Dear sir,
have paid the policy cotract No. 05146949 premium for the year 2008-09 on 17/03/2008 by cheque drawn on Oriental bank of Commerce, M, G Road Bangalore. it's almost 3 months now & have not received the receipt for the same till date (9/6/2008)
Request you to kindly look forward on this matter and send the receipt as early as possible.

i also hold policy of ICICI Prudential and they have generated a policyholder epin user id, through which i access my policy statement, premium receipts from icici prudential website - i guess website is prety desnt and user frndly - they also have chat option to raise questions.
I suggest you ask them to generate one for your policy. Earlier I used to call their call center requesting for a unit statement and the same was couriered to my communication address.Try one of these, m sure this will help you!

    I had taken a life time gold policy taken in name of Mr Varun Wassan through India Infoline (Korba Chattisgarh) . The agent Mr Mohnish had taken signatures on blank documents stating that information will be filled by his senior Mr Puspender Sharma . Incorrect information was filled to increase there business. The mode of premium was wrongly entered as Rs 35000/- ( Thirty Five Thousand ) half yearly, which i wanted yearly . Even the residential address was incorrectly entered after receiving the documents, we returned the policy within 10 days so that corrective measures would be taken Mr Mohnish took the policy after accepting his fault . I asked him so many times to provide me the details or photocopy of the documents . I followed Mr Sharma & Mr Mohnish ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential (Korba Chattisgarh) verbally & through letters. But no information was provided, now I have received there letter stating that i need to pay Rs 3781/- short premium for the activation of the policy. Well it is not my fault & I am not liable to pay for mistakes of India Infoline or ICICI Prudential staff.

    ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE POLICY — ICICI PRUDENTIAL increased policy term

    I had taken a life time super policy taken in my name Mr Ritesh

    Kumar Tripathi. The agent Mr Vineet Bajpai had taken signatures on

    blank documents stating that information will be filled by his

    senior Mr Devasheesh singh(Aundh Branch, Pune). Incorrect

    information was filled to increase their business and complete the

    target.The policy term was increased to 10 years which was told 3

    years only.Even my email id and the cell number was filled incorrect.Now they are not picking up the phone.I want to get the policy term changed to 3 years.

      I am an NRI, a student actually. I was trying to find a good investment p[lan for some money I had saved up from my stipends, I wanted part to be in FDs and part to be in mutual funds. ICICI lied to me that the only option I had was the Lifetime super pension policy and that I could not directly hold in mutual funds otherwise. This is ofcourse, but I was completely new to the indian market then and I just took their word as I was on a one week trip to India. further, they did not inform me of the lock in period and the fact that the surrender value of these funds at the end of first or even second/third year is so low (0 percent, 25 percent and 40 percent!). this was sold to me as a short term policy, and all my savings put into it. whereas, the policy is actually a minimum 5 year (for full surrender) policy. Moreover, their entry loads are so unreasonably high! you can get a good index fund for 1 percent and these guys do just about as well if not worse, and charge you 14 percent, 9 percent and then 1 percent every subsequent year!

      Lastly, I had asked for the balancer scheme, a scheme in which my money would mostly be under debt and partly in equities, but the agent who filled out my form wrote in maximiser, which was 80 percent equity exposure and not the risk I was willing to take (and I took the recent beating from the crash too without any idea that I was!). I had not suspected someone would do this, as I did not know in India, we still have this crappy system of brokers and agents selling us plans, and getting a larger commission and cut from selling as high equity exposure plans. I am not sure if there is anyway to complain and get my money out of this fradulent scheme, I have been contacting ICICI customer service in vain for the past three months. I keep having to hold endlessly (over half an hour, which is very hard on an ISD call) and each time I am transferred to someone new who pretends not to understand my problem.

      If anyone has any pointers on what to do, that would be great!

      Lifetime super pension plan — No any Bond Received

      I have taken a policy from your company which policy No. 07954472 approximetley 3 or 4 months ago. but I have not received any bond yet. i want to withdraw my money back.
      for this what is the procedure to withdraw the policy.

      ICICI Prudential — wrong expectations and cheated by the company

      purchased 2 policy from your Chennai Branch Office 1 for Investment and 1 for Health Insurance Plan I paid Rs 2900 for the same. I paid the amount on 1st oct 2008. Mr Jayakant from Chennai Branch was the person who took the amount and till date I havent recieved any confirmation from your side any reciept any policy or anything regarding the same. This is the height of irresponsibility from a company like you which claims to be best Insurance Policy in India. Well this is the worst customer service you have ever seen.

      I paid the amount on 1st OCt and today is 12th Oct. It is more than 10 days and still i havent receieved the reciept of the amount being paid. Morever your officer half of the time does not pick up the phone and if phone is available he does not answer the phone even if he answers the phone he says he is in a meeting. For the past 10 days he is saying i will come to my house to give the reciept. He has give 3 cell no but none of them works. This is the end of my patience and physical and mental frustation

      Now i dont want the policy from Icici prudential. Now i just the amount that i paid to icici prudential back.

I was sold this from the investment advicor at ICICI bank, by projecting this as a short term investment mutual fund. Later my money was allotted into insurance also and now I am ending up paying up premium for a fund that is doing so bad.

      from last two three months i gave again and again details for e-pin registration but time of registration message will come that advisor will come within two working days but till today i am not geting any response.before one month i go to icici prulife insurance office (near basera hotel)but he gave me one customer care no.there is no option for e-pin. so please help me.

      I am an NRI I went to India for a short trip, he came to me and this fund is yeilding 40% results of course I didn't trusted, I asked what if my fund is performing low then he said we will invest them back to Govt Bonds or FDs with ICICI, but [censored] didn't do any thing I lost 1, 10, 000 Rs in one year, now I want to get out from that [censored] BAS***** is saying if you go out you will loose every thing put your money for 5-10 years then we will give all the returns.

      Have any of you (who have written comments to my original post) checked with the Investor's grievance forum on what can be done? I plan to be in India for a while and might pursue this course of action. According to the SEBI rules, mis-representation and wrong advertising of the fund (for. eg., it was sold to us as a short term investment plan) is grounds for action against the firm. It may be tricky as to how to prove it in court, but if there are enough o[censored]s with complaints, we can still file a petition and atleast take it as far as possible. Consumer court procedures are getting quicker and simpler and although it will take investment of time and effort on our parts, it may well be worth it or in any case, it is atleast our duty to bring it to the notice of the IGFs so they may advise future investors appropriately.

      Deducted money for my Account as a caller tunes without selecting the any option & caller tune from my side. So please Solve my problem as soon as possible & directly add my exting balance in my account.
      My Fund Value also decreased by the Company, I have paid my premium after sacrificing all my expenditure.

      tax rebate under section 80 c, Retirement soloution, Insurance and tax free returns what you want ma"n??
      Definately nothing is free in this world if a company giving you specialised services of CFA/FUND MANAGERs/underwritrs than definately they would charge for it..
      if you will compare this product with othercompanies product you will get to know how cheaper is this plan for you.
      it is a ULIP plan which is always better than MUTUAL FUND Investments...ok...
      now just listen carefully...

      it is a regular investment and long term wealth or capital appreciation plan.
      keep investing every year in the same product or fund. it would definately come up with a large sum becoz it will give you power of compounding effect and average ruppee cost and most important retirement solution as well.

      AND always read broushers before investing samjhe...

      icici pru investment plan — hopeless service

      i am Karanbir singh, my mother is a senior citizen & NRI, sales girl in the icici bank branch (DELHI, MODEL TOWN)sold two investment plans to her.That time the market was good they suggested her to invest the money.now the problems she is facing follows.
      1) NO COMMUNICATION AFTER THAT FIRST DAY.(NEITHER FROM BANK NOR FROM PRU)
      (NO STATEMENT, NO CALL, NO EMAIL NOTHING NOT EVEN SINGLE IN 2 YEARS..

      i Fully agree with the grivances of Ms. Meghala Mani. I am also a victim of this bloody life time super pension plan. i am 61. so awarded no insurance or benefit yet a hefty allocation charges of 17% have been deducted straight from the premium and bal. invested in an ever sinking fund with my money's value eroded to just 40% now. They are further demanding for the next premium. I am shaky to put further money in such negligent, apathetic and inefficient hands for it'd further erod. However, non payment of further premium shall put the existing fund value to total loss. This appear to be just a systemetic procedure adopted by this crooked company to dupe and rob the hard earned money of their investors through their professional managers and advisors who have no concern with the safety of the investors money but look to their fat salaries and hefty commissions earned through the robbed investors' money. This company should be blacklisted and its personneld be jailed for committing such crimes of systemetic duping their customers.

      My mother is a pensioner and she wanted to invest some money. An ICICI agent got hold of her and asked her to invest 1Lac in a market scheme that would yield good returns. My unsuspecting mother put in her money, and this B**** set her up with a Lifetime super pension plan.

      Now ICICI is demanding yearly premium payments of 1 Lakh. My mother did not know this was coming. We have complained to ICICI, but the customer service is filled with with power to do nothing.

      this is a stupid policy that no one should opt for as they said that investing 2000 a month for abt 3 yrs will give an amount of just double i.e paying 72, 000, 1, 50, 000 can be obtained for sure

      but the stupid agent from icici never said that after the completion of 3yrs we get 98%, then 4th year 99% and 5th year 100% only when the fund value is 110% more than any of the year's premium paid

      ICICI mutual funds policies will give all the false statements for getting the customers and hidden conditions will not be shown to the customers

      They want to sell the policy in a way that they earn out of it for the cost of a customer his life, his savings and his earnings

      ICICI badly plays with the customers ruining their money and want to earn out of it

      Anyone please tell me how can, one investing in a pension policy doubles the amount from 100 to 200%

      I sincerely believe ICICI always searches for some foolish money earning buggers and earn our of them simply showing the night mares.

      I am an NRI I went to India for a short trip before 2 years, when I went to one of the famous bank to put some money on Fixed deposit, he told instead of putting in FD put it in Life Time Soooper! which will give minimum 30 to 40 % returns. Now 3 years I paid premium one lac each year, totoal paid 3 lakh, now my fund value is 255000, rest 45000 is in loss. When i contaced ICICI office they told I need to pay minium 3 installments otherwise I will not get anything back ! thats why i paid. when i am complaining this to my agent he is telling Please wait... Please wait... Please wait...
      I dont know what to do now!. Before the investment they will not tell you about their charges etc...only they will tell 30 to 40 % [protected]@#$!. Ofcourse this type of companies should be black listed, so others will not fall in this type of foolish investment plans.

      I invested Rs. 20000 a year in ICICI Pru LifeTime Gold plan for my wife 3 years back.
      The allocation charges and 'other' charges are hefty.
      Moreover none of the ICICI funds for ULIPs are doing well. NAVs of all of them have increased just 1% over the past year. After 3 years of investing, my 60000 have yielded just 62000.
      ICICI is a top of all the banks in cheating.

      Please refer to the Policy Number[protected] with application number-LL06077105 dated 10/05/2007 for Life Time Super for my brother Jaspal Singh Bhamra and father Taljinder Singh Bhamra.They have been cheated and fooled to take this policy.Your agent Mr Barun took advantage of their non-understanding of English and mis-sold this policy.Infact there are 12 such policies sold to my entire family.I was not in town and have just come back and realised that we have lost 12lacs of our hard earned money. he informed my family that its a one time premium and will never have to pay for it again so mis-sold 12policies in my family.I understand it is 3yrs now but he did not provide us with any documentation so we could not trace it at all.Completely acknowledgeing our mistake for being a little careless and trusting such agents we have tried everything possible to resolve this for last 3yrs. ICICI bank pays no heads to us and there is absolutely no support from any phone lines.My last resort was to write to you. We request you to please action it and help us.Infact this is very disheartening that people of your country are fooling their fellow citizens and mis-selling without realising that their own ecomony will be effected.       ICICI Prudential — Life Time Pension

      I opened a "Life Time Pension Policy II" with ICICI Prudential on 02/05/2005 and paid my monthly instalment of Rs834 for 26 Months (All Receipts Avilable). After which I lost my job and had to return to my native due to un avoidable circumstances. This instance led me to discontinue the "Life Time Pension Policy II" with ICICI prudential. ICICI Prudential for some reason stopped the auto debit and the policy became inactive.
      Sir I would like to now close this policy and get the money back, I contacted the Office at Chennai, but i did not get a proper answer from them. Please help me get back the Rs21684 that i had invested in ICICI Prudential.

      ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE TIME PENSION — DEPOSITING OF MY MONEY INTO ANOTHER ACCOUNT

      I took ICICI PRUDENTIOL LIFE TIME PENSION with police No.00326020 on 2003.
      Until now every year I paid premium amount, some times I did top-up also.

      On 08th November2010 I surendered the police for bying some land, at the time of
      surender I got assurence that within one week I will get the money. But untill now I didn't got. After doing a long enqury Mr.Amar Balagopalan who is working as Manager Ernakulam told me that by mistake they diposited my money into another persons account. Then I made a complent to ICICI PRUDENTIAL on 28th of November2010 with complaint no.28583702 throughCustomer Service Helpline shift in-charge Neelam madam, at that time also she told me that within six working days my complaint will be resolved and the money will be deposited into my account. But until now I didn't got the money. I am calling daily to them and talking with Mr.Kuldip Singh(manager), Divya madam(shift in-charge), Biswaranjen Samel(shift in-charge) of Bangalore branch. I am getting the same answer that it is still under process and daily they assured me that they will make an enquiry and call me within 24 hours but until now nobody called me. It shows their neglegency in customer care. I gave complaint to IRDA and [protected]@iciciprulife.com also on 16th of December 2010. But until now my problem not yet solved and didn't got more than one lakh eighty thousand .

      So please help me in getting the money as early as possible.

      i agree service provided by icici pru life is so hopeless that a complaint given in writing a year age has not been replied by the concerned authority
      icci pru life is serviving on icici bank performance
      There is selling of products blindinly that No one explains anything to customer They keep them in dark a goat to be slaughtered in the morning
      I am investing Rs 2000/- every month in ICICI super pension scheme for last two and half year and it is going in loss. The agent never told me about the important conditions like lock in policy and very important it is ULIP and cheated me. Never ever go for ICICI bank they are such a fraud company selling their product without taking care of customer needs.

      Can any one suggest how to close this policy without any loss. Can any one help me out of this.

        Dear Sir,

        I am holiding policy 01507263. During Oct 2005 I had given ECS clearing from canara bank and also cheque, because I changed my ECS from Standard Chartered Bank. I had request them not to present it same time..but some confusion both got dishonored..
        Repeated complaint to them went in vain.

        Since I already paid Rs 12000...now I decided to close the account with present NAV. But surprisely they are asking to me Pay Rs 66000 to reinstate the policy and then withdraw. At this fluctuating market and more over I need to take loan to make premium payment...who will do it.
        If I can't pay these amount then RS 12000 will be forfeited in 5 years time.

        Is this correct with Public deposit Act...I am taking back my own money...

          i had invested fifty thousand rupees in ICICI Pru - Life Time gold on 26/11/2007 but i have not received account statement or bond or policy no. destipe my repeated request to Ms. Hemlata Sharma (one of your associate in Bikaner, Rajasthan). Few months before she told me that there is some problem in your medial(ECG) and after that your doctor came n take my ECG but then also i have not received my account statement. Now either she dont pick my phone or express herself in very rude manner. I also called your jodhpur office but from there no action has been taken as of now.Details of investment is here under

          i have a life time gold policy, which i took on march 28, 2008. my policy amount is rs.2000/month. i gave rs. 4000 cheque for 2 months. in May rs. 2000 was automatically deducted from my account, but in june it was not deducted. my agent told it is autodeduction. i have an account balance of rs. 12600. so what is the reason.

            i went to icici and ask to cancle it as you disclosed ever thing which i was not suppose to disclose he bluntly said do what ever you can it will not be cancalled and misbehaived nor cancalling my ECS with my bank account

            i am vikas sharma went to icici pru life faridabad branch to surrender the policy of my father mr murari lal sharma . i met the executive but he did not give the satisfied answer to me and refused to surrender the policy. then i met with the branch operation manager KIRTI . she were lesat bothered to ask my concern and misbehaved with me even she said that you are not the sonof murari lal sharma . i have given my pan card as of proof of relation . but she was not ready to listen she said that your father signatures not matching with our records than i request her to call as per their records and ask my father wether he signed the documents of surrender or not. but she refuse to do the same and very ruffly said call the client otherwise get out from the branch. i requested to call the senior person to talk but she said i am the senior in this branch. she was not ready to listen even she misbehaved with me very loudly at front of their staff . i told that my father is out of sation . i visited the branch 3 days back than the executive told me come with your father authorisation . i showed her that authorisation but she inselted me at front of people. so i am feeling very insulted and upset . please do the need full. i want justice.

              I found another strange problems, security issues with ICICI group, now with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. It changes user passwords for online transactions, without user consent, which can lead to fraudulent transactions. It caused me major losses when I tried to switch my funds, as I noticed that I could not login to the website. Fortunately, I accidentally noticed an email notification to one of my old email addresses informing me of password change 'as per your request', got me a shock. I never asked for this. I got my password reset through ICICI. To my shock, a few days later I again could not login, and found the same problem. After it repeated, I registered complaint with ICICI Prulife finally. Here is the final response from ICICI:

              There was a prompt inquiry, and this problem did not repeat again, however, I still had to bear all the losses.

              I am one of the existing customers of ICICI prudential life insurance and due to some dispute I have been trying to get in touch with the right team. I have been sending nearly 3-4 mails reminders and only once they have replied stating that they are looking into the matter and it has been nearly a month. The last reply I got was on 30th of April and they have provided the call Id reference in the email.

              This is really frustrating, inspite of sending so many gentle reminders courier/e-mails of the same dispute details its all in vain.

              I am not sure where to go now onwards...

              Sometime back in Karnataka, the print and electronic media published the atrocities/goondagiri of the ICICI staff in the process of collection of borrowed loans from its customers. As a victim to a similar type of harassment, I would like to write my experience during the purchase of ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE POLICY # 12726282 during October to December 2009 from Richmond Circle branch, Bangalore.
              They contacted me for a policy and appointment was fixed. One employee Mr.Vinod R, phone numbers [protected], [protected], approached me in my house with an official visiting card. During the course of talk, I refused to give any information directly and will approach through an agent wherein I will be benefited by Rs 500 at 1% intcentive for Rs 50, 000 premium. Then he contacted Mr. Rajeev, phone number [protected], [protected] and he agreed for the deal and will be paid personally through Vinod R along with the policy, whereas the policy was delivered through Mr. Sharavana. When I contacted Mr Rajeev for the promised amount, he refused to talk to me over the phone. I tried through Mr. Praveen’s phone, though Mr. Rajeev was in his seat, he asked Mr.Sharavana to tell that he was not in his seat, which I could overhear. Even Mr. Praveen told me that he is not willing to talk to me, which was very unprofessional and rude. This scam was explained to Mr.Harish, the Manager. The entire episode has to be investigated and the guilty should be punished by the concerned higher up’s.

              For medical examination also, being a senior citizen, they promised many things and they don’t bother to follow up. I took personal initiative to contact the concerned people and dispatched the report.

              I am making this mail to complaint regarding misleading me by one of
              icici prudential sales representive.

              Last year the sales rep sold me one policy by saying that there is no
              locking period for this policy and I can withdraw money any time.
              But this year when I went to deposit the premium amount I inquired in the
              branch about the policy amount and formality to withdraw the policy but I
              was shocked when I came to know that I can't withdraw it till 10 year as 10
              year is the minimum locking period for the policy.

              It is really sad that ICICI prudential have these type of guys who misleads
              the customer as I have deep faith in ICICI and have very good past

              ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — fraud sale

              i have taken the above mentioned policy no14421613 thru a tele call recieved from
              icici pru life office delhi thru mr samir jain cell no[protected] ,
              he told me that its a special plan for selected customers as if i par rs
              30000 for 3 years i will get 130000 afer 3 years and 154000 after 5 years
              plus 20 % cash back and life insurance for life and medical policy for
              family for 3 lacs, but when i got the policy on 28-9-10 i was shocked to
              see that the policy was totally different and nothing like this was present
              i immediatly call up customer care and lodged complaint vide no 2655824
              about this, and when i called mr samir he said their was some mistake by panipat office and he told me that a person will visit me from panipat office and i will have to give my documets to him and he will get that change which i refuse to do.

              i request u that in india people rarely buy pilicy by tele call and as i
              have taken i ended up in problem , i request u to pls take action againt the
              guy and as i am goint to surrender this policy and i will never buy any
              icici product , i will also raise this complaint will IRDA and INSURANCE
              ONBUDAMAN

              ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — erratic ECS clearance without information and standing instruction from me

              Dear sir, I am Lt Swapnil Kumar Srivastava. Aug 2009 i purchased a policy from iciciprudential(policy number[protected], feb 2010 i converted the policy payment to be through ECS clearance from my ICICI account. My premium amount is Rs1667.00 per month. ECS clearance is regularly made on 26th of the every month. All was well till ECS clearance did not take place for the month of Sep 2010 , even though sufficient balance was available in the account. Oct 2010 when i contacted ICICIprudential officials, they gave me vague explanation and told me that my policy has lapsed. The official also told me that if ECS transaction does not happen in particular month than subsequent ECS transactions will also not take place and i will have to pay the arrears of the premium due to reinstate my policy. Upon this i told the officials that i am not interested in the policy and and ready to forgo my investment and don't want to pay any further. Afterward i received a call from ICICIprudential about my policy lapse, during the conversation i appraised the customer care guy about the pathetic service of insurance company. Suddenly on 18 Nov 2010, ECS transaction worth Rs 3334.00 was made from my account towards reinstatement of the above said policy, without any such instruction from me. Thereafter i received a message on my mobile that my policy has been reinstated and my next premium is due on 26 Nov 2010. However no ECS transaction has been made to that effect. Dear sir i am fed up of poor service of ICICIprudential life insurance and want explanation for all these erratic ECS transactions without my knowledge and permission.

              I am Seilen Das. My policy smartkid - new unit linked RP, policy number 07505994. Cheque No.- 175442 dated 25-Jan-11. I can to know it by a letter. But I don't get any cheque.

                Dear Sir/Madam


                I wish to lodge a complain for the false commitment and advice given by the Advisor Mr.Shenoy of ICICI Prudential regarding my Policy ICICI Prudential Forever Life (RP) no.01236495 commenced on 23/12/2004 for Rs.10100/- per annum.

                It was informed by the advisor that I can withdraw my amount after 3 years of paid premium. When I visited the branch at Thakur Village, I was informed by them that I will get Rs.10140/- only. However the premium paid by me was Rs.30000/- plus.

                I need this money for some urgent work, but the same I will not get back because of the misleading information given by the advisor. In the month of DECEMBER 2007 renewal premium notice for Rs.10246/- has come.After complaining to ICICI Prudential the said advisor along with ICICI Prudential Staff visited my office and told me to pay the fourth premium so that the policy will be inforce and they will assign my policy to someone else so that I get all my money back. I paid the fourth premium. The advisor told me to wait upto Feb 2008 end so that he will find someone to assign my policy. But after Feb 2008 also he kept delaying the matter. On finding out details with ICICI Prudential I was informed that the advisor didn't had any knowledge about assinging the policy and this policy cannot be assigned. Because of Advisor's lack of knowledge I have to pay Rs.10240/- more. Two times the advisor has misleaded me, First when he told me that after 3 years I will get all the premiums paid plus bonus and secondly regarding assignment option for which I had to pay rs.10240/- more.

                I request you to pursue this matter with ICICI Prudential to give my money along with the interest and reply back to me at the earliest.

                I too have similar problem; when I went for pension policy to save tax, ICICI bank advisor told me to take Forever Life (RP) which can be closed after 3 years if not interested. When I was need of money I wished to discontinue the pension plan, but ICICI agreed to pay back 30% of premiums paid till date. I don’t how to come out of this, in fear of loosing paid premiums I am keep paying every year.
                I have also faced same problem; I have a Forever Life(RP) policy (no 00088175.). I have also write to give me detail of equity accumulated in my account, but there was no reply by the company.

                  I would hereby like to inform you that I have received a policy document from ICICI prudential bearing serial No:08229932 and shocked with the same as I have never opted for the same and how this policy has been issued. On contacting ICICI Prudential I was told that the policy has been done through your company. I don't understand how these has become possible for your representative to submit my application form with all wrong details and sign in my name. Iam giving below the information for your ready references:

                  1) My date of birth mentioned is 25/12/1967 which is wrong.

                  2) I do not hold any ration card at above address and how it was submitted as address proof as mentioned in form.

                  3) It is surprising that as per my date of birth mentioned Iam 41yrs old and the age of my father and mother mentioned is 47yrs and 44yrs respectively and how the company has approved the form.

                  4) The signature done on the form is not mine and someone having vested interested in issuing the policy has forged it.

                  5) Iam surprised how the payment has been collected from my credit card without my authorization and what bank has checked up before making the payment.

                  6) The NOMINEE made for this policy is named FARIDA BEGUM and mentioned as my mother whose date of birth is 29/06/1964 which is totally false.

                  7) Lastly the amount of installment opted for is beyond my capacity i.e. Rs 4000/-.

                  Now I would like to request you to look into the matter from your end and find out the person behind it for some vested interest. Till date I have just received a call from customer care officer instructing me to cancel the policy as Iam entitled for the same but regarding it I would like to inform you that I also know that I can cancelled my policy within 14 days of receiving it. My aim for complaining to the company was to bring the irregularities carried by some people with vested interest in limelight and a justified action for your end so that normal people like me does not suffer. This is to inform you that as per information from customer care desk that “Ashika” is the agent through whom the policy has been done I have tried to complain to them also at the address provided on there site for CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER has been returned UNDELIVERED and nobody pickup mobile phone on the number provided. Now I would like to request your good self to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Iam enclosing herewith the Xerox copy of application form received from your end highlighting my claim for your ready reference.

                  ICICI Bank Credit Card — issued card and done insurance without my consent

                  i got issued a icici credit card for free for one year , after the expiry they issued other card saying the card is free for life. I never used the card, last week i applied for a car loan in axis bank they rejected my loan saying that i have an outstanding amount of 52000 on my icici credit card, i inquired and got to know that they have done a medical insurance on my card without my consent .

                  ICICI Bank Credit Card — Insurance without consent

                  Sir, We are maintaining Saving Account No[protected] with ICICI Bank, East Mohan Nagar, Amritsar branch and they issued Credit Card No.[protected] to us free of cost. Now the ICICI Bank Credit Card Customer Care people are trying to cover insurance without our consent and immediately on receipt of call, we took up the matter with the concerned Branch Manager and submitted our objection in writing which was duly receipted by him in which we have requested to cancel the policy if any locked by them without our consent. Till date we have not received the confirmation for the cancellation of insurance medi claim policy if any. In case they will not do so, then we shall be compelled to get the credit cards cancelled and also shift our account to some other Nationalised bank.

                        I'm logged onto my ICICI Direct account and i see this interesting link flashing on ICICI Direct about some retirement plan from ICICI prudential, so i click on it, n out pops a form with my details already filled in and a calculator. Out of sheer curiosity, i type in some number ( 1, 00, 000) to see what kind of retirement money they pay to people who shell out 1, 00, 000 per year for the next 26 years.

                        ...then, gratified by the numbers which show up, I just ignore the apply button down at the bottom and close the window.( not my cup of tea).

                        Next day, I’m looking at my bank statement...to see a withdrawal of Rs 1, 00, 000 from ICICI prudential. They have withdrawn money from my account without my consent or approval to do so.

                        Moreover, countless calls later, they say they have no record of the transaction or of any policy in my name.

                        Finally, i had to shoot an email off to ICICI prudential, who say they will get back to me after 5 days.

                        Taking money out of my account without approval is akin to robbery!! Now i do not have the money and for no fault of mine!!

                          First thing this Agent(I respecting this guy calling as Agent SHAME ON ME!!! ) knows that I live in USA, he called to my office number too

                          This guy called me and said we have Smart kid program which has this benefit that benefit and helpful for your kid(BAST****He used my DAUGHTER SENTIMENT) .

                          My first question How this is different from Mutual funds?
                          He said that Mutual funds depends on companies performance, but here if your fund is under performing the (FUND MANAGER in MUMBAI) will transfer that to RBI bonds or even fixed deposits so that you will never loose money, so far so good.
                          HERE IS THE CATCH
                          That BAST**** he came on the day I am leaving to US and said this program is only for the people in INDIA not in USA(THIS [censored] knows that that I live in USA he just played). we have same called ICICI Prulife no change nothing.
                          I will mail you the documents to US address also, .
                          He NEVER Did that, so now my fund from 4 lakhs became, 2, 69, 000 .
                          Pl donn say that you have to check your policy, definitely we will BUT THERE IS THING CALLED HUMAN WORD, this is something which ICICI exploits(Tell what ever it comes to their mind)

                            On my policy document the premium amount is Rs 4470/- But my insurer (icici prudencial life insurance company) is charging Rs 4516/-.

                            They did not give me any reply of my mail or concern.

                            I have sent so many mail to their customer care id but they did not reply any of them.

                            I also mail their grivance offcier Mr. Kulkarni he too did not reply me .
                            I also mailed to their grivance id but i did not get any reply from them also.

                            I did not know what i do

                              one o[censored]r unit manager in srinagar branch namely SAJID ALI KHAN misbehaves with me heavily when i asked him simple couple of questions and he didnot answer them, after that he refused me to make any policy in icici,
                              so i request ur goodself to make any serious action aganist the above said person as soon as possible.

                              ICICI Prudential — Misbehaving

                              I recieved a call from ICICI Prudential regarding an investment from[protected] on Sep 16th ( 3 pm ) from a guy named as Nikhil , He told me about the investment plans , i listen to him an d said that i have already invested in LIC so i dont want to invest further .
                              Then he shouted on me by abusing me n said in Hindi ( Chal Garib ).If these kind of dont have manners to talk , so please ask them to sit at home .

                              I will suggest my friends , colleague & clients not to invest in ICICI prudential , because first they cheated me in Insurance and now these investments .

                              I received a mail from icici with regards to the job opening as management trainees.with respect to the mail, I made a call on the particular number given in the mail. the number is ( [protected] ).I don't know his name.if he is not able to give any kind of feed back, ask him to don't display his number for enquiry and ask him to behave properly.please don't let like this kind of workers in the firm.

                                Pathetic Customercare Service for Redemption of the fund

                                I had purchased P41 Prudential ICICI FMCG FUND-GROWTH online on 23th March 06' the application no. W57918, in Feb 08 i wanted to redeem this fund, so called up the customer care regarding the same.

                                I got the information frm the customer care executive that we cannot redeem it online though we had bought online, for dat i would hav to visit any icici prudential branch, so on 27th i visited the Thane branch which is...

                                policy no[protected] (life time) was lapsed due to insufficient funds as it hit the bank (icici bank) before the due date . but the under signed registered the ECS/AUTO DEBIT on 18th of every month., and it has been checked onthe due date there is a suficient funds on my account . it has been observed in past witout any information the company lapsed the policy after submit the payment .

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I am very disappointed, sad and frighten by the way ICICI Prudential’s ethics and procedures at work. I have 2 policies i.e. Policy no. Policy No. 06012671 and 00600550 running with you and was planning to sign off a new policy. On 4th March, 2008 I got to know that Rs. 10,000 has been debited from my savings account with ICICI Bank, Lazpat Nagar Branch (A/C no[protected] by an ECS sent by ICICI Pru. I had not signed any such ECS for ICICI Pru. My latest bank statement is attached herewith for your ready refernce.

                                  On enquiring from bank I came to know that such ECS indeed came to them from you. Upon calling your customer support they informed me that ICICI Pru have not received any such amount from me against any of the policy I hold or against any other such understanding. They even refused to book a complaint as they need “proof”. As advised by call centre I visited your Noida (Sec 18) branch on 4th March. I showed my bank statement and immediately your executive accepted that there is some mistake happened and my complaint was booked. I was given the surety that my complaint will be looked after on fast track basis.

                                  Next day i.e. on 5th March, 2008 when I called up your call centre again I was informed that there is no complaint registered by the customer care executive I met on 4th March on 2008 at your Noida branch.

                                  This is a nightmare I am going through and you people are not sensitive enough to understand my plight and that too when you are squarely at fault. As fearing that many of my other financial commitments will be dishounoured and in this crucial month of March I am already facing financial crunch. I had to borrow money from others which is very very insulting for me. For last 3 days I am passing through an acute phase of depression. One take these kinds of policies to ensure that he and his family will be taken care of in time of distress but here you have dragged me in to a distress and even not taking it seriously to resolve. If you can do this to me when I am alive than who knows how you will treat my family in case I die. My confidence in you have taken a strong beating and I am now sceptical if I should continue with or not.

                                  Now I would like you to immediately credit back Rs 10,000 in my savings bank account and also any bouncing/dishonouring charges levied by banks or the parties to which I have committed timely debiting through cheque or any other mean of transaction from my this savings account. You have to tender an apology letter along with complete reasons of how this happened and how you will prevent this happening in future. Also I demand Rs 5000 per day as compensation for the insult, depression, fear I am facing because of you. Please give receiving to this application along with complaint number which I may refer in further correspondences.

                                  Failing to do any of the above will force me to go to Consumer Court or to any equivalent forum for relief.

                                  Well... ICICI Prudential Has first of all the worst performing policies...While the sale representatives Show fund performance of 33 % etc, In reality over the past year my fund have not even earned fund management charges. WHEN nationalized BANK funds ARE PERFORMING AT 100 -300%

                                  Top that up with the worst customer support, The CSR don't even have any info about the policies. and are the Worst ...

                                  Agian the icing is that they have the worst Rules / Frameworks ever, You cannot have the rider added anytime other than the aniversary :) and then the rider amount is decided by the bank, ETC, only FRIENDLY WHEN YOU BUY THE POLICY,

                                  So Amits issue of wrong ECS comes as no Surprise to me ... Hopefully Amits problems are solved in time with necessary compensations. Think of Borrowing for money to run your life ... When you pay others premium...
                                  I am a holder of ICICI pru. life insurance policy.
                                  One of my ECS had been bounced for the month of march'08. After that no amt has been debited from my bank a/c.

                                  just saw your concer. Earlier i used to work as an advisor with an Insurance company & mutual fund. what i will advise u is just pay your over due premium in the branch via cash/cheque mode or these days many companies have option to make payment through their website. once your policy is active i am sure the next time your payment will be collected via ecs/direct debit.

                                  you may confirm the same by calling your insurer customer service.
                                  one advise - make sure you reactive ur policy in less than 6 to 12 months of time to avoid hassle.

                                  Trainer MR Gulsan — Monopoly during Training section

                                  Mr Gulsan was Trainer for newly recruted adviser at Balasore(Orissa). During his period of instruction, he never adher to the time nad dicipline of class room. He take it as casual and do whatever he want, . The complaine has already been given to his next boss Mr Ganesh, Bhubaneswar([protected]) on this matter.

                                  As a trainee we didnot got any idea of business.
                                  Please have good trainer to keep the brand name alive.

                                    i am as a unit manager in iciciprulife. and i am also working with icicipru from last six month. but this month my hr department change. and i am not received my salary for this month. and today i mails to all directors and chairman and hr department and hr reporting manager.but they give me no response. now my mind is very upset. because my parents are dependent for me. and this month is my engagement . but i had no money. if this monday companyno give me my salary. i will soo sad. and notice to issue every news channel and media and news paper. my soo sard reason is icici prudential. because i am icici employee. but i don know why the company give me no salary this month.

                                    salary is hold by your boss. icici prudential is the most bust place to work. every higher manager is very good in abused his team. they all are feel proud to humiliate direct sales manager. its a company who is never follow any rules and regulation of employee welfare working hours 8am to 10 pm. they officially call meeting at 8 am . labour depto f delhi goverment is never take any action against this company
