Hi,

I have purchased a health insurance from a agent of ICICI Lombard.

But Now I want to cancel this but No responce from coustemer care. It's telling to me after 11 days it will be resolved. After deduction of Rs. 300 rest of amount will be sent to my address in form of cheque.

But Now till 12 days going on nothing to do for it.

So, pleas etake a action for it, if you can.

What I do next step please suggest.

Hi, I got a health policy through online from ICICI Lombard. Policy name is Family Protect Premium. Policy no is: Policy no: 4034/FPP/02995222/00/000.
This policy is Rs. 3 Lakh for 2 years. Its amount is Rs. 6732. But in ICICI Lombard website for this policy is Rs. 5500. The amount difference is Rs. 1200 approx. I got cheated from ICICI Lombard RS. 1200. Regarding this issue i have forwarded various complain but I couldn't get response.
Also you can see health policy price chart in Lombard website http://www.icicilombard.com/app/ilom-en/Personalproducts/Health.aspx . No one can help about this policy. Also this policy doenot mention in Lombard website. I can give you various details of costumer, who cheated with ICICI Lombard

Another one serious query that when i got regarding purchase of health policy. She gave me all wrong information like: 1) your policy will be Rs. 6 lakhs for 2years 2) when you will be in hospital you will get extra Rs. 1000 per day. 3) You will tax benefit Rs. 3 lakh. Etc...
Please give me suggestion regarding above complain. I will take hardly action to ICICI Lombard Company. I have all clues to lost market value of ICICI Lombard.

Dear friends,
This is Rajesh Nelavelli. I'm workin for Satyam. In August i was applied for ICICI CREDIT card. In Oct. One of the ICICI exicutive called me for verification.After that he asked me to take Lombard,it will helps in "TAX Decleration". I said "NO". Even though he sent two Lombard cards to my parent's address. They sent to me after a week. I immediately called that person(Raja Reddy,Chennai,no:[protected]) and asked him to cancel those cards. He said that "Sir, I'm sorry for that. Unfortunately It was activaed,Please pay 1047/- for jan. , after that i will cancel the cards." Now those customer care people said to me "YOU HAVE TO PAY 5,500/- rs. as CANCELLATION FEES".

Please tell me,"Is this is the correct way for ICICI bank to develop their business, and please tell me"What to do now"?

ICICI Lombard — ACCIDENT CLAIM REFUSES

i MET AN ACCIDENT BEFORE ONE MONTH AND IT WAS A NEW CAR ONLY. I WAS HAVING AN INSURANCE OF ICICI LOMBARD.
IT WAS TAXI PASSING AND I CLEARLY MENTIONED EVERY TIME THAT I NEED A TAXI INSURANCE BUT ICICI AGENT GAVE ME A PRIVATE INSURANCE AND THAT I CAME TO KNOW WHEN MY FILE WAS REFUSED. I GOT A LOSS OF 1,75,000 .
i AM NOT ABLE TO BARE THIS LOSS.
ITS A CHEATING DONE BY ICICI LOMBARD.

i was offered the policy by icici lomard on my cridetcard i was said that u will be charged 276 rs monthly the policy didnt reached me and the policy got cancelled but the amount was debited from my card again call was there from icicilombard that my was not recorded properly so u have to again attained the verfication call and when i said i dont want this new policy they said its the old one only i said i want to cancel that also i was said that policy was already cancelled since u have not received the policy papers i said i want to cancel this also the executive said that once u receive the policy paper it will be cancelled with the help of customer care today i received the papers and the what they say u will be charged 55% for the cancellation policy i think this company is cheating the clients its froud

We have taken a policy no 4077/0000020 on date 1/12/2007 from your company. One of our mares namely Kushboo tab no 5716 died on 19/3/2008 having an insurance of Rs 200000 we have informed to you at jaipur office about this in written and submitted post marten report and other documents to your office.
But after passing two months we did not received any claim, several times we have contact to agent Mr. Manish Garg but not satisfactory reply receive from him then after we had gone to your office at gopalpurafrom there we didn’t get any answer and help.

I have received a call from an agent of ICICI Lombard, and furnished the details of insurance plan, in which I was not interested. I was asked to say "YES" to an automated call,
I was not clear enough in doing that so I said yes. Sum of 10, 000 is detected for this insurance plan; it is really frustrating that they have detected money from credit card without my concern.

On the other hand the executive told me very clearly like "You can pay the amount whenever you want i.e. after 6 or 12 months down the line. But now I am getting my credit card statement with ICICI Lombard on EMI basis.
I spoke to concern executives regarding this kind of misguidance. “ICICI Lombard and ICICI Credit Card division executives gave me false information and sold the product to achieve their target”. When I tried to convey my problems regarding this issue to the executives they said very coolly "yes the agent would have given wrong information for that we can not take action against him". They said if you want you can file a complaint. I really surprised to see how this kind of big banking sector making fool the customers.
I wondered how they are thinking about the customer... Are all the customers fool? And also the executive saying that he knows how to collect the money from the customer...

Please help / guide me what I suppose to do now ?

Further to lombardtelephonic conversation of last October 18, 2008 my complaint has been registered under Service Reference Number SR83161992.you will respond to me by October 24, 2008.but no any reponse from them.now i am sorry when full refund is not given to me then i have not paid any payments of my credit card statement bill from due date Nov 05, 2008.which is not responsbility to me and no any blame on me.so i am tens from July when 1st Emi of lombard policy in my credit card statement which given to me without my permission or any information and no any record in lombard and no any dacument send me then i complaint july-oct many time after that Sep 23, 2008 Rs, 8.539 refund to me in total policy amount of 14.980.i have already paid five emi.So i want to pay credit card statement bill but i again so sorry this is not possible till the refund revers to me so please refund of rs, 6.441revers in my credit card acount.

We are happy to note that ICICI Lombard has taken responsibility for Health care of Weavers of Bengal, a Govt supported project. In Newspapers Advt they publish names of service providers, Hospitals and Nursing Homes. BRWS has its presence n 36 villages of Bengal and enjoys good reputation amongst both Govt and NGOs, yet BRWS Hospital name does not appear in the ICICI advt. as service providers. hence we demand our name to be included in future publications of ICICI Lombard. ICICI Lombard — delay in settlement of claim

I got a pain in the back in the month of Novermber 2008 and admitted in Dr.Reddys Hospital.Immediately informed TTK Healthcare services which is TPA of ICICI Lombard.TTk had given a provisional approval. since Hospital has cashless facility, Hospital had submitted claim after my disharge.
TTK had sent a letter saying there are shortfall of documents which need to be submitted to process the claim.Subesequently alll the necessary documents submitted by the hospital. But TTK asking same documents again and even Doctor is saying that I don't know exactly what they need and how many times same documents to be submitted. The claim is very small and teatement also not complicated which need more supporting documnets. When I send a reply by Fax they are saying it has to be sent by courrier only and need hard copy only. It is clearly indicating their intention to delay further and further. And when I contact call centre, the same standrd reply they give every time and no access will be given to senior persons to interact and settle the issues.

And when I send a mail to ICICI Lombard will get reply after 7 days and same information we get what their TPA gives.

It is clearly understood that there is no interaction with the customers to resolving the issues.

And also there is no system of intervening and solving the issues if contineoud for long period.
ICICI Lombard is a cheat... they are running scams bigger than Satyam. They only respond to your calls when they want to sell you a policy. Once that is done, they will forget you. They will never refund you money in case of claim.

I renewed my 4 wheeler insurance from ICICI Lomabard in Oct 08, through an agent who came to my house. I have still not got any documents. I thought it must be because of the change in address. So I called up again on 23rd Jan. I recived a service request no. but no action doen even within their 5 days SLA. Again I called up on 15th Feb 09. They told me I will receive a call in 24hrs. Nothing happened. They also said that the statement shows that I have not paid the amount. Where as my ICICI bank statement shows it have been debited from my account.
Are they just cheating me? Can anyone help me here?

ICICI Lombard — Delay in refund of cancelled Policy

Up on my request to cancel & refund(Rs 13985.00) of the mediclaim policy issued to my name & family, which was issued by misguiding me by the DSA of ICICI Lombard, I was alloted complaint no. [protected] dtd 31.12.2008 by Ms. Saraswati of customer care dept of ICICI Lombard with a committment that with in 10 days the refund will be given. When ever I contacted the customer care dept (Mr. Yesudas on 10/01/2009, Mr. Raj Kumar on 15/01/2009) I was told same will be settled in next 5 days.
On 20.01.2009 another complaint no. [protected] in continuation to the above was given by Ms. Asha with again committment of 1 week to settle the case. On 07/02/2009, after talking to Mr. Obaid & Ms. Durga I was given to know, as per ICICI Lombard records, that Rs 11887.00 was refunded to me on 03/01/2009 and Rs. 2098.00 on 05/02/2009. But till date the same has not been credited to my creidt account # [protected].

May I request for help in getting the refund at the earliest.
Same problem araised to me and now they are taking amount from my credit card with out my permission or signing the renewal agreement My Policy No. 4034/FNP/01834742/00/000
What further steps I can take against this

ICICI Lombard — PF AMOUNT NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir,

I got my accumulated PF transferred from the pf acc.of Bajaj Auto to GE Money's PF account ( MH/42690/3842 ) abt 1 year back . I submitted my ASR form thru GE Money to withdraw that amount but still haven't received the same .

Date of submitting ASR form : 16 Jan 2009 .

I received call from Agent, he said if you swap card if you swap credit card then we debit only 267 RS from account and we will provide health insurance, one agent come to me and swap my card but he provided Bill of 3200 Rs, when I complaint to him he said we have debit only 267 Rs from your account, this bill is only for you information, hence I ask to him that this is froud with me and I dont need any policy from your end, also request him to cancel my transection which was done wrongly,
He said it not possibel from my end, need to speak agent who call you, when I call agent number he said you need to cancel my policy, when I ask to provide me cust care number, she refused to it. finally I got cust care number and I logged request for cancellation of my policy. agent said as a cancellation charged they debit 800 RS from my acctount and they will refund 2400 RS an refundable amount, On 13 apl 08 I received SMS that request copleted, but still amount is not yet credited. Now My HDFC bank charge me his Raste of intrest for this amount, I called several time to cust care of ICICI lombard still I havent received any resolution from their end, request you to please take necessory action and also help me to refund my amount with rate of intrest whichis charged by HDFC to me . Please help..

ICICI Lombard — Deduction from Credit card

I felled that I got cheated, when ICICI lombard Sales executive called me explain me about the policy of ICICI Lombard.

While explaining me he explain me that Rs 311/- amt will deduct on monthly basis from my credit card.But when I got massage from ICICI credit card that Rs 6880/- get dedutcted from my account.

when I called sales executive he explain me that this amt secured with us and we will release Rs 311/-.
And I will have to pay only Rs 311/- when I will get the credit card' statement.

But I got the wrong communication from ICICI side about the deduction from credit card Cause out of my 15000/- limit 6880/- limit is block which I cannot access or use.

I want to cancel the policy.

ICICI Lombard — Miscommunication & Misleading story

I am really disappointed with the service provided by ICICI Lombard. I have applied for policy for my father.But it got rejected on medical grounds. Prior to taking the policy, I have already declared that he has recently undergone a bypass surgery, but the company agents were fine with going ahead of the Policy..

The company doctor came for the medical test at my place. The ECG & the blood pressure report were fine. But after that the policy got rejected on medical ground. I have paid Rs 600 towards the medical test only to know that the Policy is rejected because of his surgery.

Do I need an ICICI Lombard certified doctor to know about his surgery. Have I not declared it already


Moreover, I am disappointed with the kind of interaction I had with call centre agents. Whenever I call them, each one of them gives me a different story. Even after noting down the grievances for 5-6 times, they never got back with the solutions. They are not even bothered to call and address the customer...

I am really astonished with the rejection of the policy, because this is not a fair case…

ICICI Lombard — Why Should Customer Only Suffer!!

Hi,

I took the Car Insurance Policy from ICICI LOMBARD for last year . Issued a cheque dated 08-08-08 of Rs 3507 to Mr Suresh Bajpai (He got it collected via one of his staff members).

I got a policy from ICICI Lombard effective 14 Aug 08 to 13 Aug 09.

Now, When I tried to renew the policy, I came to know that my eariler policy was cancelled. I was shocked.

I asked again and same thing was told to me. My Policy was cancelled because of Cheque Bounce.

I checked my accounts and found that cheque hit my account on 21st Aug 08. So carelessness. I was having enough balance till 16th Aug 08.

I have no idea why it was held for so many days. Now why I have to suffer for all wrong done by ICICI Lombard.

Their was no communication of any sort regarding this to me.

Now When I am renewing my policy I have to pay extra and my NCB has become 0%.
Apart from them my vehicle is getting survyed again.
There are all sort of charges and my Premium amount is as high as Rs 6500 where it was supposed to be below Rs 3000 (If my last policy was not cancelled)

I request you to pls look into the matter ASAP as I am running my vehicle without insurance and is on losing side.

ICICI Lombard — VERY IMPORTANT: CHEATING & FORGING OF THE SIGNATURE

I am hereby making a complaint of cheating & forging of the signature for the issuance of the Health Insurance policy. After number of times calling by your so called executive Ms. Shreya, I gave the appointment for the Health Insurance policy for me and my family. As committed by your Ms. Shreya, the policy for the five persons of my family, i.e.- me, my wife, my son, my mother & my father, for the coverage of 4,00,000Rs. and for the tenure of two years would cost me 11,387Rs. Accordingly she sent her courier boy to my place, I filled all the details of my family, i.e. details of all the five persons mentioned above, and signed the form and sent it back to her on 2nd Nov 2008. While filling up of the form I have demanded for the other policy details mentioning all the details of the policy. That time the details given in the documents were different from whatever she was offering to me. Then I called her to know the truth, she said that as she is the employee of the ICICI Lombard, she can do the modifications in the policy accordingly and she will add my parents as the complementary beneficiaries of the policy. Also as I had a doubt on her I asked her about the cancellation of the policy at the time of applying only. She said that I can cancel the policy within fifteen days of its receipt without any charge. Hence I decided to apply for the same.
After that I received the policy documents on 18th Nov 2008, wherein I found that the policy was issued for only three persons, i.e. me my wife and my 5 years son. My parents were not covered in it. Also the amount of insurance was of only 3,00,000 Rs. This thing also raising a question that, if five names were mentioned in the form filled by me, then the policy can be either issued for the five persons only or the the form filled my me has to be refilled for the three persons only. This also indicated that Ms. Shreya has used the details filled by me in my form and filled the fresh form mentioning the details of only three persons, signed the form herself by forging the signature. After this as I tried to call Miss Shreya on her mobile No. [protected] on 19th Nov 2008, she again assured me that, this must have been happened by mistake, she will do the necessary to sent the policy documents & the cashless cards for the other two members of my family. That was the last time when I was able to talk to her, after that day she is not receiving my phone calls and not responding at all. Then I personally visited the call centre at Vashi, where she was working, but there I came to know that, she got transferred to the Vikhroli Branch.
After all this cheating/forging of signature I approached to your cancellation section and cancelled the policy, but again you have charged me the cancellation charges of 1800 Rs. So, from the above story anyone can understand how one educated person is cheated by the system developed by one of the renowned bank like ICICI.

SO ALL THE READERS ARE HEREBY SUGGESTED THAT TO BE CAREFUL BEFORE DEALING WITH ICICI LOMBARD.

this is very true. i would like to bring to the notice that ICICI LOMBARD who have been running scheme for weavers in state orissa . they have been enrolling non weavers also . the teachers have been enrolled in areas like nuapatna and in berhampur area.
so they are said to be cheaters in all aspects.

I had purchased a health insurance policy from ICICI Lombard General Insurance on 27/07/2008 for my mother Mrs.Prem Lata for 2 years plan and the same got renewalled on 28/07/2010 (Policy no.--4034i/HIR/05434955/00/000 ).I have just claimed for my mother operation for left thigh fracture.But they refused to give the claim for that .They told me that , this is a priexisting case and it will not cover but before all this while purchasing it they told me that only exclude list of diceases will not be covered . but this fracture is not that kind.Sir i am disturbed because i don't have so much money for the operation .The operation date is on 25/08/2010 .So please do the needful as early as possible .I shall be very very thankfull to you.I will wait for your kind revert.

I was been admitted in hospital Pushpawati Singhania Hospital on 10/03/2011 and discharge on 12/03/2011 there was an pre approval given of Rs: 20000 on Saturday, now when I was discharge there was no one in the hospital to send you the discharge summary because their TPA is not available on Saturday after 5 PM and on Sunday it off, that’s the reason the discharge summary was sent to ICICI today Monday and today at 15:25 PM, I received a call from [protected], from ICICI saying that your company received the discharge summary and the approval of Rs: 20000 been done and rest amount around Rs: 7000 can be reimburse then I clearly asked the person should I go to the hospital to take my security amount which was been deposited from my side he said yes, then when I visited to the hospital they said the request was been denied Reason: Patient discharge on Saturday.
Now the Issues are: Is it the patient fault if the hospital TPA is not available on Saturdays and Sunday and if the doctor is saying the patient is ok and ready for discharge so should the patient force the doctor to not discharge because the TPA is not available on Saturday and Sunday.

Kindly approve the final bill sent by the hospital, still all the original reports are with the Hospital (Why should the patient suffer because of the miscommunications of the Hospital and ICICI Lombard).

My car policy is going to be expire in few days and the system is unable to process the same and when I called them they asked that system is not working and its happening since last 6 days. And now their customer care number is not working and no executive is helping and even after writing several mails, no call back. And even they disconnect the calls.

ICICI Lombard — Charged but not receive my Policy

Hello Sir,

I was charged for the Insurance policy of my two wheeler on 22nd of July 2011, Reg. No.- DL1SQ 4832 on name of my uncle MR. Naveen Kumar. I paid the premium of Rs 919 via my debit card of HDFC bank. As per my HDFC account statement the amt. of Rs 919 has been transferred to ICICI Lombard Mumbai. I talked to the ICICI Lombard Executive via online chat. One of the executive named "Sameer" Told me that u will receive your Policy on 22-july-2011 b4 10 am. but I didn't received any policy confirmation till now. When I'm trying to reach them no one is responding me. I sent an e-mail also on 21-july but not received any reply.

I talked to the customer service of ICICI lombard they gave me a complain number[protected] and told me that u will get your policy by 26th July 2011 but I have not received it. I talked to their customer service once again the told that it will take 3 more day. I told them to reply me on the e-mail if they don't receive the payment but they are not giving any proper response.

I have attached the statement of my bank in which it is showing that amt has been debited fo ICICI lombard

Please suggest me what can I do now. I have been charged by ICICI and not received the policy.

The company refuses to settle insurance claim saying the doctor did not write the ailment properly,which is the doctors mistake not the patients,for which the company is subjecting the patient to a lot of agony and pain.
ICICI lombard is fraud company; I was their customer almost 6 years and finally when I approached them for a claim, they first said, the illness mentioned is not clear, second time: doctors signature missing, third time:you can go to the branch and settle. I didn't renew it and they lost a big customer base (I had insurance for my eight member family). I changed my insurance to Apollo Munich.. They are doing pretty well service. You Just switch the insurance in your next renewal.

One of the ICICI exicutive called me for verification.After that he asked me to take Lombard,it will helps in "TAX Decleration". I said "NO".     I was used credit card for some other purpose. The billed amount is 4,000/-. I paid that one. But it was deducted as EMI 1047/- for Lombard. Please cancel all the bloody things,Immediately cancel those cards. I won't pay a single rupee for this.

    As I had not applied for the ICICI Lombard health policy (Policy No: 4034/FPP/03244332/00/000) as the bank personnel forcefully made these policy with my credit card without getting any sign from me as I am not interested in this policy please cancel these policy (without any cancellation charge) and release my hold amount as taken for the policy for both myself and my mother(Details give you later).

      I received a marketing call in Oct'06 and I agreed to subscribe to a Medical Insurance Policy for Rs 2 lakhs. I had opted for a one time payment - here is when the first screw up began. They deducted 12 EMI's from my Credit Card instead of a one time payment. Several months later at no sign of the card reaching me, I called the Customer Care no. They said that I had to call another no for Lombard, which I did- but to no avail. The Lombard Customer Care does not have 24/7 support. Today 14 mths later, I finally got to speak to a Cust Care agent who tells me that the medical card was dispatched to me, but ofcourse that is . Because the guy refused to give me the POD details. Ofcourse, he could not care less. He asked me to go ahead and complaint. What do you think I should do to get my money back from Lombard?

        Pls i have taken helth policy from ICICI LOMBARD# 4018/ibank-108524/00/000 in jan but havn't receive any doc in this regards then i have taken some other plan but after 6 month in june i have receive doc of the same which is so surprising...& when i discuss the same with the costomer care people they said it is nit our falt can anybody explain who's falt in this regards & now i want to cancell thei policy they are asking 75% deduction on the same whic is again not acceptable...& is it my fault …. ICICI Lombard hasn’t sent me the doc????Than why I m the suffering as in this case ICICI Lombard is the culprits...this is totally wrong attitude of the ICICI Lombard...

        My complaint no. is 'ICICILom=[protected]' ICICI Lombard. After eight month they have not solved my complaint. They deducted Rs. 4500 from my credit card account and they donot have any policy record and policy number. I deducted this amount without my permission.

        To return this amount, now they demanding policy cancellation letter. They offer policy on phone and without any document and to return the amount they demanding cancellation letter.

        I request all the people, take care on telephone of ICICI BANK. They are dirty people. They are cheater. They collect money by misguiding people. They are blood drinker of poor people. They deducted Rs. 4500/- from my acount and now they are not answering me from 8 month.

        I am planning to go to concumer court and i will write a letter to RTI higher authority also.

          I have purchase online mediclaim policy in the month of july 07. The policy no alloted is W-029141 dtd 26/7/07. The payment is made throgh credit card. The policy got rejected for unknown reason (they want only healthy people). The cancellation didn't happen. They are debiting money from my credit card. I want refund back If i will not get it ASAP.

          My name is Rajesh. I recived a credit card(no:[protected]). on Dec 14th. But made a transaction for 24,000/- for ICICI Lombard. How can it possible. I recieved no. of calls from ICICI for Lombard Insurance but i did't accept it.Even though i recived 2 cards from bank and for every month i'm getting 1047/- as EMI. I asked them to cancel the cards,they said that "you have to pay 5,500/- as cancellation fee".

            I had received call from ICICI lombard -Mumbai form Miss.Seema in the month of Aug 07 for ICICI general ins.which cover's under ICICI- Lombard .I am a credit card holder of ICICI bank and according to seema this mention policy was given to me free of charge for one year and if i don't want to continue after one year i can stop it,and she told me that the amount will be mention on my credit card statement but i have not to pay it.But its not so i had already paid one instalement on Oct 10,2007 .Now again i had received statement for paying instalement.

            Till date i had not received any supporting document for above mentioned policy.So please i request you to stop this policy right now and i am not instrested to continue the same any more.

            dear sir,

            i purchased a diamond ring from TBZ borivali outlet on 20th april 2007 of Rs.25000. after 2-3 months i found one diamond was missing from the ring. i contacted your borivali outlet, but they were not very cooperative and behave in a very strange manner. they are not ready to accept manufacturing fault (we are not a first time diamond jewellery user) my wife and myself very shoked to receive such kind of response from such a big brand. This is the right way to give customer service to your customer?

            after a long discussion we agreed to pay cost of diamond and repair charges. on delivery day i was surprised to see that they were neither ready to give receipt of repair and diamond's cost nor ready to accept payment by credit/debit card. they were insisting on doing payment by cash only without receipt. this is the way your people handling day to day trancsaction? are your people try to save false image of TBZ from public by not to maintain any records of repairs?

            after 15-20 days i found one more diamond was missing then. since then we kept diamond ring in a safe. will you be dare to accept manufacturing fault at your end?

            i am very unhappy and unsatisfied customer of TBZ. i am advicing my friends and family members not to buy any product from any outlet of TBZ.

            i hope you understand the issue and will do some arrangements for solving the issue. else we have to go to consumer forum for help. it will be better for you to solve this matter at your end for your brand image.

            Dear Sir:

            Please refer to your proposal No IBBC/COR/2476/51 dated 18.3.2007 offering to settle dues at Rs 58, 000/- as against the amount earlier claimed at Rs 78.973.56 as on 28.1.2008. In fact nothing is due from me, rather some amounts are due from you. But even for this so termed generous proposal the language and wording of the letter is not only insulting to any customer but also reflects the lack of even an iota of common sense, because without looking to the large scale criminalities indulged into by ICICI Lombard itself, you are time and again expressing your large generosity of spirit in allowing the so termed huge rebate of Rs 20, 000/- and putting up misplaced conditions. Because being a % share holders in the amounts recovered, your first and last intentions - whatever your Principal’s faults - is only to extract heavy amounts by terrifying & threatening customers, and so you can earn more commissions.

            Besides, this letter IBBC/COR/2476/51 dated 18.3.2007 which was kept being forcefully withheld by your Mr. Rana and given a copy only after prolonged heated discussions at various levels right up to Chandigarh, is a mockery because the letter is not on the Bank's letter head, or carries a rubber stamp, does not indicate the branch or postal address, or telephone numbers or even designation of or copy of Authority Letter of Manpreet Singh. It is a scrap of paper. A fresh copy of the same duly rectified be sent. Yet again, the bank is vigorously with holding from me copy of my Savings Account No ?? statement since December 2006 and creating hurdles for me to arrive at the final amounts withdrawn against the credit card from this account.

            This rebate of Rs 20, 000/- does not reflect in full the wrong and excessive charges unlawfully debited to my Credit Card. In the first place I only provided details of my two sons to to ICICI Lombard to obtain detailed proposal, but ICICI Lombard straight away issued two policies, which were refused and surrendered, and only against repeated requests both policies were cancelled within less than 3 months on 28.3.2007 and even after repeated requests for refunds of the excess amounts charged ICICI Lombard never responded.

            The reason for immediate refusal for the Insurance policies was the flood of lot many and excessive charges being debited and unlawfully extracted from my credit card like huge Rs 1533.80 EMI Principal debited on 21.12.2006 as also EMI Interest of Rs 302.62 for what ? The amount payable monthly was only 301.87 i.e. Rs. 7245/ 24 months = Rs 301.87 Why debit charges interest unlike in all LIC and other insurance companies, interests are never chargeable on monthly, or other periodic instilments.

            If ICICI Lombard do not cancel policies around 3 months it was certainly not fault of mine, but of ICICI Lombard only. Then why damage me with all of the charges, service charges, interests on interests and what not ? Not resting with these frauds, even against both policies cancelled on 28.12.2006 ICICI Lombard illegally kept on further EMI Principal and EMI Interests charges but also started debiting for 6 policies with consequent Service Charges etc in January, February, March, 2007. Both policies were at last cancelled on 28.3.2007 but without giving rebate for the amounts debited and collected from day one or any amount whatsoever.

            Again even after canceling both policies ICICI Lombard kept on unabated bombarding charges and collecting from my Credit Card amounts for the months of April, May and June 2007. But the height of criminality reached when long after the policy was cancelled on 28.3.2007, in June alone the ICICI Lombard bombarded my credit car with 13 EMI.s and 11 EML Interest charges amounting to Rs 50304. 31 EMI Principal, and Rs 1334.60 EMI Interest and together with service charge etc the amount criminally debited to my account in June alone ran to 64415.50 closing balance minus 10579.97 = Rs 64415.50 as reflected in the statement itself. And your Mr Rana and Ravi Gupta continue to insist for payment of Rs 58, 000 /- with threatening postures.

            I insist on you to prove concusively that I ordered for any of the 3 EMI.s and 11 EML you have criminally dumped on me and know adamentally insist on me to pay up.

            Looking to all these wrong. excessive and criminal charges, and looking to the adamant attitude & insistance for payment of Rs 58, 000/- it is disgusting to discuss matters with your Mr Rana or Mr Ravi Gupta or others who brazenly and blatantly insist that the amount as shown in the statement is payable under all circumstances they threaten they have lot many ways to extract the amounts. as is also visible from two dull-witted legal notices from Amardeep Singh Sukhija 23.7.2007 and Sandeep Suri 8.2.2008 were ignored. Both notices presupposes that only the ICICI Lombard as the most pious instead of the and acted like Mafia's dens or goons themselves fully knowing the repeated and heavy penalties and fines imposed and reprimands and warnings from Supreme and High courts in India. Both of these threats termed as legal notices were ignored. You are fully aware of the dirtiest reputation ICICI Bank is held in public, and you can refresh your memory if you click on internet for Google or Yahoo or any other search engine and check results ICICI + criminals or cheats or crook's or frauds or thieves or decoits or robbers or whatever else derogatory adjectives and see the results what lacs and crores of banking customers think and shout about you, And state till when the shameless conduct will continue by you people ?

            In fact the four amounts actually withdrawn by me i.e., Rs 92/54 on 30.09.2006, + Rs 5, 000/- on 18.10.2006 were adjusted on 17.11.2006 with Rs 5, 489.96, 10, 000/- on 02.11.2006 ) 512.5 on 18.11.2006 were adjusted on 19.12.2006 with Rs 11, 701.02 with along with unlawful charges like processing fee, 199.99, manual cash Rs 300/- +300/- as against Rs 75/-, excess charged Rs 649.99 is to be refunded to me. Rest of all of Rs 78.973.56 as on 28.1.2008 is wrongly charged and needs to be set off .because I never accepted any of two insurance policies. Even a casual look at the statement will show that after 18.11.2006, with nil balance due from me, there is not even a single withdrawal but only illegal charges dumped on me.

            Hope better sense shall prevail and it is requested that fresh statement of account with statement of savings account be furnished be furnished detailing the final amount lawfully due - not as per your senseless arguments - to either o[censored]s for final adjudication. Study the above facts carefully, and take this as legal notice and respond within 15 days failing which I shall get the matter adjudicated through RBI, Banking Ombudsman, Insurance Ombudsman, Consumer Forum or law courts at my option, as also go to the national Press and TV Media,
            as also take up matters with the High Court and Bar Council against the two advocates why their Bar Licenses be not cancelled for sending out illegal threats and calling names in the name of so termed Legal Notices without studying the vase, all the while knowing full well the criminalities the ICICI bank is known for all over. One Advocate had the audacity to send copy of his notice illegally to Senior Superintendent of Police knowing full well the legal options available to him, Copy is being sent to SSP Ambala to check these white collar goons.

            icici lombard health insurance policy — cheating by way of false assurances

            i was called on my mobile [protected] in june/july 2007 by icici bank credit card unit saying that i have been selected to get life time free health policy for me and my family but for that i will have to pay 1st year premium and after that icici bank credit card will make the premium payments .

            now i am being told by icici lombard that my policies are expiring in last week of august 2008 and i will have to pay premium for its renewal .i was shocked to hear from icici lombard person who told that there was no such scheme from icici bank credit card which may provide free health insurance .& was further told that i have been cheated by one of icici lombard employee who book online policies . now i am unable to understand how the officials of such big organisations can cheat . ...sethikc
            The claim was finally lodged with the Banking Ombudsman, c/o RBI New Delhi where the bank waived off total outstanding of the 100 % amount claimed agaist credit card. The ICICI Bank did attempt to side track the issue, claiing that ICICI LOmbard is different entity, but the objection was not suatained, because the ICICILombard is owned 70 % by the ICICI Bank itself. Now I have filed a compensation claim of 10 times the amount of Rs 84, 000 which the ICICI Bank attempted to extract from me, through goonda tactics, including twice sending legal notices, claiming me as " chronic defaultor" and also sending copy to the Police for recovery, inspite of the doors of the courts open for them towards recovery.

            I also got harrassed from ICICI bank recovery team. One fellow called as SI of Banglore saying his name as Mr.Rana - Phone no. +91-[protected] and advocate Mr.Krishnamurthy - +91-[protected].
            They played a big drama as one saying police another saying advocate as saying there was a criminal case booked on me.
            ICICI bank can do any thing with their recovery team as we dont know it is also a policy of the bank to their customers for small repayments also. They like to harras their customers to any extent.

            we cannt beleive the bank officials as there is no gurantee who is who in this?
            the ultimate goal is to harras the customer and recover the amount.

              I acquired a Travel insurance policy from Icici lombard on line on 11th Oct 2007 for my visit to USA and the business executive over telephone from Mumbai was Ms. Shweta. She collectd the dateils from me and on request I made the payment through my Credit card. Ms. Shweta sent me an e-mail confirming the payment & the policy details.

              She had made the policy from my date of birth ie. 24th Nov ; whareas my date of travel is 06 th Nov. I immediately sent a mail to her and brought the discrepency to her notice . She too sent me a mail expressing inabelity to rectify the mistake and asked me to get in touch with Customer support.

              Since then, till date 4 mail massages have been sent by me to the said deptt but the rectification is still awaited and my date of travel is approaching fast. I only got the registration of complaint no as[protected].
              Even I have spoken to them over telephone but the result is ZERO.
              I shall request this forum to take up the case on priority with the Bank and instruct them for needful redressal in shortest time frame.

                  i want to know the policy no. of this home loan LAN no. LBDEH[protected] AND LBDEH[protected] which taken by MR. RAM ASRE i m try to find this policy no last four month i have lot of complaint no. (sr no.)are given by u but nobody is findout my policy no CAN U PLZ.                   I got my health insurance done by ICICI lombard no. 4030/2865493/00/000 Excluscanada Gold-x50 from 5th Oct. 2009 to April 2010 for 180 days, pls. send me details.

                  Cover note no.96277462 for your vehicle bearing registration no. HP24D0620, engine no. HA10EJD9K05275 and chassis no. MBLHA10AMD9K04842. A cheque no. 196016 dated 05/11/2014 for rupees 2586 was issued along with proposal.
