I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the continued delay in approval of my motor insurance claim, which has been pending since 17 June 2026.
Despite submitting all required documents and complying with every request from your surveyor and claims team, I have not received any clear communication regarding the status of my claim or the reason for this prolonged delay. The vehicle remains unrepaired/in the workshop, causing significant inconvenience, disruption to my daily activities, and unnecessary financial hardship.
It is unacceptable that a claim remains pending for such an extended period without any definitive update or timeline for resolution. As a policyholder, I expect timely and transparent claim processing in accordance with the standards promised by ICICI Lombard and the regulatory guidelines governing insurance services.
I expect a written response within 48 hours of receipt of this email.
