[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Misguiding against insurance policy | |||||
Dear sir/mam, I have taken a policy from Icici bank company ( policy no. 17704598 on 20/4/2013 ) When i have purchased the Policy bank employee told me when you need funds, you can withdraw the funds anytime but now Customer care executive saying that u cannot withdraw funds except on hospitalisation. And they are saying u have to pay the premium again when fund amount decreases. They are Even not adding my daughter to the Policy. All these conditions not discussed before Selling the Policy. Everyone is misguiding. Even i Don't know the features of the Policy. There is a false Selling of Policy and misguiding. Kindly refund the funds, i am in need on urgent basis.
