I have ICICI Wealth Builder Policy number 17669712 which matured on 31/03/2023 with a fund value shown around Rs. 5.9Lakh on the maturity date, however, ICICI delayed the credit of the amount settlement to my account, and to my surprise, the settlement happened with a delay of 5 days i.e., 5/4/2023 where the value was credited only 5.6Lakh when I called the call center and requested why there is a difference, they neither supported me with fund statements nor why there is value erosion and like this how many customers are taken for a ride? The only reply was they cant serve my request anymore because the policy was matured and settled. This is a serious allegation of not sharing the fund statements on maturity to customers but delaying the payments to drop in value so ICICI can gain out of this.
