ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. — Renewal of Health Insurance | |||
Sir I have renewed my health insurance policy no. 4034i/FPP/W[protected]/00/000 on 14 January 2014 through online payment. But ICICI Lombard has issued me a new policy no. 4034i/FPP/76894807/00/000 by stating that i have choosen the new policy option and they did not renewed it. I am paying them since last four years and did not claimed even a single paise from them and after four year continuosly running my policy they have given me a new policy. All the benefits accrued to my last policy has been destroyed without any reason. I need my last policy to be renewed with all the benefits. Regards CA Sachin Agarwal Mob.
