[Resolved] Icici Lombard — insurance claimed by fraud

I would like to report about an insurance which has been claimed by fraud. An ex employee of icici bank who was suffering from incurable disease since 2006 got herself insured with icici lombard health insurance in around year[protected]. Is it possible that a person suffering from sle (Chronic disease/ cancer) can get icici lombard health insurance while she was suffering with such disease?? Its a case of clear fraud and insurance was claimed fraudently by misrepresenting the facts.
