ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — Rejection of claim with nonsense reason | |||
Hi, I tried several times to connect to ICICI Customer care. I want to raise a complain against the way They handle my case in very insensible way. I submitted all necessary document and doctor also issue the letter what is problem and how can this problem resolve . Instead o[censored]nderstanding the issue or raise query If you have any doubts, How can you reject my case and just inform by call with 2 liner you case is rejected as per policy T&C without answering my question. from more than 5 year I am renewing this without taking any claim and now when I required your help or want to avail policy benefits then that's time you guys behave like this ... please sensible ... here I am not asking for any offer for nay shopping or loan .. this related to my life and the problem I facing in my daily life because of this problem Please let me know where I need to contact so that I can explain my problem and clarify all doubt .. if you have nay doubt then please query to doctor instead of rejecting claim.
