Hi ICICI Pru Team, Received another call today stating that I had taken a policy in 2014 and have to pay x amount to stop termination. Below are the details. Policy[protected] Received call from Divya Mishra (fake crm) - [protected] and suggested to contact Retailship Manager (fake) Nitin Sharma - [protected] When I asked her to provide official email id of her and the so called RM, she denied. What is truly amazing is how profession their approach has. I even told them will contact ICICI PRU branch and she was fine with it. Please take serious action!! Thanks, Was this information helpful? ICICI Prudential Life Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 17, 2022 Updated by hari vittal On 22-August-2022 had received another call with same theme for another policy Policy 17564051, ipru smartlife plan.
