[Resolved] Icici Lombard — i paid for renewal for two wheeler insurance but the payment got successful but policy was not renewed

Engine number : jf48e80185656

I made payment for renewal on 3rd september 2018 using icici net banking

Dear customer, your account xx7037 has been debited with inr 1, 349.00 on 03-sep-18. Info: bil*onl*[protected]*razorpa.

But the policy was not renewed.

Kindly help me.
