I would like to request you to return my cheque, bearing no.260492 issued on 07/08/2017 in favour of icici lombard gic ltd towards insurance policy for my vehicle no. Mh 02 cp 2788
Policy no. 3001/[protected]/00/b00
Further to say, without my knowledge your executives are presenting the same cheque repeatedly and sbi is levied 1180/- towards dishonour charges in 2 instances on 11/08/2017 & 17/08/2017.
Please note, i would not be able to bear the unnecessary charges for the same cheque.
Hence requesting you to return my cheque asap.
