[Resolved] Icici Lombard — payment was done but policy was not generated | |||
I have renewed my old policy, money was deducted from my card but policiy was not generatred, when i called icici they have told they will resolve by 24th sep, next day i called, they told wait for eod, and again next day i called, they said the same wait one day. My initimation number with icici lombard is :[protected] I have given my transaction number and serial number by collecting from my bank team, after that they told okay we got your paynment (Till then they said payment not recieved, such liers). Even after they received the payment till date they haven't generated my policy. Every day i am following up with them but still same bad response. When i said i will raise a complaint in consumer forum, do what ever you want. Icici is doing fraud with customers by deducting money and not generating policies.
