Icici Lombard — Toyota etios insurance/not approving claim

Sir,
We would like to complaint you regarding our car policy no. Til/10320499, that this was a theft case vide fir no. Ed-vv-000114 dated 18.05.2016 and till today there is no response from your inspection team. Only we contact mr. Parmod on 25.05.16 who has inspected the vehicle and misbehave with me for passing the claim and he denied that claim will pass for only ecm and side glass but you can see the copy of fir. How can we know that which part is missing from the car. You can inspect the car which is at uttam toyota workshop in sahibabad (U. P), icici lombard had replied that it will take ten to fifteen days in the process.
What is the use of insurance if we have to wait for twenty to twenty five days, and as we are having only this car then how can we manage they can't understand.In future we will not insured our vehicle from icici lombard and also suggest the public.
