[Resolved] Icici Lombard — incomplete payment of car insurances | |||||
Dear team, This is to inform you that my father insured his car with your firm and we have claimed insurances on 8/2/2018. We have not received complete recovery amount. When we ask to your executive for this he gives sily excuses and also your company is not stand on you brand promise. The terms and conditions also not trust worthy. Finally i think we have to consult with a layer to taking this things to consumer court.in future i will never ever suggest to any of my colleagues, friends, relative for choosing any services from icici.
