[Resolved] Icici Lombard — claim rejected after approval due to ncb wrong (as per icici executive) | |||
Claim no mot09876543 As per the instruction i have downloaded your so called il take care app & made complaint through this. For one week it was noticed that when i am tracking my claim it was appearing that inspection completed and repair approval given - yes. (I am attaching a screen shot of this for ready reference). Th to my surprise when i have checked the app today morning it is noticed that there is no active claim. Then what is the purpose of this app?? And further to my shock it is confirmed by icici executive that he is received a mail from his head office, my claim is rejected because as per the policy ncb wrong deceleration is not payable & policy is nul and void.in this case, you should have been informed the customer when they were renewing the policy through online. It is very clear that by taking advantage of lack of knowledge by customer common people like me the genuine claims are rejecting. How can me & my family people trust your bank & your system?? Finally, i was not having any other option, only to pay rs. 23000/- against the repair cost and collected my vehicle. Was this information helpful? | |||
