My claim has been rejected simply and i am try to call the customer but simply they are hanging up the calls.

Trip delay : in the policy they have return that more than 6 hours of delay we can claim and my trip got delayed for 1 day.

Simply the icici guys have reject my claim and they are not at answer the calls proper and even for emails,

    I am fed up with following with ICICI Lombard who have cheated me and my family even after paying premiums on yearly basis for health policies.
    I had purchased a policy for my mother starting from year 2010, Health Advantage plan – Policy number – 4063i/HAP/05520098/00/000 of which sum insured was Rs 300000 in which I had clearly mentioned that she was suffering from diabetes.

    I kept on renewing the policy every year, in the year 2015 while the renewing the policy (Policy # for[protected]i/HPR/93876117/01/000) they offered me a top up policy (Policy # 4113i/XOL/66957123/02/000) of additional sum insured of 500000 based on the base policy which I had with them from 2010. The top up policy was sold on the basis of my base policy.

    Now in the year 2016 in the month April my mother was diagnosed with Neuro-Endocrine Tumor Lung + Liver for which she was advised surgery Pulmonary Lobectomy + mediastinal LND.For which we decided to operate in the month of May on the 6th 2016 in Jaslok Hospital under Doctor R.K. Deshpande, for which I filed for pre-approval on the same and received the sanctioned amount of Rs 364000 on the base policy 4128i/HPR/93876117/01/000. When the patient was in the hospital post-surgery, and I submitted the running bill, I was notified by ICICI Lombard that the sum insured against the base policy has been exhausted, so I submitted my top policy 4113i/XOL/66957123/02/000 for the additional sum insured of Rs 500000.

    Now here is where the sadistic and nefarious behavior of the insurance company came in play.

    They denied my additional claim saying that I had not declared that she was a diabetic in the top up policy. The top up policy (4113i/XOL/66957123/02/000) was sold to me on the basis of the base policy (4128i/HPR/93876117/01/000) and included all the declaration for the same. I don’t understand how you can deny the claim as the hospital and the doctor and even the admission of the patient remains the same. It is not as if we have moved the patient and claiming for some other disease, even if we were they are obliged to honor the top up policy as it was sold exclusively based on the existing base policy. Even after repeated calls and emails to the customer care guys who clearly have no idea what is politeness and being humble is, they still state that it is my fault that I did not declare that she is a diabetic in the top up policy.
    After 5 days of constant mental harassment and no sleep, also I needed to take care of my mother, I decided to take her home after paying the additional bill of Rs 189000.
    I came home and started to take care of her, it has been 3 months now and she is recovering well.
    I am now of sound mind and body, hence am writing this complaint on your forum as a last resort for some miracle to happen, if they do not respond clearly, I plan on pursing the matter legally, so that such cases do not happen with other commoners in the near future.

      My new policy number is 3001/hi/10383421/00/000 i had renewed my policy and made cheque payment at sunrise hundai on 31 may 2016. But at the time of claim they are saying that policy got expired on 29 june 2016 and no renewal is done... I have my mini statement of bank that payment is done, so what to do right now? Whose fault is there? Going to file a case in rti against icici lombard services and sunrise hundai.

        I have made online payment for a policy for car insurance.But even after the RC book was checked by the inspector the policy was issued in my name instead of mothers name.i am mailing them since the next day.And to change the same they are asking for 20 days to see what went wrong.i dont want to know what went wrong, change the name on my policy.just change the name on my policy.
        I have mailed RC book and policy on mail why would you take 20 days to resolve this issue when you take money beforehand.

          Myself Ajay Prabhu Lende residing in Chandrapur Maharashtra, I was apply for home loan through ICICI lombard and for that I was submitted all documents to Chandrapur Branch on dated 28.07.2016 under guidance of Mr. Vijay Kanoje (Manager ICICI lombard) with one blank signed cheque and one of rs. 2300/- for processing of valuation of property. But on dated 03.08.2016 Mr. Vijay said that file not submitted to Head Office due to flood in Nashik on 12.30 p.m. after that I was called at 16.30 p.m. that I did not required loan due to some problem and request to Mr. Vijay to stop processing and He agreed for that. But on dated 04.08.2016 he put cheque of Rs. 2300/- and withdrawn from my account then immediately I contacted to Mr. Vijay and ask about that then he replied that by mistake it was withdrawn. I requested him personally that please credit back that amount to my account and return all documents and blank cheque to me but he is not given any positive reply. Hence please help me on that case.

            My father taken loan against my home but they had taken icici loambard insurance policy against loan but on 10th april 2014 my father got expire and before giving me insurance policy dhfl and icici lambard told me if anything wrong with your dad then company will pay for this and its was natural death now they are not paying for this now they are harrassing me we cant pay anymore please check in this matter for relie[censored]s or i need to take both company in court for this

            this is a fraud company when they come to sale they show they are for us and by chance u make a claim they make you beg and herres like anything, they just look reasons for reject claim. i have secure my home loan with them and unfortunately i have to get my kidney transplant done one doc i went for second opinion by mistake he did not write the date of my CKD date and mentioned only my hypertension date it looks in that like i am having both the problems together, they must be having doc in there panels i just want to ask them can CKD person can live for 14 years . now they have rejected my claim by saying doc said you are having problem from last 14 years, they cant see what other two doc saying. they just need a reason to reject and make foll o[censored]r and loot our hard urn money.               Hello,
              This is to kindly inform you that i had never been harassed like this before by anyone what icici lombard claims department did while handling claim reference number in[protected] & in[protected]. I wrote a detailed email about our problems faced during a flight from prague to warsaw as also attached. It was representative from icici lombard who asked us to put all the claims under trip cancellation knowing that the company shall indemnify the insured for the financial loss incurred by the insured arising out of cancellation of the trip (Whether wholly or in part) and solely attributable to and/ or arising out of:
              I. Earthquake.
              Ii. Storm, flood, inundation, cyclone, tempest.
              Ii. Terrorism.
              Icici claim department representatives like manish, badal, niraj and others were all the time adding in delays saying management is looking at it and they tried to fool my parents along with me who was calling them every 2nd day from international number. I also work in international company where customers are the most respected and here it seems icici lombard doesn’t care much about customers. I have personally gone through worst and will never ever recommend this travel insurance to anyone and write worst reviews i can. Every time icici replied to us asking for more information and not understanding plain english.

              I don’t need any penny or compensation from you, (If icici would have been in europe, i would have personally sued them). They created delays for us, tried to fool us and worst part is customer handling. I just want to get this highlighted to senior management and i want a prompt response from them otherwise i also know how to handle this situation.

              Please remember now i even don’t want to ask for any compensation! You have been already so kind by harassing us too much…. Thank you

                I have purchased a hero passion pro vehicle (two wheeler) from pashupati motors, 84, adhchini, main mehrauli road, sri aurobindo marg, new delhi, delhi 110017 on 24.07.2016 having vehicle no.:dl3scc8241.

                On 24.07.2016, i met with one sales agent of pashupati motors namely mr. pankaj, he told me each and every thing regarding the above said vehicle but at the time of information regarding insurance of the said vehicle, he introduced a person who is sitting in the showroom of pashupati motors and he introduced himself as an insurance agent of icici lombard motor insurance. the said insurance agent told me that if you purchase the vehicle with three years one time insurance then your vehicle is valued one time and the said valuation of the vehicle continues till three years, so on his statement i have purchased the vehicle with three years motor insurance plan.

                Later on, on 25.07.2016 when i have checked the insurance papers then i became shocked and surprised, the insurance papers issued from icici lombard motor insurance company shown that my said vehicle is valued rs.48474/- from 24.07.2016 to 23.07.2017, rs.40, 820/- from 24.07.2017 to 23.07.2018 and rs.35, 718/- from 24.07.2018 to 23.07.2019.

                I have been misguided by the said insurance agent and on his inducement, i had purchased the insurance for the period of three years.

                So, by this representation it is hereby request you to kindly take appropriate action against the person who has misguided me and also induced me to purchase the insurance for the period of three years and further refund my entire insurance amount.

                  I have renewed the two wheeler car insurance policy on 17th july, 2016. But i didn't receive any policy papers till yet. I called icici lombard for several times. But they have told me that there is no renewal of insurance though i have transaction no against which i have paid 1235 inr. I hope it is more reliable that i have paid through net banking and a transaction no is generated. Please look into this matter asap.

                    I had my 2 wheeler insurance with you, but my engine number in mentioned in my claim policy is wrong (last digit of my engine number mentioned is wrong).
                    I called to you customer care and send the mail with my scanned copy of r. c. also, your customer care executives assured me it will be corrected in 4 hrs. but till now matter is not resolved.
                    Even you are not responding on mail.
                    My complain no in email is: “icicilom:[protected] issue with my bike's engine number”
                    Your response on mail is very poor.
                    Please short out my issue asap, else i need to choose some other policy provider to renew my policy.

                      My name is ataulla khan, i have taken a home loan from your bank (icici bank ltd) in 2011. since 2011 my loan account is active and i am paying my emis on regular basis till date.

                      Would like to bring into your notice, the land gut no-250 at indigo riverside, genesis @ village kolgaon, palghar is mortgage with sidbi by mr. jignesh rokadia and dipal rokadia (directors of krunal industrial estate developers pvt ltd), despite of this land being mortgage with sidbi from 2006, icici bank has pre-approved this property and also given home loan to me.

                      Would request you to kindly investigate on the same and check the details, since the property is mortgage with sidbi we have not received electricity supply and we can’t even reside there due to no water, no electricity supply.

                      This is complete waste of money and unnecessary interest being paid for the property which is under mortgage with another bank.

                      I tried informing the bank to necessary action, but seems they are not interested to investigate the matter from their end.

                      Icici bank has given loan to me and paid the money to builder for mortgage land.

                      This is absolutely a fraud done by bank and builder together.

                      Pls help in this regards

                        This has reference to my policy no. 4128i/ihpa/[protected]/00/000. on receivimng your first query, "please provide the exact duration of psoriasis, seizures disorder, osa & furnish the first consultation paper and all previous consultation papers with details regarding the exact etiology and duration on a treating doctor letter head and all the treatment taken till to date." on 14th june'16, i had met up with your empanelled doctor in gurgaon and showed him all the documents before sending it to you. he had mentioned that these were more than enough. i don't understand why a similar mail ahs again come. either you guys want to harrass so much that the customer stops following for the claim or you don't have the intention to pay the claim. please ask some qualified people to speak to me. this doctor had rightly mentioned that there are no qualified people at the backend who could do justice to the papers sent.

                          My name is vikas rana, i am from ghaziabad. I had accident on 26/april/2016 in night. We were 5 people in my car and i am owner of my car. When i was driving the car suddenly front one tyre has blast and car got unbalance and fall on flyover (Height 20 feet). 2 person had deid on the spot.
                          According to company rules i have submitted all type of documents for insurance. And now my car is stand on motor magic sahibabad from 12/may/2016. And they have charged me 300/-rs per day parking and 5 thousand intimation charge. Now i have called mohan rawat on monday (12/june/2016). He said to me-' claim is ok now, and all paper work and investigation has been done and now you will have to wait for 10-15 days more, court will come and describe your car value as per we will give you information ahead".
                          Now i called again mohan rawat on 27/june/2016, now do you know what he replied again to me that-"your car is under investigation'. What crap is this...!!! Again investigation - i replied.
                          And after 2 days (29/june/2016), he called my father and said him - we will give you 2 lakh 30 thousand rupees and you pick up your from magic motor and sell on your behalf.
                          Now finally my queston is that my car insurance value is 4 lakh 40 thousand rupees, and its in total loss, and they should give me car idv value as i shown above. And now car responsibility is icici lombard not mine. Neither i will not pick up the car from garage nor i will sell it. I dont care now car value is zero or more. I want my total insurace value as he mention in policy.
                          I have attached motor policy and some documents.

                          Now i called again Mohan Rawat on 27/june/2016, now do you know what he replied again to me that-"your car is under investigation''. WHAT CRAP IS THIS...!!! AGAIN INVESTIGATION- I replied.
                          And after 2 days (29/june/2016), he called my father and said him- we will give you 2 lakh 30 thousand rupees and you pick up your from MAGIC MOTOR and sell on your behalf.
                          now finally my queston is that my car insurance value is 4 lakh 40 thousand rupees, and its in total loss, and they should give me car IDV value as i shown above. And now car responsibility is icici lombard not mine. neither I will not pick up the car from garage nor i will sell it. I dont care now car value is zero or more. I want my total insurace value as he mention in policy.

                                We have submitted the original papers and bills in january16. Since march icici lombard have been asking for 1st complaint papers where patient complaint about the illness. It was 2.30am in morning and we had taken patient to doctors home and we submitted the said diagnosis paper with doctors stamp on it and then progressed towards hospital the other morning. The sacnned copy of the said paper has been submitted many number of time.

                                In the last query of icici lombard, they also were asking for treating doctors review on same from the first complaint registered and till date consultancy report and this was discussed over the phone too. And you shall get the proofs in the phone communication records. And further to my series of discussion, they asked for the soft copy of the required documents, stating the hard copy is not required now. We have sent varied documents in soft copy as and when required.In the mean while we had icici back-end agent/ employee coming to our home to examine the papers and see the patient. He had also clicked images of the papers and sent the same to his office from our home.

                                Post that last month we visited treating doctor dr. Raj agarwal, and submitted his hand writted letter about everything on his letter head and attached few reports as doctor suggested for the ease of icici lombard to relate and release the claim amount. Doctor himself is surprised to see the same time and again requirement popping from this company.

                                And i still get the calls and emails from icici lombard asking for the same submitted document for payment clearance.

                                We patiently tried for 6 months full - filling all the needed documents, but still are not getting any headway for the said case.

                                I also have now started recording the name and employee id's of the customer care for reference of discussion.

                                Please verify the documents and recordings and get the needful done.
                                With the last and only hope left we are writing this to you.

                                  This is with reference to the above subject my vehicle was lost /stolen on 31/05/2014 in commerical street when we approached the police they advised me to wait for 3 days to file FIR then on 04/06/2014 they accepted my complaint and when i called the helpline of ICICI lombard for the claim procedures one executive advised us to get back with the lost documents from police to cliam the same so i was following up with the police who has given me the C certificate after 1 and half year which was also raised as a complaint . asper the exceutive i submitted the docs to insurance company now they are denying to proceed with the cliams as there is a delay in filing FIr and delay the producing docs . As a lay man i was follwing up with the police however there is a denial and delay from the police end the insurance company is not ready to hear out the issues faced please help me get my claim as there is no error at my end .

                                    I have register a online health policy with number 4128i/hp/[protected]/00/000 with premium of rs. 7328/- on april 14, 2016. I paid through my icici credit card (4006). It was said that, i should get my policy documents soft copy by mail within 24hrs of activation and hard copy to my doorstep within 15days.
                                    Till may 16, 2016, i haven't received anything from them, so i raised a complain as it seems to be forgery to me. They replied on may 18, 2016 with soft copy of the policy and said the that my hard copy already been delivered to my address on april 24, 2016. But still i haven't received the hard copy. It looks fishy and unsatisfied to me, so i raised policy cancelation request on may 18, 2016.
                                    Now they are showing their policies like, it is activated on april 16, i. E. More than a month, so refund amount would half i. E. Rs. 3664/-. After many conversations, that same rs. 3664/- they have refunded to my credit card on may 23, 2016.
                                    Forget about hard copy which i haven't received yet, if i consider only soft copy of the policy documents, i have received it only on may 18, 2016 and same day i raised policy cancelation request, so i should get full amount refund i. E. Rs. 7328/-. But they are still saying that, hard copy already been delivered on april 24, 2016. If they can't deliver the soft copy on time, how they could deliver the hard copy then. On that context, i requested to share the receipt copy with delivery date and receiver's sign/name with me, but till date they are unable to produce any such proof to me.
                                    I may charge for client harassment penalty and so on, but i just asked for full amount refund. But they denied to me to do so.
                                    Here by i claim my full amount refund i. E. Rs 7328/- (Remain balance out of that i. E. Rs. 3664/- only) to my credit card account with immediate effect.

                                      If below complaint not resolved within 2 weeks i am going to consumer forum. Total compensation i am seeking is 14000 for insurance along with 18% interest and 50000 inr for mental harassment. Court charges will be also included in icici lombard.


                                      My two wheeler got damaged due to a coconut falling on the petrol tank. There was a big dent on the petrol tank and bike was not starting. So i went to honda service center where they said, due to the impact of coconut on the petrol tank, one of the electronic fuel pump got damaged, since fuel pump reside inside the petrol tank. He said i need to replace the tank along with fuel pump to get it started. I contacted lombard customer care and they sent the surveyor to the service center for inspection. After two days the surveyor said we can't pay you for the fuel pump but we will pay for the tank.
                                      Fuel pump was damaged due to the impact of coconut and it should come under the insurance policy. I want you to please look into this.

                                        Jio policy taken in dec 2015 jio id confirms date then i submitted a claim for my mothers chemo taken in jan 2016 end but icici Lombard people rejected saying policy start from feb 2016 how is it possible?? policy taken by net payment. so instantly credited to Lombard so then why u issued health cards 2 months late your people and never answered abot my claim status when I personally called there is a long queue press this numbeir that number then I had a long argument with Vicky parmar your employee and two other ladies I explained this is technical or data entry problem why u are harassing the public then after long wait Vicky accepted this is system problem but I cant do any thing I cant help I submitted all documents all proof all supporting papers what are you going to do about this there are thousands of complains posted every where also customer satisfaction ratio is only 4%
                                        there was a time icici had a name position status but now all departments divisions and your sister concern companies are nothing but zero looting the people harassing the public don't think u can get away like this I complained to the pmo also I promise to take u to court and to show your face in media
