I am one of the customer of Nimbus Hyundai from where i have purchase Santro GLS on 19th Jan 09.
Nimbus Hyundai helped me in financing loan from ICICI Bank. The loan amt was 2.4 Lakhs.

All the documents demanded was provided as per their instructions. Till date I have not received the RC of my vehicle. When i started demanding RC from Nimbus Hyundai they intimated that there is a short of Rs.1900/- on my account. I was surprised because all the payments was done on 19th Jan 09 and other loan fromalities was also done with in day or two. When i enquired i come to know that they have done the insurance of my loan amount which was not at all intimated to me and because of that short payment Nimbus Hyundai is not issuing RC to me.I enquired in Nimbus Hyundai Noida as well as ICICI from MR Karan in Ph. No [protected] , Mr Abhay (ASM) in [protected], Mr Naveen who is in Nimbus for loan activities in [protected] and there was nothing that satisfy me in this regard. Every time i requested for the cancellation of my policy fromthe day one but they have not taken my request and this loan policy has been forcefully imposed on me for which i am not at all ready and because of this reason i am not getting RC from Nimbus Hyundai.

I did many follow-ups but there was no solution. Iam fully harrased and frustated. I need the help and my RC. Kindly do me a favour and help me in my RC from Nimbus Hyundai.

I think Hyundai needs to look and put a check on Nimbus Hyundai, it seems to be run by a group o[censored]nethical and unprofessional people whose only aim is to make money by cheating on people on Hyundai Brandname.

    Dear Sir,

    With references to above subject it is very unfortunate that I was to day informed by Rajkot branch that my previous Premium for the period of 30/6/2009 to 31/7/2009 was not credited due to cheque return .
    I have submitted PDC No. 601342 dated 21/3/2009drawn on BOB Morbi branch. I was informed that above cheque was bounced. I have visited my bank to know about above mention cheque there I come to know that cheque was not presented for clearing.
    So, I request you to credit Rs. One thousand as a Renewal Premium for the period of 30/6/2009 to 31/7/2009 without any delay.
    If my policy was laps for any reason mention above should be problem for your well known ins. Company, so do needful in the matter as soon as early.
    If anything happen with my above mention cheque number it will be your responsibility

      Dear sir,

      Sub:- non refund of the amount against policy num[protected]

      I had taken a policy num[protected] from ICICI prudential life insurance on dated[protected] but after studying the terms and conditions of the policy I decided to discontinue the policy because it does not suit to me. As per terms and conditions there was a clause that I can discontinue the policy and if the policy documents are returned back to the company within 15 days from the date of receipt of the policy, the entire amount will be returned to me without any deduction, I returned back the policy on[protected] through speed post (receipt no SPED[protected]IN) from prashant vihar post office. After that I again posted a registered letter to the company on[protected]receipt no 400025) as I had not received the amount but.till date no action has been taken by the company.
      You are kindly requested to take action and my amount be refunded at the earliest.

        I have invested in ULIP of ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE. My fund was invested in multiplier/flexigrowth plan of the fund.I switched to protector fund after few days.A few days later, I decided to switch back to multipier fund online, but my unit statement online was showing that my previous switch to protector fund had been reverted/invalid & my fund was still shown invested in multiplier /flexigrowth fund.After a gain of around Rs 5000, I switched to protector fund.Around 20 days later, approx. 5000 Rs have been deducted in the name of excess unit allocation. THE FAULT IS AT COMPANY'S END .I have invested in a ULIP where NAVs are daily changing & investor is taking his switching decision based on fund value/unit statement shown on website of company.As such, company's action of deducting Rs 5000 approx after around 2 months for their own fault is not fair.KINDLY ADVISE WHICH AGENCY SHOULD I APPROACH AS COMPANY OFFICIALS ARE NOT WILLING TO RESOLVE MY GRIEVANCE.

[protected] se Rs. 15000(Fifteen thousand only) ka cheque jiska serial No._402130 tha unhe diya tha jiska ki bhugtan[protected] ko ho chuka hai uske bad maine[protected] ko renewal premium rs. 15000 cash bhi jama kiya tha july me mujhe icici prudential ki taraf se ek letter mila jisme kaha gaya ki mere dwara jama pehla premium cheqe ka bhugtan nahi hua jiski vajah se meri polici cancel ki jati hai uske bad maine apne bank ka statement bhi unhe dikhaya jisme ki cheqe ka bhugtan unke fever me hua hai par ve koi bat manne ko taiyar nahi hai aur mujhe bataya gaya hai ki meri policy cancel kar di gayi hai aur cash ke rup me jama mere Rs. 15000 mujhe wpas kar diye jayege mere cheqe wale paiso ki koi jimmedari ve nahi le rahe hai .

            On 20th August 2009, at around 12:30pm, I received a call at my landline number from [protected]. The call was from ICICI Prudential Head Quarters (as I was told on phone by the caller) asking for my father. When I refused to entertain his call for any insurance offer, he abused me by swearing and using utmost dirty language which can be ever expected out of executives of a bank of such high repute. It is matter of shame for the ICICI Bank to have employed such shamless and uneducated people who deal in such degrading and insulting manner with the customers.

              Because of some personal reason I have surrender the policy in free look period on 7/08/2009
              but till now I have not received any amount from ICICI Pru.
              And I have called them so many times and they said my complied will be resolved with in 6days on priority basis. but after so many days I have not recived the amont.

                I would like to inform you that My name is Pankaj kashyap, Residing at Kota Rajasthan. I was applied for ICICI Prudential Health Saver Policy on 21.07.09. I had applied Family flotter policy. My Policy No : 12250186, and still i have not got the proper documents with full details :-

                The details are as follows:-

                1) Proper Health save card (i.e. the card is not looking original.)
                2) Their is no date of birth & full name on my spouse Health saver card.
                3) Not received any lists of Hospitals as said by the icici executive officer before making of policy.

                Customer care, I had readysubmit ed all the relavent documents.

                Sir, already i had tell this problem through mail.
                sir, i got this policy and only one card of myself & not of my spouse then i looged my problem to iciciprulife then they had send me the again policy on 19.08.09 but again the polivy is correct .The full name of spouse is missing, their is no date of birth and major the card they had send to us is a paper like card with lamination infact the first card is looks like an ATM Debit card.My brother, mother, father, sister& bhabhi is having this card but it doesn't looks like a paper laminated card infact it looks like an ATM debit card with full details.

                Please consider this serious complain against of ICICI Prudential.

                Please review this complain as on priority base.

                Need your kind co-operation to give me my justice and give me the original HEALTH SAVER CARD with full details.

                dear sir i mane july 2009 me icici pru. se ek policy karai thi magar september tak mere pass mere policy papper nahi jab mane complain ki to tab mere papper beje or jab main apni policy freelook karane gaya to unhone mana kar diya . ab main costumer care par bat karta hun to wo bolte hain aap baranch me jaiye aapki policy freelook ho jayegi magar branch wale mana karte hain batiye main kya karu.

                  I have give my complaint in your knowdge regarding wrong sale communication and collect Rs. 20000 for achiving his target.

                      Sir,
                      I Mohit Gupta, was the advisor of ICICI Prudential from 24.09.2006 to 31.03.2009. That the ICICI Prudential give the commission of rs. 11, 103/- for the financial year[protected] and deducted the amount of Rs. 1, 144/-. But after reconcile with my bank statement at the year end i found that Rs. 886/- was not credit in my account. I send a complaint in this regards to ICICI Prudentail on 29.07.2009.
                      But till now I don't get any response from ICICI Prudential.
                      Kindly help me in this. I also attached the TDS certificate for the Refernce.

                        My COMMERCIAL car met an accident for which i applied for claim & icici prudential car insurance people started their investigation n they found out an accident has taken place.However just not to play claim they stoop so low they hired goons in the name of investigation officers who THREATENED my driver that if he claims to be driver in this case they will get him convicted in case of murder(due to accident) as people have lost their lives due to this accident, while on the contrary it was just a normal road accident & not even a FIR was lodged.


                        So all those who gets motivated by ICICI PRUDENTIAL big advertisement claims & false publicity this is their real picture where in they can stoop as low as hiring goons & manipulating facts not to provide insured with their due money.My only reason for mentioning my case here is to save all others like m from harassment & torture that i have faced by hands of ICICI PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE so beware!!

                          I HAVE A POLICY OF MY CHILD -SMART KIDS BUT SUDDENLY THE COMPANY HAS ASKED ME TO PAY AN INCREASE AMOUNT OF PREMIUM .WHEN I COMPLAINED FOR IT THEN I WAS TOLD THAT DUE TO INCREASE IN GOVT TAX AND EDUCATION ACCES IT IS SO BUT WHEN I ASKED THEM TO CLARIFY IT THEN THEY SAID IT IS DUE TO THE CHANGE OF MODE OF PAYMENT. FROM ELECTRONIC TO NON ELECTRONIC MODE .BUT DUE TO SHIFTING FROM DELHI TO KOLKATA I ALREADY CHANGED THE MODE IN[protected]. BUT IN JANUARY THE ICICI BILLER DESK.CALLED ME ON MARCH 2009 ASKING FOR MAKING THE PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT CARD. SO I ACCEPTED IT WHICH WAS ABOUT TO START FROM APRIL BUT, AFTER TWO MONTHS I WAS INFORMED THAT MY PREMIUM HAS NOT BEEN PAID AND I RECIEVED A LETTER WITH A LATE FINE OF 33/-.WHEN I COMPLAINED FOR IT THEY ASSURED ME TO START IT FROM THE NEXT MONTH BUT I BEING CHEATED I STARTED PAYING ONLINE, THAT IS THE REASON WHY THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY MORE 5% IS IT ACCORDING TO THE IRDA RULE.

                            First Reminder sent on 14-May-09
                            Second Reminder sent on 25-May-09
                            Third Reminder sent on 10-June-09

                            The following queries are not sorted out
                            1) Advisor is rude and keeps on threatening.

                            2) Services are not available from the Advisor (Bhagwati Chheda) for the change in address, premium receipt followup, payment mode by credit card, change in contact numbers, etc.

                            3) No Escalation of any email sent is available.

                            4) During Noc-Dec-2008, I have called Bhagwati Chheda on Mobile [protected] several times, but it's with no reply. My purpose was informing the advisor on change in address.

                            5) No reminder on premium payments for all the previous 4 years, since all your postal replies has reached me after the expiry of renewal date.

                            6) During month of May-09, the advisor has called from [protected] and replied unprofessionally with my spouse.

                            7) No answer on the accumulated amount, details on Surrender value, Loyalty addition, bonus, risk covered for the years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023., with and without premium continued.

                            8)As per previous Emails, the surrender value is not justified based on the calculation below

                            In previous Emails, ICIC replied with The Surrender value = 35% of total premiums minus first premium + Bonus
                            Total premiums paid till now = 61170
                            As per your formula, Surrender Value = [35% x[protected]]+ Bonus

                            Bonus in Mar2006 = 32455.06
                            Bonus in Mar-07 = 8204.79
                            Bonus in Mar08 = 7819.80
                            Total Bonus = 48479.65

                            Accordingly Surrender Value = [35% x[protected]]+ 48479.65 = 50975

                            Overall my attempt is the communication to ICICI Prudential on its services, its dissatisfaction, lack of response from advisor, its rudeness in replies and non-availability of customer friendliness. Please note that I have all the Emails communicated to ICICI Prudential since year 2005.

                            This clearly shows that I am cheated and misguided with this ICICI Prudential Policy and the Advisor has tempted me to pay 6 premiums. Also I remember very well, that the Insurance Advisor informed me during opening of this policy that the --- Sum assured amount will be paid on maturity along with the pension for every year, without any uncertainty.

                            Finally, the act of rudeness and call hung up from Priya Dixit, with todays conversation is un-professional and not acceptable. The call is received on 27-April-09 at 15.59 hours from Landline No 67178491.

The cheque was acknowledged by your Jalna Branch on 04/03/2009. So far I have not received any receipt acknowledging the premium paid. I have to file the income tax returns in which I have to claim deduction. Your office at Jalna is now closed. I would request you to immediately mail the receipts on my email address in order to make the claim in income tax. The last date for filing the return is 31st July. Please help me.

                                dear sir,
                                I had taken two crisis cover policies from your bank last year. One was mine and the other was of my brother but i had not recieved any bond from the bank.
                                My policy no. is 10886891 and the other policy no. is CR28661364.
                                I had requested the ICICI prudential branch of SAHARANPUR on 9th july 2009.They said methat they had forward my request for the bond and I will recieve the bond within 3 days.
                                After this I again went to the branch on 23rd july 2009 and again tell them to forward the request.
                                But I think that was of no use and till today I had not recieved any bond from the bank.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I had taken ICICI Prudential life insurance policy on Jan-2006 and paid one premium RS- 50, 000.00 then stopped paying the 2nd Premium onwards since found they are deducting the allotted units every month as CHARGES (hidden) that was never convinced to me at the early stage. I had received the documents with the following statements.
                                  Ø Premium Paid RS- 50, 000.00 on 22/12/2005
                                  Ø Administrative charges RS- 9, 000.00
                                  Ø Net allotted funds RS- 41, 000.00
                                  Ø Total unit allotted 1224.246
                                  Again continued the statement that was really shocking since they are deduction again the allotted units as “Charges”
                                  There was some hidden charges that was realized when I had received the first “ Statement Of Account” only. This deduction was continued, now I have a total Unit –1201.775 only.

                                  Ø Opening (allotted) balance in unit) – 1224.246
                                  Ø Fund allocated -41, 000.00
                                  CHARGES
                                  Ø Insurance charges -96.00
                                  Ø Service Tax -10.00
                                  Ø Total insurance charges -106.00
                                  Ø Closing balance (in RS) 40894.00
                                  Ø Current NAV 33.49
                                  Ø Closing balance (in units) 1221.08

                                  Whilst taking the policy the executive described that the policy offering free insurance coverage, but it was a wrong information that was realized when I had received the policy documents with the account statements. Also described the amount whatever invested partially or fully can be withdrawn after the locking period of three years.
                                  I had approached the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Bank Kottarakara Br. & Kollam Br. in Kerala on 19/06/2009, to surrender the policy and withdraw the invested amount but I had received the reply that “ the amount is not returnable unless revive the policy with paying again 3, 00, 000.00 since your policy is lapsed. Then the ICICI Kollam Br. Manager was asking me to write a letter of complaint to their corporative Office through Kollam branch for requesting to withdraw the amount, I had done so and not received any response.
                                  My self informed the ICICI –Kottarakara Br, Kollam Br and the Executive that I am not in a position to pay RS-3, 00, 000.00 at this stage due to my family constrains also enquired them why should I pay 3Lkhs.
                                  Again I had communicated the ICICI bank executive through their website, and had received the reply that “ you don’t have any surrender value and there were no money to return” since your policy is lapsed, if you need the amount you have to revive the policy by paying 3, 00, 000.00 to the bank also asking to read the policy documents prior to approach the Bank for any issue.                                   I never understand these traps on the time of policy taken and until the receipt of the policy documents. The executives never convinced that demerits and described only the merits and I fell in their trap.
                                  Hence I request your good office to advise the concern authority of ICICI Prudential Life insurance Co to pay back my premium amount with minimum interest. Presently my account is having RS- 62287.7754.

                                  ICICI PRU Insurance co — Not getting letter for tax free status of the amount withdrawn from life time policy.

                                  I,Sandip Raghuvanshi, had paid 40,000.00 as yearly premium in the Lifetime policy of ICICI PRU Insurance co. ( policy no.[protected] for four year. after completing the 3 year lock-in period in 5'th year I withdrew the full amt, i.e. Rs. 2,15,926.29.
                                  Now my CA asks me to get the proof for the amt. to be tax free, as told orally by company people while buying the policy. But even if I submitted a written application at company's Kothrud, pune office in Nov. 2010 & many emails to company, I've not recd any letter or mail from the company. the funny part is at the company office everybody was surprised to see this part missing from policy document. PLEASE HELP.

                                  Icici Prudential Life Insurance — WRONG ALLOTMENT OF UNITS

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I have made switch online on 07/03/11 before 03:00 PM, since i have switched to Protector fund , my fund should be protected , also NAV is increased in protector fund ,but my fund is reduced.... the fund allocated to me is based on wrongly calculated units...

                                  the fund before switch was 102477.180....and i switched 50% to protector i.e. 51238.59.... and rest to the other funds....

                                  after the day when i saw fund value was 101418.5293....

                                  which is exacltly equal to the fund value of my previous fund i.e. flexi growth= 7057.657(units) * 14.37(NAV)= 101418.5293.....

                                  so i just wan to ask why this happens....when i trasfer my fund to protector fund..then what is the meaning of switching online before 03:00 PM, when my fund is not protected.....

                                  it makes no differnce if you switch or not....becoz in both the caes fund value is equal...

                                  i talked to your coustomer care..she told me to wait for 3 days,as the system takes three days to reflect the right value...and suggest me to mail also...

                                  so please correct this and have a right reflection in my system...

                                  i am attaching the printsreens of my switchonline and a proof of my mail id which shows the time before 03:PM as suggested by your coustomer care...

                                  Please solve this issue...otherwise i will have to move IRDA forcefully...

                                  I have taken out the Maximiser ICICI/Prudential policy, paid Rs 2 Lakhs for 3 years (total invested Rs 6 Lakhs) and then locked for 3 more years. I was told that I can cash in the policy after 5 years from the payment of the first premium on day one of Rs 2 Lakhs.
                                  Please can somebody advise me if I am going to fall into any problem? I am 66.5 years old and I need this money.

                                    With reference to the above Vodafone number, I would like to bring to your kind notice the harassment faced by myself when I wanted to discontinue the services permanently, which finally have come to the extent that I am in receipt of Legal Notice from your solicitors for payment of dues for services rendered to me in the months of Jan-08 & Feb-08, wherein I had stopped using the number from Dec-07 onwards after activating a new Vodafone Post paid connection ([protected]).

                                    However even after repetitive calls to the Customer Care, visits to the Vodafone Store-Kalyan, the number was not disconnected and was put under “Temporary Suspension” (against my request of permanent disconnection) and the same came to my notice only in my latest visit to Vodafone Store- Kalyan on 30-Jun-08, which I made to seek the clarification for the notice sent to me for the charges which was raised on me for the services not used by me and for no fault of mine. Further more on the same visit i.e. on 30-Jun-08, your executive named Ms.Suhana who I met for the settlement of the issue, conveyed to my shock that Vodafone have not received a single request from my end for permanent disconnection of the services on Vodafone no.[protected]( Conversation with Ms.Suhana recorded by me and attached herewith).This despite submitting my written application twice at Vodafone Store in the month of Nov-07 & Dec-07 respectively to your executive name Mr.Kushal over there and once directly faxed to Vodafone Customer Care at 66661200 on 16-Nov-07(Scanned copies of the same attached herewith)

                                    Please note that if as per your executive Ms.Suhana, Vodafone has never received any request either by any of the modes like written application, telephonic request through Customer Care Helpline or by Fax, as I did as per the detailed mentioned herein above, how can I receive an confirmation letter from Vodafone for receipt of my request for suspension of services dated.13-Nov-07 (Scanned copy attached herewith)

                                    Further more over my receipt of a bill for same number for the month of Jan-08, when I called up your Customer Care number somewhere around 15-Feb-08 to inform enquire why the bill was generated when I had submitted written application to disconnect the services in Dec-08 at your Vodafone Store –Kalyan, that call was also recorded as complain call for poor network and not for the actual cause which the call was made by me(This piece of info was also shared by Ms.Suhana after checking my Cust.Care call log as per your records)

                                    I am a customer of Vodafone for over 4 years now and Vodafone has been my preferred GSM Service provider ever since my first mobile connection. However considering the horrible experience with Vodafone since Nov-07, I am forced to re-think my loyality towards Vodafone and I feel very sorry to say that after my Vodafone connection([protected]), which is again a corporate connection since I am working with ICICI PRUDENTIAL, I will never ever use Vodafone as my GSM connection.

                                    I got an mail from vodafone customer care after the above escalation to their top management that all the charged in my said account were being reversed and the same stands closed. However I again received am mail from them after almost a year saying that this a/c is still showing an amount pending against my name and i have not resorted to pay the same after repetative follow-ups with them, which is totally baseless statement and a flat lie.

                                    Company who have their Advertising campaigns with “Happy to Help” theme focusing on Customer Care which is utterly meaning less and out of focus in the context just to lure more customers when they are not even able to manage their existing customer base satisfactorily.

                                      This is to inform that in ICICI-Pru life office, Paltanbazar Guwahati, Assam. It has been found that a group of people selling their policy to some customer by luring for sex. When inquired it has been found that a divorcee woman & her boss is doing this for the purpose in branch banking division. Where the said woman previously worked with operation & now working with training dept.

                                      This is unsocial, unethical process of selling policy. At the same time destroying the social environment.

                                      Concerned dept. should take it seriously.

I was an X-I-Pru employee...

At the time of withdraw of policy I will get the full premium amount along with RGF (T4)$ highest NAV at that time i.e after (Five) year Completion . They also told me that I will get free check-up every after 02(Two) years of my Regular Premium. Till date I have not yet received any documents from ICICI for Free Health Check-up.

                                        Sir, I have visited Some Branch Head of ICICI Pru Life Insurance in Siliguri & Alipurduar (North Bengal), Guwahaty & Tinsukia (Assam) for my free check-up. As per them I can do my free Health check up at any of their Network Hospital or any other Hospital by expanding my own Money any they will revert me back after submission of Bills. I don’t know that how much I have to pay and what investigation I have to do according norms of this health policy.

                                        Sir, why should I pay my money for my Free Check-up as per Rule of this Policy? The ICICI should Pay and Look after for my Free Health Check-up.

                                        Sir, I totally fed up from this ICICI Health Policy. I don’t want any Free Health Check-up/ Health Insurance as well as Highest NAV/RGF from the above mentioned insurance. I just want my Premium amount back from ICICI Pru Life Insurance. Your kind co-operation in this regards to settle the poor young man will be highly appreciated please.
