ICICI Lombard — Troubling / Delaying in claim settlement

When My mom has admitted in hospital, we had applied for cashless claim and they took more than 4 days to send response and in mean time my mom got discharge from hospital. Then I sent all the documents through courier on Dt.[protected] for reimbursement for same illness and 2 days back they sent a query saying that cashless claim NOT UTILIZED document is needed. Then I have submitted that document also. It is one month over and still they have not sent settled the claim.
First of all they are taking lot of time and when we do follow up they will ask some document to submit. In this way either they are trying to delay the claim settlement or reject the claim.
