I paid a single half yearly lifestage policy in 2009.
The policy no is12757793.As i was in financial crisis due to studies Icouldnot pay the remaining.These people are asking for 43 lakhs for further continuation of the same which I cant afford.
I would like to get a refund of the same.
which was 3 lakhs which they said is impossible.kindly do the needful.

    I bought two policies 16305709 and 16305702 in year 2012 and at that time icici did not disclose that there is a locking period of 5 years and there is absolutely no way you can get any money back before 5 years no matter how dissatisfied you are with their service. So far i have paid the full premium for one of these policies 16305702 and it is when i had to purchase a house and i am in need of money i came to know about it. I wanted to surrender one of the policy so as to get enough funds. It came as a shock to me when i hear that basically it is a no exit scheme. Moreover the customer care and the branch manager have different stories to share. Customer care told me i can have the money back with some deductions whereas the manger said there is no way i can get it but to wait till next year which is too late for me. I had planned my expenses based on the money i receive. I am so disappointed with the way they deal with the customers.
    I shared good relationship with the bank in the past but now after facing such experience i would never ever recommend anyone to get any policy and i will withdrew all my accounts.

    ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Wrong mail id register

    My policy number is 18970263 and the person who did my policy has entered wrong email id because of that am not able to get my premium paid receipt.Please let me know how to change my Id.

    Message received on 20/11/2015 for payment of rs372792.40 for the above policy has not been received though the message declares that it was sent via bd-bluedart on 18/11/2015.

    ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — money deducted twice

    I submitted a cheque for the policy so the money got deducted from the cheque as well as my account Policy number[protected]
    I have not received any response from ICICI till date despite repeated phone calls and emails. They keep on saying that they are looking into my concern and keep on extending the date.

        Dear Sir,

        I have taken 3 no's of policies in the year 2009 and I have paid the premium upto 2011.(Through inter net Banking) But due to my son's medical problems I have stayed near about 13 months in Madras Hospital and I could not pay the amounts after 2011 and then after I got a call from ICICI pru-life insurance office why you are not continuing your polices I explained my problems than he told me to give him 3 no's of checks and asked me to pay Rs/- 30, 000, 35, 000 and 30, 000 in three installments and I have paid in the same manner also to continue the polices of the above 2009. But after paying the 3 rd installment it means after 10 months amounts of Rs/- 30, 000, 35, 000 I got the new/fresh policies and I got a message of the 3 rd policy no. in my Mobil after 10 days.

        Than after I had gone to ICICI pru- Life insurance office Raipur branch (C.G.) and explained the whole thing and requested the branch manager to pursue the matter and also requested him to continue the old 3 no of policies which I have started in the year 2009 only (if possible adjust the money in the old polices or if it is not possible please cancel them)

        Sir, know How can I get my money back from these insurance companies. Please suggest. I have approached them but nothing has been happened then only I have decided to write the whole matter to your department. So kindly suggest me How can I get my money back from these insurance companies and I am attaching those letters also for your ready reference.

            Policy number 00621837 I have submitted matured insurance policy along with change of address in the month of April 2015.An amount of rs49, 039_60 was credited directly to my icici bank account on 13_04_2015. No information of payment of further instalments in spite of visit to the local office at malleswaram.

              Icici pru team is using deceitful, deceptive selling and unfair trade practices for their policies sold.

              The sales 'vultures' basically pressured by old father to buy a policy on my behalf with a commitment of rs.2l per annum for 5 years! They absolutely failed to disclose the fact that this a no-exit scheme - and there is absolutely no way you can get any money back before 5 years no matter how dissatisfied you are with their service and the way they treat you. It is an absolute win-win for them. So far we have only paid for their hidden fees and currently at -20% loss of my initial premium and there is no way for me to exit. This is ridiculous.

              Does anybody out there have a similar experience and have found a way out? Please share.

                Dear sir,

                Kindly be informed that my wife is an icici account holder since long time. Two years back, she trapped by some agent of mira road branch, who convinced her to invest 200, 000 rupees on icici life pru after giving false promised for good returns.
                Last year after my repeated request, they deducted the amount without prior approval. Even though i have requested and send mira road branch manager email and personally informed mr. Chaitanya sharma, phone no: [protected], not to deduct because my wife is a cancer patient (Mr. Chaitanya know this) and i am sending money for her medical treatments. I have already sent same mail to lifepruf also. I am attaching emails for your proof.

                However, after repeated request, they deducted this time also. Really, i am fed up with icici and icici pru staffs regarding this illegal and criminal acts to deduct without my consent and even i have sent several mails and call to branch manager of mira road mr. Chaitanaya and sent emails to life pru also.

                Sir, we need money badly and i request you to return back my deducted amount on my wife’s saving account immediately and stop all life pru policies. We don’t want any policies and i am going to stop my all accounts and transactions with icici, with this unprofessional behavior and inform higher authority about this unprofessional behavior and attitudes of icici and lifepru staffs. I am not interested any more on lifepru investment.

                If it will not return back to my wife’s account. I am going to file criminal case against all icici and lifepru staffs who involved in this scam and also consumer court. I will come to india and will claim all my expenses and mental anxiety and distress to compensate by icici. So, please avoid any further disputes and tell the concerned authority to return back the amount in my wife’s saving account immediately.

                This is second time they deducted and we requested before to remove payment mode as direct debit. But they are not listening. So, do the needful and avoid any further disputes with us.

                    since last 10 years we are in touch with your policy in which we not get anythig but lost everything of our full investment. we want know why your local officer give that type of policy for people like us who is from middle class & by very hard work just save very small amount & want to save for family. We have just 2 daughter but when we go to know we already lost our actual amount. your local branch manager try to convince & misguide us & give another wrong policy & cheat us. So many time we contact him but not say right position & told us not worry but from H.O. we knew that our all policy is already labs & now we can get very small amount after bonding period.

                      mere target ko lekar Branch Manager mujhe bahut pareshan karta tha. main mently bahut pareshan rahne laga tha. bat us waqt ki hai jab main hamesha ki tarah office gaya us waqt mere Branch Manager me mujhse mently traucher kar ke us mera resing kar diya. or phir approved bhi main company se bahut kaha but company ke HR ne koi action nahi liya. ulta mujhse hi galat bana diya. esliye main yaha per insaf ke liye aaya hu.

But due to incomplete address updated by office staff of company at udaipur branch two times courier has been returned back to the HO so I have not received my policy Bond till date.                               Sir,
                              I'm a doctor by occupation running a pvt hospital in Godavarikhani, karimnagar district, Telangana state.
                              Last year in march i was approached by two employees from icici bank namely Sambamurthy who is now working in icici bank Prudential wing, Godavarikhani and Raju, manager who is now working in karimnagar, Telangana state.

                              They bribed me offered some gold coins and begged me saying that it is a must in order to get his promotion and attached me a policy for 3lakhs and promised me to convert it for 1 lakh if i wish to change later on. As such i requested them to convert it for 1 lakh and i gave my policy document as requested by them .

                              It is now exactly one year i have no message from them, what happened to the policy premium change, they wont answer my phone calls and i didnt even get my policy copy back.
                              Kindly understand my pathetic situation..i took policy for 3 lakhs believing all their words and now i dont even have a copy of my policy in my hand.
                              These are the people who bring bad name to the company and the worst bank employees i have ever met.
                              Kindly understand my situation and take necessary action on these irresponsible and cheating employees.

                              Area manager met me and told me that there was a communication gap in conveying the message that a policy cant be changed after free look period.they came with a solution that instead of leaving the policy, offered a policy for 2 lakhs and continue for 4 years and for 5th year premium i can use the discontinuance amount taking back the remaining amount.so i have no other option and acceted his proposal.if i were told earlier the situation wouldn't have come to this level.                                     Dear Sir,

                                    I am sorry to say that I have been harassed by your employees for the last almost five months regarding a simple request to transfer money from my policy # 03942275 named as Life Time Super Pension to my policy # 18269869 named as ICICI Pru Elite Wealth. You may work with my saving accounts # *****4103 ( NRE account) and *****9944 which currently are both active with the ICICI bank. You may process my request of my policy # 03952275 Life Time Super Pension to be cancelled completely and after taking the payment of Rs. 700.000, may deposit the rest of the money in one of those accounts in ICICI bank.

                                    The problem here is that I live in US - for the last 30 years. I was told that I don't have to do anything regarding this policy as the money will be automatically transferred from one account to another and they are connected. As of today, I never received a copy of my original of my policy # 18269869. There are more than 100 email exchanges and over 20 calls exchanged between me and your representatives but no one could resolve this issue/request so far. I am sick and tired of it. I even wrote complaints earlier but no one pays any attention. No one is trying to resolve/help a customer sitting on the other side of the globe. It is really shame that no one has an answer for it. They all the living in the 18 century and can't work/honour electronic requests. I am trying everywhere for help as I have currently no plans to come to india. I hope you can understand the aggravation and harrassment I am going through for so long. PLEASE GET ME OUT OF IT SOON.

                                      I applied online for iProtect Term life insurance on 4th Feb 2016 with policy number- OB05101046 and paid the whole premium also on same day through net banking. My medical tests were also done by UnitedHealthcare India Private Limited as appointed by ICICI only on 5th Feb 2016. But the problem starts after that.

                                      Since then status of my policy is showing document pending and documents which are pending are medical test reports. These reports were supposed to be uploaded by ICICI only after taking from UHC. As per United Health Care they have already provided all medical test reports on 6th Feb as well.

                                      I am getting reminders from ICICI Prulife for submission of documents but they are not taking any action. I called to their customer care as well and registered a complaint with number[protected] days back but still nothing happened.

                                      I dropped them emails also many times but no response. So neither they are responding nor they are completing my application.

                                      It's a worst experience so far and i am feeling cheated as they were behind me till i did not paid premium but now they are not responding.
