Misselling the 2 policies no. (4128i/hp/121059335/00/000 and q-33456

Dear team,

I, md danish fahim, have taken the 2 health policies on 07/09/2016 through mr ajay pratap singh ([protected]), from icici lombard.
1) 1st policy no. 4128i/hp/[protected]/00/000 and paid rs.4134.00 and transaction id is s95317194
2) 2nd proposal no: q-33456 and paid rs. 3357.00 and transaction id is s95315736

During selling he clearly said that there will no medical test. but after taking...

I have submitted motor claim no: mot05820393 on 8th august and incident occurred on 31st jul. its now almost 3 months but settlement amount has not yet received from icici lombard. vehicle got scraped from company, have received amount from dealer on 1st oct (after 2 months) and remaining amount is yet to be received after almost 3 months. and as per icici lombard settle the claims in 14 working days and its over two and half month and settlement is not done. i have followed up continuously with contact person upendra and his manager mandar ([protected]) but seems like they don't care and doesn't afraid of any escalation or complaint from customer which makes me feel doubtful about escalation rule of company and policies from company. as it is very frustrating for continuous follow ups and received annoying reply from the contact persons and their managers from company.

    I want to share an important information with you. This year 2016 i have taken a comprehensive insurance from icici lombard. I have gone through an accident on 11th oct 2016 and submitted my car at sas hyundai for claim. After verification from surveyor of icici lombard he told me that - sir your claim will not be approved as you have taken ncb this year.in response to that i have called senior person of icici lombard and said by mistake i have taken the ncb this year and i can pay you that amount; but they didn't agreed and said icici lombard is not going to approve this claim. It's very hard to digest this as i have given full premium for the year 2016 to them but they didn't approving my claim.

    I have also deposit my ncb, but yet they are not sharing any kind of claim percentage...

    Kindly take care of this matter.

      Hi all,

      I renewed my motor policy from icici lombard. I also requested for name change as it was on bank loan. I paid rs 8900 and they confirmed that for name change i have to pay rs 1950.

      As per my busy schedule i requested them to call anytime after 4pm.
      However no body came with a revert. I emailed the many time and also to the customer support president ms vasundhara bhosle but have not got any reply.

      I renewed my policy month ago and i don't have my policy when i already paid the money.

      This incident gave me the mental stress and cops also fine me for this.

      I want to file a complaint against them or sue them for keeping me waiting for 1 month.

      They took the payment now after proving me wrong. Senior Management Vasundhra Bhosle is not replying .

      Ideally they need to give me some compensation which they do not want to.

      Thanks for the worst support.

      I WILL NEVER USE ICICI ALSO I WILL BLOCK MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND CREDIT CARD.

      again my policy is messed up!!
      I'm holding an account in ICICI Bank, today on 24 Oct I received a call from Chennai on my mobile. Initially Lady caller explained me about health plan but meantime she mentioned that "we will withdraw amount/money from your account" which hurted me. Plz look into the matter, how someone can withdraw money from my account without my consent.

        I intimated to icici Lombard on 08/10/2016 during intimation your representative said me it will take total time 14 days from intimation date 08/10/2016 it means my claim will settle till 22/10/2016
        But you take 7 days for sending claim form on my address. Icici Lombard sent me claim form on 15/10 /2016 then I sent all related documents reached on 19/10/2016 on icici Lombard hyderabad. Then
        I called on 20/10/2016 your representative said your documents received . it will be take maximum time 14 days . Then again 21/10/2016 I called icici Lombard and this time your representative said me it will be take maximum time 25 days so what is your system and what is your policy only making fool to customers . or providing best service to customers
        During insurance policy taking time icici Lombard take only 2-3 days and claim time no time limit why please settle my claim ASAP Because I don't have money to pay my October EMI of loan due to this icici bank already imposed late charges to my loan account.please settle my claim ASAP.
        SO I AM LOOKING FOR FAST ACTION ON YOUR END

          i have a problem agenst claim regarding ... i inform icici lombard healt insurance this no18002666 .. befor admit .. he tell me that jio policy rajasthan not coverd in caseless terms.. you clam discharge date to 30 days and send all orginal docment in my hedarbaad ofice ... i inform discharge date to next day... and he send me claim form .. and many time i call icici lombard customer care help to filling claim from .. but he dose not send claim intimation no .. and i send all docoment on icici lombard hedarbaad office on 10 days of discharge date.. he recive my form after 5 days... and after receving 14 days not status change on icici lombard site... i again cl on and then change my status your claim from rejected ... ple sole my problem urgently...
          otherwise i go to coungumer court...

            I was working as HR Co-Ordinator on third party payroll of Modern Business Solution in ICICI Lombard from Feb 2015 to July 2016. Till date after resigning on July 16 I have not received resignation letter. Inspite of repeated follow up and reminders with concerned authority i get assurance from ( Prashant Kate (IL) - [protected] & Manish (MBP) - [protected] ) thats its under process. It has more than 2 months same is pending. Many employees who ICICI Lombard hires on third party payroll dont get offer letter, resigning letter etc Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.               Hello,

              I claimed my car honda amaze car (DL4CNC9182)for dant and paint in new delhi RAMA ROAD honda showroom .

              my motor claim id is MOT05989524, your company surveyor came for survey of my car And he dined to give me genuine claim .

              i claimed for left side car hitting left side front and back bumper and left side door gate. he only passed front and left door gate on two request file basis.

              i given reason on written base that what happened on accident time he tell me it is not true that what i am telling .he have no reason to denied my accident case .

              i also talked to his senior person .who have no idea how can talk with customer he told me that he will look out matter and called me .but he never called me till now .

              i am customer of ICICI LOMBANRD last 2 year .i never faced such kind of problem but now i am facing this problem only reason of your supporting team they are not cooperating persons .

              i am damn sure will not give me solution of my problem and all of one fellow only your surveyor suggestion .

              if you will not consider my legal accident request sorry to say i will never suggested to anyone to join your company next year will not your customer.

                I have made claim of about 12500 for my wifes maternity .but ICICI Company paid me only 50000, rejecting other claim saying 'sub limit exausted' but they should consider other thing before and after delivery of child. my wife is having high blood presure and having infections during pregnancy and after pregnacy. She was admitted in 'wockahrdt hospital' at miraroad in emergency situation .The delivery date given by doctor is 23/09/16 but actual premature delivery done due to high blood presure before delivery date i.e on 30/08/16. This is due to high blood presure and infection .The delivery done by sijer. After delivery also infection continues remain hence discharge from the hospital was extended. she was admitted about 8 days.The doctors refuses to give discharge to her due to infection but we request them to give discharge hence after several request they ready for giving conditional discharge .They give us medicines and salines to give her after discharge. They told to do other blood test also.Due to all this circumstances we also paid lot of money to the hospital. so you should not consider only maternity amount but other amount also.
                so i request you to consider whole amount of my health claim .

                    I purchased my first new Renault Kwid car on 8 September 2016. I was sold ICICI Lombard insurance policy number 3001/[protected]/00/000. I was made to believe that this is best insurance policy.

                    My friend was driving vehicle and met with accident. We visited Renault services station at Fatima nagar, pune on 1 October 2016 to get the vehicle repaired. I was made aware that the vehicle can be repaired under warranty and insurance claim can be done for the same. I submitted all the necessary documents required for insurance claim.

                    My claim was registered on 3 October 2016 MTO05961586. Later I got text informing ‘Initial survey for claim number MTO05961586 has been completed. Post three days I received call from Renault services station stating your vehicle is ready for delivery post repair. I was quoted Rs. 1300/- for the repairs. I asked what are these charge, I was told Rs. 1000/- is compulsory charge (I received two letters from ICICI Lombard, neither of them talk about Rs. 1000/- compulsory charge) and Rs. 300/- for accessories. I was not happy about the charges as I was told while selling the insurance that you have zero deprecation policy.
                    We called contact centre the same day to understand the charges. Post conversation we’re told that someone would call you to explain the charges and terms and conditions. I received another claim number MTO05964844 and a mobile number with Mr Javed Waghare (ICICI agents) number. I did not receive any call from the said agent.
                    I then received a call on 6 October 2016 from Renault service station stating the vehicle is repaired and it is ready for delivery. However, after few minutes the same service station agent called back and said the ICICI agent Mr Javed Waghare (ICICI agent) is denies releasing the vehicle. I called Mr Waghare to understand the issue. He told me that someone has called contact centre and booked claim and now he needs fresh documents to be submitted for claim made. I explained Mr Waghare that we have submitted the required document for claim number MTO05961586 and you have done the survey and passed the vehicle for repairs. The call was made by my friend to inquire about Rs. 1000/- compulsory charges. He said he cannot do anything and he will have to investigate the issue until then he cannot release the vehicle.
                    I want to know what is happing and why my car is not be release though it’s been passed and repaired by the ICICI Lombard agent?
                    THIS WHOLE EPISODE HAS LEFT BAD TASTE FOR ICICI LOMBARD.

                        On 26th september i had a minor accident in visakhapatnam. I stopped my car at signal, suddenly a scooter hit the car from rear, the left tail lamp was broken and the bumper had deep scratches.
                        On 4th i took the vehicle to the icici lambard authorised garage. From there i informed to the surveyer mr sampath. Made initial survey for claim no. Mot 05967670. The surveyer told only two things to be done. One is replacement of tail lamp and the other is bumper painting and promised me to deliver the vehicle on 5th october evening. Later i came to know he has sanctioned half bumper painting (Since the scratches are found one side only). I was shocked to half painting (Left part only). My vehicle is almost 8 years old. Having original painted. Will it match with old paint? It is ridiculous. I think icici lambard is saving money in this way.
                        Secondly. The job work was over, but the surveyer was little lazy to inspect the vehicle and told me he will come next day. He inspected on the next day but the formalities were not completed i reported the matter to mr. Amit shetty, and he spoke to the surveyor and later i was told to collect the vehicle. It was already 7 pm. The garage owner told me collect the vehicle next day. Immediately i argued with the owner whose mistake is this? They kept the vehicle out side and given the key to the watchman and went. I collected the vehicle around 8 pm.in the darkness i couldn't notice the remote key. It was broken and no battery and no closure.
                        However, i had a bitter experience with icici lambard surveyor and garage satya gopal auto works. Visakhapatnam.

                        I request the policy holders please avoid this garage. And also i request the higher authorities to instruct mr sampath to act immediately, carefully & diligently.

                          Hi sir/mam, my Renault Kwid RXL white car, registration HR 29 AM 2346 is covered under 0 dep. Claim insurance from your company & unfortunately earlier last Monday it got accidented & your executive Gaurav Chandok visited in the Faridabad Sunrise showroom to identify the damage of the car but he was directed & imagining the accident film in his as he wished but neither he trusted on witness & neither he had faith on me & uncovered many of the parts like broken mud flaps, rear right side Light.. under 0 dep. policy whereas I told him that a silver colour fortuner had stuck from behind on left bottom corner of my car & as soon it was stuck my car slipped around 2 feet on right side on the road & a Enfield bike rider was passing to my car but unfortunately his bike's left side handle stuck to the right side rear OR back light of my car & it had a sound to break the right side back light of my car & the bike rider miss balanced with his bike but even after your executive did't entertained none o[censored]s two statements whereas I already discussed every thing with him on call. Not only I but one of my friend who was present along with me in the car that moment also discussed our statement in the showroom & executive also discussed the accident & damage situation with your executive but he completely denied to pass that claim in favour of me & challenged me to complain OR take whatever the action I can & tried to prove me a liar, he also challenged me that once if I'll provide him a copy of FIR only after that I'll be eligible for claim & according to his company policy only one side of the accidented car will coveunder the claim policy & instructed me to claim right side back broken light on next 0 dep. insurance claim. it simply indicates that either he OR the company policy is trying to make the customer fool & therefore obligated I am forced to pay cash from my pocket to replace my car's right side back light which pinched my lot & why do I pay from my pocket whereas once the car is already covered under 0 dep. Insurance Policy? I am hurt & unsatisfied with the after sale service of the insurance policy ICICI Lombard company therefore finally I decided to mark complain against you executive Gaurav Chandok & return my money back to me as soon possible. Please do the needful & take the justify action.

                          Hi sir/mam, my Renault Kwid RXL white car, registration HR 29 AM 2346 is covered under 0 dep. Claim insurance from your company & unfortunately earlier last Monday it got accidented & your executive Gaurav Chandok visited in the Faridabad Sunrise showroom to identify the damage of the car but he was directed & imagining the accident film in his as he wished but neither he trusted on witness & neither he had faith on me & uncovered many of the parts like broken mud flaps, rear right side Light.. under 0 dep. policy whereas I told him that a silver colour fortuner had stuck from behind on left bottom corner of my car & as soon it was stuck my car slipped around 2 feet on right side on the road & a Enfield bike rider was passing to my car but unfortunately his bike's left side handle stuck to the right side rear OR back light of my car & it had a sound to break the right side back light of my car & the bike rider miss balanced with his bike but even after your executive did't entertained none o[censored]s two statements whereas I already discussed every thing with him on call.                             I given a request for transfer of bike insurance in my name also given rc copy on 17 sep but till then it is pending. I got interaction id: [protected] and then after a call. I talked with customer care what is next procedure and whatever is fee i will pay online. They told me request has been taken and within 24 hr u will get call and they will told you how to do. But till till then i just got two missed call from bombay no. When i again called customer care they told me we have called you but you did not respond. Then i told them that they just do missed call and no response. They again told u will get call, but till then no call came. This is very disappointing. Pls take action asap

                              RS. 9000+ debited from my ICICI salary account. I received message that documens will be received within 15 days.

                              I don't know how to cancel my Lombard Health Policy. I visit nearby branch but I didn't get proper response.

                                  I have renewed my policy on 08/09/2016 online, but i did not received yet the policy sent by you through blue dart courier service agency but was annoyed to know when i today checked the courier status on internet that it has been returned undelivered. The fact is that i have not received even a single call on my mobile that the courier has reached for delivery by courier service. My phone no is [protected] which is already registered with you.                                     In accident, my front right side bumper, fender were damaged and left side door and fender. I stated that car gushed in my right side front part of my car and two wheeler from left hand side. I claimed for my car left hand side dents on door and fendor and also right side front fender, bumper. he rejected my back bumper claim saying i need to file fir stating that left hand side part was damaged by activa person. And he can only pass claim for my front right side damage. My question is is it necessary to file fir for this. There was no injury to any person. and can claim manager reject claim just because i did not file FIR. Who will file fir for just a person on activa who accidentally made dents on my car in accident. What is a procedure to challenge the decision of claim manager who inspected my car and in how many days can i challenge it by hiring arbitrator.

                                      Troday I talked to icici customer care executive regarding some credit card issue and after taking to him he diverted my call to policy department regarding some insurance policy. I told them to send all the details regarding that policy but I have been charged rs 10616 from my credit card for one o[censored]r policy but I don't want that policy as nobody told me full details of the policy .
                                      So I request you to cancel the policy and credit my amount back to my credit card.
