[Resolved] Icici Lombard — my icici lombard car insurance policy canceled and money not refunded

I bought icici lombard car policy on 2nd june 2017 at the time of policy renewal they are saying your policy was cancelled due to some issue i have raised the complaint but till the time no resolution i was on threat with my car driving assuming that having valid insurance.
If my policy is canceled where is my 32k money i did not received it.
Please help me to sue the icici for there fraud.

ICICI Lombard Customer Care's response Dear Sir,

We write this with reference to your concern raised.

We would like to inform you that on August 16, 2017 we had received a charge back request from your designated bank i.e. the bank has debited the premium amount from ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. bank account, post which the policy was cancelled in our system.

As per process, the time frame for the charge back was till August 18, 2018 as per which the bank should have credited the amount to your account on or before August 18, 2018.

Hence, we request you to get in touch with your bank for the status of credit.

We assure you best of our services.
