Hi, My car insurance claim is processing since last more than 6 months but still i didn't get my claim amount. Claim team (Satendra singh & anoop singh) are asking me that claim file has been processed for payment from their side and it's in payment department since last more than 1 month. Whenever i call them, they always keep saying that you'll get your money in next 1-2 days. I have submitted all required documents but still paying my car loan emi. Please process my payment asap.
