I have taken Health Insurance Policy for my mother in Feb 2021, I have confirmed Diabetes as pre existing disease as Mother tested diabetic in Q4 2020. Mother got Covid and hospitalized along with all of our family members during April 2021 (Second Wave) and we have very tough time and by God's grave we all got discharged. I have submitted claim (Number[protected] for reimbursement in May 2021, after supporting back and forth documents and inputs till Aug, I have not had any update and finally I was told that Claim got rejected as "Non Disclosure" category. I have disclosed honestly while taking policy and also In the Policy copy I received from ICICI contains detail that mother diabetic (
