ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Complaint against icici prulife by a harassed customer | |||
I bought two policies 16305709 and 16305702 in year 2012 and at that time icici did not disclose that there is a locking period of 5 years and there is absolutely no way you can get any money back before 5 years no matter how dissatisfied you are with their service. So far i have paid the full premium for one of these policies 16305702 and it is when i had to purchase a house and i am in need of money i came to know about it. I wanted to surrender one of the policy so as to get enough funds. It came as a shock to me when i hear that basically it is a no exit scheme. Moreover the customer care and the branch manager have different stories to share. Customer care told me i can have the money back with some deductions whereas the manger said there is no way i can get it but to wait till next year which is too late for me. I had planned my expenses based on the money i receive. I am so disappointed with the way they deal with the customers. I shared good relationship with the bank in the past but now after facing such experience i would never ever recommend anyone to get any policy and i will withdrew all my accounts. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Wrong mail id register
My policy number is 18970263 and the person who did my policy has entered wrong email id because of that am not able to get my premium paid receipt.Please let me know how to change my Id.
