ICICI Lombard — Issue with Insurance and MM motors

Dear Sir / Mam,

Vehicle No: TN02 BZ7099
Model: XUV 700 AX7L DSL AT 7 seater
Owner: Jayanthi Boopalan
Chasis No: MA1NE2ZTFP6J18009

Due to rat bite, above mentioned vehicle was given to MM Motors, chennai workshop on 8.12.25 for service.. Due to the wiring damage, the door module & SVS module also damaged.. But ICICI insurance company agreed to pay for wiring damage, but they refuse to pay for module damages..

Insurance company said to claim this damage in warranty.. But the MM motors said, reason for module damage was due to rat bite.. so, we can't agree in warranty..

Past 60years we are running transport business and i am in the all india transport owners association also. Becase of this issue, i can't recommed to any one about the Mahindra.. Due to Chikungunya for me, i can't travel without my own vehicle.. I have spent Rs.2, 00, 000 (aprox) for my private taxi expenses.. Past two months, this quarrel was going on.. I request you to take an action immediatly and sort out this problem.. Or else i have to take a legal action against this issue..
