/88351596/00/000 has been rejected by ICICI LOMBORD due to the reason of non disclosure of pre-existing diseases DM & HTN. But at the time of booking policy no one enquired about my existing diseases and explained anything nor carried out medical examination to me. Before issuing such a major policy their responsibilities is to check all those things thoroughly whether I am eligible for this policy or not. The bypass heart surgery carried out to me on 22nd March 2017 and I am taking bed rest at home without job/salary at this situation my claim was rejected by them. Kindly instruct the insurance company to pass the claim at the earliest so as to enable me to solve my financial problems. I shall be very grateful to you for this act of kindness. Thanks and regards

                              ICICI Lombard customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              Claim no MOT 06586687 AND policy no- 3005/AI[protected]/00/000 issued on 07 Nov 2016. Since nearly one month you surveyor unable to survey the vehicle. From last FOUR days my MC is with Seven point motor pvt Ltd. Bhawanipur. Is it your company promises. It's very worst situation and I will never in future do insurance with your company.

                                My honda activa has accident with aterno in parkig due to high race while starting and put down to the floor. There was as damage on headlight and its upper side plastic body, scraches
                                On body of front wheel and left back side body supress.
                                Surveyer only pass headlight and plastic body.
                                So, i request you to cover full damages as its single time accident claim.

                                Claim no is MOT06694137, I am supprised when we know that my front wheel rim is not covered under claim. Insurance guy told me workstation engineer don't inform and engineer told that he already informed before raise bill from insurance company. My bike placed in worksope from last 15 days. Nobody listen and finally I tired.

                                  My name is maneesh kumar age 24,
                                  Date of birth 12/01/92
                                  Icici lombard employee have made a call yesterday i. E. On 12th june 2018 at 6:07 seconds explaining me a policy of health insurance worth rs 8000+
                                  They explained me the policy and after that they told me that a verification team will call me asking me about my address phone no. Date of birth and card no. So that they can convert the amount of the policy to 440 as an emi instead of paying the whole amount together on my icici credit card.
                                  When the verification team called me i had a doubt so i told them i need time to think if i want to take the policy or not that was 2 to 3 days.
                                  After that icici lombard employee from malad a call saying you didn't completed the verification call what problem you have ask us i said i need time to think about the policy and everything and i said give me 2 to 3 days time to think about it they said okay and cut the call.
                                  Then today i. E. 13th june 2017 they again made me a call at 12:13 pm regarding the same matter after he started explaining me again about the policy i said i don't think i will be interested in the policy as i have some problems he started to get rude with me he said your policy is already created and as you didnt complete the call of converting the emi the whole amount of 8000+ will be debited from my account i didnt gave any details of my card to them then how they can do that plus at the end of the conversation i told them i dont think i will be interested in the policy he again got very rude and started saying useless things over the phone and said you will receive a message over your phone that your account has been debited
                                  If they debit any sort of money from my account it won't be a good thing from icici lombard team side how they can do that without me whole consent over the policy.
                                  This was the most rude and weirdest conversation made by them at the end of the call.
                                  Please look into the matter as there are already 700+ complaints against them already and i am adding one more today is really someone is taking care of it or not.
                                  I have already made a complain regarding this on icici lombard chat services my chat id is : chat[protected] and the person i was chatting with was sanchita.
                                  Please tell them not to behave in such ways with the customer of icici bank.

                                    I have taken overseas travel policy from icicilombard Lombard for 4 family members. Their online team sent me 4 different payment link for which I made 4 different payment through my netbanking facility. But these people issued me only two policies. When I omplained they forced me to pay premium again saying techical error and later on I came to know that they issued me policies against all the payments instead of refunding the first payment....
