[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Non Renewal of Motor Insurance Policy | |||
Dear Sir, I was contacted by one of your agent from Telephone Number [protected] regarding the renewal of Insurance policy for my car Swift LXI 2010 model which was going to expire on 6th June, 2015 midnight. Your agent Priya sent one of your executive to collect the cheque for Rs. 6100/- which was duly handed over to the representative on 1st June, 2015. The agent issued me the cover note bearing number PU11895141 and till today I have not received the Insurance Policy and the cheque has also not been presented to my bankers for payment. I'm note able to talk to the agent as they are not picking up the phone now. Request you to kindly look into the matter and revert immediately.
