[Resolved] Icici Lombard — regarding the insurance | |||
I was promised by the advisor that i will be charged only 650rs per month and it will be for 2years and it will give me the coverage of 5, 00, 000 for the health insurance, however after the verification was done my account was debited with the total amount of 12, 945rs. Giving a false information to the customer is not acceptable. If this is not resolved within 24hrs then, i will take a major action against this. Customer are made fooled. We work hard to earn each penny, which the insurance company does not understand and we don't earn by doing wrong or illegal work. This is my hard owned money. If someone is misusing my word 'yes' in the verification call or not showcasing the transparency of the insurance policy, then i believe that is considered to be illegal.
