Hi team, This is regarding my travel insurance claim for the claim id: in[protected] with icici lombard. Inspite of submitting all the required documents i don't see any progress in the claims. I had traveled to bali and there was a delay in my return journey due to the volcanic eruption. I have submitted all the required documents and the expenses list for processing the same. Hi Deepak, i faced a similar issue in November 2017, where i was stuck in Bali due to volcano, but the insurance company is only giving me $ 50 instead of $ 850 claimed. Can you please whatsapp me on [protected] and provide me your ICICI policy details so it can help me proceed my case agains Reliance which is not giving me the requested claimed amount, i highly appreciate your help. looking forward to hear from you.
